I was looking to replace all the carpet flooring in my newly built home with LVP and found Mario…read morehere on Yelp right away. I decided to give him a try--and I'm glad I did. Mario's knowledge and understanding of flooring is top-notch. My home already had 6mm LVP on most of the first floor, but when we removed the carpet in one of the first-floor bedrooms, I did a calcium chloride test and found the concrete moisture level was much higher than I was comfortable with. After doing some research and discussing options with Mario, we decided to apply Bostik coat to seal the moisture. That made a huge difference. We also added a proper moisture barrier on top, which gave me peace of mind. Given the moisture level in the concrete, I ended up removing the original 6mm flooring too. That turned out to be the right call--when we pulled it up, we discovered the old moisture barrier sheets weren't taped properly, just laid side by side. So we redid the whole floor with Bostik + taped moisture barrier + 8mm LVP. Mario managed to reuse most of the baseboards--only one room needed new ones. While the project ended up a bit more expensive than originally planned, the results look great and I feel confident that the floor will hold up long-term. Mario is super friendly, honest, and goes out of his way to help. Highly recommend him if you're considering flooring work!

Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. We talked to me about God, family, he bragged about his rentals making so much money that he turned down jobs and gave me a business card for the fence repair. I told him I was doing an insurance claim to replace half the fence. When I called him after the insurance claim went through, and asked how he would like to move forward and suggested that he charge me half and do the work himself or I could get another quote and I would request he pay half. He knows I have 4 kids and 2 dogs, and he refused to pay half. Said it was my fence and that he had been here before the subdivision was put in and that the fence was built improperly. Any God-fearing man that not only will pay half the cost of a shared fence but also make money full priced while doing the work is not a business owner I'd hire.

Got right to work after a quick walkthrough, and didn't stop until finished (we still provided some snacks & sodas--it's hard work). Estela responded quickly to texts and gave a firm quote. Her son stopped by to check on everything. I did not know there was an extra charge for the oven as ours was pretty nasty, but because I had mentioned it in my initial request, and she forgot to inform me then, her son was willing to include it anyway--so I thought it a fair compromise to give half the extra charge, and they were cool with it. The cleaning crew did an amazing job with the caked-on soap scum in the shower and another tub, dusted just about everything. Missed just a few minor spots but that was on me because they gave me the chance to walk around and point out anything that was missed. Make sure you tip the ladies if you're satisfied (totally unsolicited; just the way I was raised--treat people the way you want to be treated). Great service and I would recommend them! My husband and I first used Lancaster Painting back in October 2017, in our home in Los Banos. Fast forward...we moved into our forever home in Twain Harte, CA, April 2023. I called Lancaster Painting and spoke with Jennifer, in March 2023. Absolutely outstanding young lady btw....so courteous and helpful. Jennifer put me in contact with Heriberto, aka...Eddie (Lead Salesman) and we chatted about the job that we needed done. Eddie was just so awesome. I gave him quite the challenge. We needed him to give us a quote for our future home, without him even seeing it. I sent him the floor-plan, telling him that we needed, which was the entire inside of the home painted, to include doors, trim, ceilings etc. Kimberly, ( another outstanding lady, superb customer service) then sent me the colors, so we could approve the colors, then send the approval to her, so Eddie and the team would have all paint they needed to start on day one. Monday May 1st, Eddie arrived at our home, with the entire crew. Rayan - Crew Leader, just a great young man, nothing was too much trouble. Massive shout out to Julian - Lead on Job. Julian was just wonderful to work with. This man went above and beyond.....from even cleaning my exhaust fan cover, because he didn't want me or my husband climbing the ladder. Who does that?! Julian did! He even fixed one of the recessed light fixtures. Unbelievable....yet it happened. Another huge shout out to Ashoor - Cabinet Lead. Ashoor made sure that everything was perfect. Even down to making sure that he put pads on each door to ensure the cabinet doors were protected when closing. Both the bathrooms were painted sage green. The bathrooms are 'Turtle/Beach Themed' and he even put my turtle handles on for me....making sure they were placed in just the right position. There were so many young men that helped on this project, and every single one of them were happy, accommodating, polite and just a joy to be around. Memo, Rodrigo, Joe, Kurt, Bryan, Manny, Rogelio, Jacob and Gustavo, were part of this incredible team that helped turn a house into a home! Throw capes on this entire crew and call them Super heros! First of all, I want to say sorry for taking so long to write this review, but I had to come back and leave a proper one because this team and this business deserve all the praise! This was our first time remodeling our kitchen, and not by choice, as we had to change everything when a pipe broke under our kitchen island and flooded the space. From then on, it has been a difficult process, especially when trying to find reliable people to work on the different elements which needed to be restored and us not knowing any businesses or having any such connections within our area. Auspicious the day we found Lancaster Painting! This team has all the qualities you seek and the finished results speak for themselves. Professional, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, clean, skilled, and precise! I have to say this, in the process of restoring our kitchen we have come across businesses which gave us more stress and work on our side, Lancaster, by contrast, made it easier for us and always delivered at or more than what they promised. Until you go through a process like this, you cannot imagine all the problems you run into just finding the right people and we are so grateful Lancaster are those right people. From the first call with Heriberto Ornelas (Sales Representative) who was very informative and attentive to details, to when we signed the contract, and he connected me with Andrei Sogol, (Supervisor), who was highly professional and an expert in his trade, who then assigned the job to Javier and Ramiro, who were amazing, the experience was pleasant throughout. They finished all the painting (cabinets plus walls) in three days, exactly as promised, and everything looks absolutely incredible! Based on recommendations from others, we called Lancaster for a quote first. We were so happy with the professionalism of Jennifer. She quoted a fair price, but let us know that our master bath might take longer than time allotted on the quote. The price quoted for the whole exterior house paint and wall paper removal, wall texture and paint for the master bath was so fair, that we didn't feel the need to talk to anyone else. Our job started when Lancaster said it would. Each team that came out, power wash, removal of wallpaper and texturing walls and painting team, were on time, masked when necessary and professional. Although each team did a great job, we were most impressed with Julian Montoya and his paint team: Cristo, Victor and Ramiro. They worked from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. Each time I looked out the window or went outside to check progress work was always being done. Their attitude was superior! I asked a lot of questions and Julian answered them all with respect and care. He said more than once, 'my job is to make a you a happy customer." One afternoon, after they had worked all day in 90 plus heat, I asked if the solar screens could be put back up. I should have asked sooner, than 15 minutes before the end of their work day. I wanted them put back up in the morning, however, Julian and his team worked nearly 45 minutes after the time they should have been done, replacing every screen because I said that it kept my house cooler. We did have to allow extra time for our master bath, but it wasn't a surprise because Jennifer and Julian both let me know that it might. Julian kept excellent track of the wallpaper removal time and I only paid a fraction more than the original quote price. I could go on and on, but want to end with this. We just had a huge painting job done by Lancaster Painting and were extremely impressed by their professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail. They went over each step of the job with us and we're always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had to make sure we were happy with each step of the process. We had all our honey oak kitchen cabinet painted Swiss coffee. We also had them paint our honey oak entertainment center painted, two toned our staircase with the same Swiss coffee and a dark walnut stain on the rails, we two toned our built-in desk as well and painted our cabinets in our upstairs hallway. It was a huge undertaking and it couldn't have gone smoother. They find t only were able to finish the job early but they were able to start early as well. But at no time did they rush the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to anyone, who like me, does a lot of research before picking a provider and wants a quality job done! Kudos to Toby who did our initial consult and due to his professional and friendly demeanor impressed us so much. Also, letting us know about discounts they offer in winter if we needed to save on some expense. Also, to Raul who was awesome to work with and such a quality worker. His attention to detail and organizing the job and the other workers was spot on. At the end of the job he stayed late to get the job done and meticulously went back through everything to make sure it was just so. And then sat down with us and went over all the warranty info and what to do if we see anything he might have missed. Great job to Raul and his crew. I plan on using them when I do my other two bathroom cabinet and my laundry room. I've already recommended them to two friends that loved how my cabinets and stairs came out. I hired Lancaster Painting for the second time -- and there's a reason I came back after ten years. From start to finish, this company operates at a level you just don't see very often anymore. Before a single brush hit the wall, they came out, walked the entire job with me, and took the time to really understand the scope of the work. They even brought out a carpenter to handle dry rot repairs upfront -- and when additional issues were uncovered during the project, they took care of those too, without skipping a beat. The crew showed up every morning when they said they would. Seven thirty AM? They were here at seven thirty AM. That kind of reliability and respect for your time says a lot about a company's character. Every single person on the crew was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They were careful, thorough, and clearly take pride in what they do. The quality of the work speaks for itself -- clean lines, excellent coverage, and attention to detail throughout. But what really sealed it for me was the follow-up. A week after the job wrapped, Hugo came back out for a final walkthrough. He asked what I thought, if there was anything I wanted to point out, and handled any touch-ups with the same professionalism and care as the original work. Lancaster Painting just completed work on the house we are purchasing. Stephanie came out and did the walk-through and estimate. She was quick, gave me the overall number before she left, and I had a line-by-line emailed quote the next day. Andre and Philip were the painters. They showed up when they said they would; I was never waiting around for them. They worked hard for three days to get the entire house masked, patched, and painted. They even hung new sconces to replace the old ones they had taken down, which was above and beyond. They were very polite and efficient, and had no problems working around a demolition mess in the living room on the first day. They did a great job! Andre took the time to explain what they were doing, some minor problems they encountered with the house and the solutions they used to fix those problems. I had the entire house painted except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which will be remodeled. I will definitely be calling Lancaster to come and paint those rooms when we are done installing fixtures! My husband and I are avid DIY-ers, so I was a bit skeptical of having the painting done. I have had other work done in the past and have thought, "I could have done that better; it wasn't worth the price or the headache of having someone else do it." Not so with Lancaster Painting! Why didn't we do this sooner?!! Purchased Lancaster's "Painter for a Day" at an auction, and WOW, so glad we did. The ladies I spoke with to schedule the job were both so friendly and professional. And we were able to schedule the painter to come in just 2 days (unheard of). Our painter Dave, was Superman! He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and got right to work. He worked so efficiently, that he was able to get more items done on our wish list than I thought would be possible! The work is beautiful, and it wasn't an easy job... painting was long past due, some areas were not in great shape due to years of abuse from dogs and kids. And then there was the HUGE Hershey-chocolate-color wall which we wanted to be white again (no easy task). But white it now is, and the room lightened up so much! When I said it would be awesome if there was time to fit in some extra trim painting, he replied, "let's shoot for awesome" (really respected that attitude and positivity, which assured me that every effort would be made, and if it didn't happen, it truly wasn't possible). But Superman Dave DID make it possible, and we are thrilled. Because of this completely stress-free experience, I plan to schedule our kitchen to be painted before the end of the year (and that wasn't even a thought before). Lancaster painting ticks every box. From the first phone call to the final walk through on our project they have done everything we needed and then some. Eddie came out to do our quote. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He emailed me the quote exactly when he said he would and called me to follow up the day he said he would. I had other big name companies in the area that I couldn't even get to call me back. Eddie was a big part of the reason we chose to go with Lancaster. That, and the very competitive pricing! When work started Sergio came out and talked us through every step of the process and spent time confirming exactly what we wanted and helped us make decisions as to what would look best. So I've used Lancaster twice now in the past 4 months. The first time I had them come out they re-did my kitchen cabinets. I had just purchased a home in the spring and had to get rid of my 80's style honey walnut oak kitchen! Toby came out and went over the process of refacing the cabinets and how they would take everything down and back to their shop and it would take about a week for the final outcome. I went with a white-washed look and antiquing. The people that helped on the project were always on time and very professional, and the job was complete in the expected time I was told. I was very impressed at the final product. People don't even recognize my kitchen to be the same. I have recently contacted Toby again to have him give me a quote on redoing a honey colored antique crib for my sister's new baby that is due in October. Lancaster did it yet again going above the expectations we had. I just picked it up today and the grey distressed color is beautiful. My sister is so happy with this gift and it looks great with the new dresser (we gave Lancaster a sample to match). I'm so happy we went with Lancaster to paint our home. It had been neglected and needed quite a bit of work. This was my first experience with painting a home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was able to set up an appointment for the initial meeting and quote right away. Jennifer came out to the house and gave us an estimate followed up quickly by the quote. The contract also provided the option to pay for a color consultant ($100) as well as a portable restroom ($100) for the time the team is on site - our project lasted 1 week. Rodney was our project manager and he met with us before hand to go over all of the details of what we would expect and to note any specific requests we had for the team. They cleaned the house, scraped any peeling areas, re-primed any bare patches, and performed repairs as well. Our gutters were coming loose from the house, some of our old windows lost their glazing, and we had a couple patches of dry-rot. They repaired it all! The team worked fast and pretty quietly. We just did a complete renovation and remodel of every inch of our house. Needless to say we have had many people in and out of our house for months and really have not had the best experience. Finding Lancaster Painting was such a huge blessing as this was one of the final steps to completion! We hired Lancaster Painting to paint all the cabinets throughout our entire house. Our house is almost 24 years old, and the cabinets were looking very worn and shabby. We are so pleased with the finished job, from start to finish. Toby was our estimator, and Sergio our project manager. Both of them are excellent communicators, respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The proposal that Toby gave us was very detailed, and answered every question we had, plus some we hadn't even thought to ask. Sergio took the time to do a pre-walk with us before starting the job, to make sure we understood the process (such as cabinet doors being removed and taken to their Turlock facility for painting) and answer any questions. Throughout the project, Sergio kept his time commitments and kept us informed. Our cabinets now look incredible! My neighbor just had their house painted last month and Lancaster Painting did a fabulous job,while they were working on my neighbors house they noticed that my wife's car had a dead battery and one of the gentleman that was on the painting crew went out of his way to drive home to pick up his jumper cables and help my wife out so she can head to work,so with that kind gesture I decided to use them to paint the exterior of my house, I I did not know what colors to use, so they referred me to Jane,their color specialist, she persuade me to use a lighter brown for the body and a beige trim instead of my original white trim that I had in mind. We are repeat customers of Lancaster Painting. Andrei, who was the team leader of the group of painters who painted our house did an outstanding job. Our first service with Lancaster was to paint the outside of our home. The whole team (sales, office and painters) really a wonderful job of helping us get things taken care of. During the painting process Andrei did a great job of helping us modify our paint scheme, so it was just right. We continue to get compliments on the quality to this day. Our second service was to repair flooding that occurred in our house about 2 months after the exterior painting. Once again the Lancaster Team came through. They provided a designer who helped us select wonderful colors for the inside of our house and then Andrei an his team stepped in and made it happen. I cannot recommend Lancaster Painting enough. Lancaster and their crew did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house. Not their fault, our original estimate was off because of our house having an original layer of lead based paint. The owner then came out himself to assess our house and provided us with a variety of options to deal with the lead based paint. Every interaction with a Lancaster rep has been professional, and each person has gone out of his/her way to make sure we are happy. Raul and his crew did an amazing job with the actual painting, and they were quick and respectful while at our home. I would absolutely use Lancaster again. We've had a lot of random work done on our house lately by various contractors, and Lancaster has been by far the best. This is the second time we've hired Lancaster Painting, this time to paint our master bedroom and power wash the exterior of our house. Andre arrived bright and early to set up the job in the master bedroom, and Eddie and Eduardo's patch and paint work was top quality. The powerwash crew arrived around noon and both teams were finished at 3:00p as promised. The paint job in the bedroom is beautiful, the paint color-match does indeed match the color in the adjoining bathroom, and the exterior of the house is cleaner than it's been in years. Price was exactly as estimated. One area for improvement is communication from the scheduling office. We scheduled about four weeks out, so it would have been nice to have a reminder call a day or two in advance letting us know arrival times for each of the crews so we could have better scheduled our own day. Not a deal breaker, though, and would hire again. read more

Wow!! The whole team experience was wonderful from walking the site to walking the house to examine and clean-up. Julian and his team (Cristo, Omar and Bryan were nothing short of professional and did a wonderful job!! They were always on time and got the job done when promised. I would definitely recommend them to whoever wants a professional job done and is smiling when they are finished. And if I may add, Colby Hall, Lead Carpenter, worked to remove our "Bump Out" above the fireplace. He worked so very hard for what turned out to be a difficult job but so very beautiful!!
