He was very detail oriented at each step from the beauty and quality finish, the caulking, and the subtle ridges on the bottom of the tub to avoid slipping. I was also impressed with how smoothly the shower doors operated on the tracks after he re-installed them - better than before. Additionally, he showed me a couple of "insider tips" how to clean the grime buildup from the shower doors correctly so they looked almost new once reinstalled. I chose Americas Tub because of the solid reviews, and I had a very positive experience throughout the job. Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA.
