The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. I had about 1/2 a day to decide and I did not feel rushed. Gus did a great job communicating the timeline and when it was going to start costing more money. He mentioned that they will fix those but didn't really happen. I gave another project which was the floor. Paid him all the paint job and all the material plus some labor for floor. Paid to replace kitchen lighting which didn't get completed. Unfortunately, the delays started. No answer on phone calls from reasons such as he said he didn't pay his phone service and then getting sick. Then finally no response at all. Now I'm left with half baked floors. I have other pictures I sent him and he mentioned that they will fix. This is sad because I think he was a nice person including Mark. I thought of giving them more projects and build trust.
