Spike was phenominal at answering all my questions, providing a quote, coordinating the scheduled appointment where he even confirmed I was in contact with the person coming to do the work as I had a 3 hour drive that morning. Hugo, who came to complete the carpet repair, was fantastic! He reached out to confirm our meet up time, was on time, friendly, personable and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was completed well. In addition, he made sure my base floor boards were glued back in place and helped with closet doors I had taken off for the repair. He went above and beyond what I expected where I didn't feel like a number. I had two smaller rooms and the master carpets stretched and tacked down. The cost was average of what I was quoted by others and was a great value for the work completed. After Hugo left Spike checked in to follow up. I am so impressed by the quality and communication provided from Abbey, something you don't see as often with many companies nowadays! Abbey Flooring has a great selection and Spike helped guide us to a selection and after making our selection he let us take the sample book home to see if it fit with our color scheme. After that he came out and took the measurements and ordered our selected carpet.. The install went absolutely perfect. His installers, Hugo and David, were completely amazing. They moved all the large items for us and finished the job in one day! Five bedrooms was no easy feat. They put everything back. They let us know it was out of warranty and then came out to look at our concern. Within days they sent out a couple of gentleman to fix the countertop. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok.
