They let us know it was out of warranty and then came out to look at our concern. Within days they sent out a couple of gentleman to fix the countertop. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok. It was more than ok it was perfect. A lot of companies install kitchen countertops but if you want the best and a company that truly stands behind their work give Artistic Stone Works a call. They don't have a fancy showroom but they have a warehouse where you can see everything. Don't be fooled by the front office area, you need to go into the warehouse. Personally I like to warehouse approach as opposed to the foo foo showrooms so this was my kind of place. We found the exact same tile we saw at Bedrosians for a very attractive price.The helpful warehouseman checked on availability and told us the tile was available in their Modesto warehouse. He also let us have a 20 by 20 tile to take home and check on colors. We bought tile and grout and it was delivered on time as promised. I would definitely recommend this place based on price and efficiency. Don't be turned off by the slightly rough nature of the people that work there and the out of the way location, they are nice folks.

Showed him my damaged pergo floor and since the flooring was discontinued (of course) he provided several options and quotes. After the shock of not being able to find the same flooring.. I decided to go with Wvaldos recommendations and that was porcelain tile. He provided the color, cost and even color of grout. Wow!! Look's so good! Even better than the original floors. Wvaldo is has a very friendly personality, with excellent customer service. Such a fan of his work so I'm spreading the word. He travels to Bay Area too!! He also recommended several slab yards he works with regularly, and we ended up finding the perfect Perla Santana quartzite at Bedrosian's in Modesto. Jose provided a straightforward flat-rate quote that included demolition, fabrication, countertop installation, and installation of our handmade Zellige tile backsplash. There were no surprises. Throughout the entire project, he kept us informed and was always available to answer questions. He even FaceTimed me during fabrication so I could choose the exact section of the slab for our island, which I really appreciated. From demolition to completion, the entire project took about a week, including fabrication. When we arrived for our appointment, we were immediately greeted by Toni Cooper. We explained we were there for an appointment. She told me our designer had called in sick for the day, but she would gladly help us. Toni was professional, enthusiastic & a pleasure to work with. We explained the ideas of our remodel and she spent about 45 minutes with us. It was great to be able to get her input. The reason I took away one star was due to the website inventory being incorrect. When we gave Toni the sku number for the wood tile we wanted to see, the store did not have any inventory at their location. She told us it was common for the website to show incorrect inventory for specific stores. I highly recommend calling the store prior to visiting to ensure they have something specific you are looking for. After Toni helped us, we continued to look around the store.
