Best Bros bid was very detailed so that I knew exactly what materials and how they would be applied. That made the HOA process less of a hassle. The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

Finally bit the bullet this year and knew I was going with him. He is very meticulous, helpful, and ended up getting way too many samples (thank you Gus!) when I started feeling unsure of my main base color. Another neighbor is likely going to use him next year once they are done with other remodeling. He also changed out some fixtures and details to match the new color scheme and the house looks great. I'll update with pics once my front yard remodel is done as well because it is a mess ATM lol
