Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

I reached out months ago on the recommendation of a co-worker. I asked about solar cleaning and gutters. Their quote was very reasonable, especially given that it is a second story home with gutters that had NEVER been cleaned in the last decade at least. And same for the solar. A family emergency came up and I didn't move forward at that time. Fast forward 4 or 5 months and I reached out again. He responded right away and confirmed the details, honored the original quote (which impressed me as costs EVERYWHERE have gone up), and was able to schedule for a very convenient time without any difficulty. He also asked if there were any other services I was needing, which is when I discovered they do window cleaning, window and door screens and dryer vent cleaning as well! I did ask for them to quote me for a sliding screen door replacement, which was another great value, given the upgrades for the heavy duty screening and preferred color. And then the crew showed up...right on time, ready to go, and absolutely delightful people, every single one! It was a crew of 4. They got to work immediately and were thorough, cautious and hard-working. While they were working, I asked the crew leader about a quote for two window screens. Such a good deal that I said yes and they cleaned and rescreened as well as installed them on site as the other work was being done! And they did the final measurements for the sliding door to be made. They also asked if I wanted them to check the dryer vent and did so with no obligation for cleaning. I am sure I have literally never had the dryer vent cleaned in the almost 20 years I have lived here. So it was SOOOOOOOO full and needing to be cleaned badly. With another very reasonable price, I had them go for it! And it was done in no time at all. They did ALL this work (20 solar panels cleaned, gutters that literally had whole plants growing out of them completely cleaned and flushed, 2 windows re-screened, new door measurements taken and dryer vent cleaned), with the kindest, most non-judgemental, professional attitude. And they did it in UNDER 2 HOURS as a team! If you have a chance to use them, I would highly encourage you to. They truly care about their customers and about doing the absolute best job they can, and they make it affordable, too!

I am getting a bit tired of writing five-star reviews for Five Star! LOL I have lost count often…read morehow many times I've used them. Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! For many years, I have used Five Star for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, screen replacement, outdoor window cleaning and power washing--and they're just as good as ever. Thanks!

We bought our house in 2011 and knew that the outside needed major TLC. We were the ugliest house on the block. Not only were we looking at stucco cracks, but actual missing pieces on our facia. 7 years and many estimates later, Mirage Painting came in and what a transformation! The before and after pictures speak for themselves.The team of painters at Mirage is professional, skilled, efficient and respectful. Their work is meticulous and their expertise shone through with everything they did. They arrived early every day and worked tirelessly all day. Their knowledge of the best methods to use on the various surfaces on our home was impressive and their positive and friendly manner was the icing on the cake to their superb ability. I'd like to highlight a few things that made them stand out. Communication with them is phenomenal. I have yet to work with a contractor who really delivers when he says, call me anytime. Not only do they listen to your concerns, but the owner also went out of his way to check-in on the project and offered additional suggestions that enhanced the curb appeal of our home. Their attention to detail is unbelievable. You cannot see any of our stucco cracks and the repair on the facia is amazing. Our next door neighbor was so impressed with the work they did on our home that they hired them immediately to repair and repaint their shutters. Throughout the project, we asked the painters to repaint different sections with different colors (we were having three colors painted) and they did so patiently and offered suggestions that we had not thought of. Upon contacting Mirage Painting, we spoke with Lawrence. It was evident he was very knowledgable in his field by the way he thouroughly answered all my questions. He provided us with an estimate for an exterior home paint job(very reasonable in comparison to other companies). I had already envisioned in my mind what look I was going for. I showed him a sample and he was able to match it up PERFECTLY!!! He and his crew came through and completed the job within a couple days. Our cabinets where not in a good condition and buying new cabinets was a challenge for us, so we decided to call Mirage painting for a free estimate. The owner is such a wonderful person with a great customer service. He promised us to make our dream kitchen and as you see in the pictures he diffinatly did just that.
