After reading different reviews of flooring companies, my wife and I chose Vineyard Floors to replace existing tile and laminate floors throughout our home in 2019. Jason's pricing was very fair. He and his crew were professional in their work. They were meticulous in their attention to detail. We were extremely pleased with their work. We've learned that one professional often knows experts in different fields. We asked Jason if he could recommend a person for a bathroom remodel. To our surprise, he said this was something that he wanted to give a try. Since Jason had done a wonderful job with the flooring, we decided to have him take on the bathroom remodel. We were beyond pleased with how the bathroom turned out! Jason brought in Nick, the tile guy, who did phenomenal work. James, the plumber and Josh, the glass guy were also exceptional. You can be sure we will be calling Jason again for the next project, whatever it might be!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Scott and his team were first class all the way. The selection and quality of different flooring they offer is incredible. They were able to not only get me the flooring my wife and I desired quickly, but installed as soon as possible. Which is tough to do right now given how busy every trade in the construction industry is. Communication, which is critical, was never in doubt and went above and beyond anything I have experienced. The pricing beat any competitor. But the big thing for me and my family is the character of the company. Vineyard Floors, from the owner to the installers are all high quality people. The work they did from demo/haul away to leveling my existing floor to the installation of my new floor, which was a luxury vinyl, was second to none. I can't thank them enough for improving my home and making it feel better than it ever has.
Overall consultation went great. Finished product initially looked great. Although we were initially quoted a 1-2 week timeline to be finished, there was several issues with ordering that delayed our project by over a month. Which I'm forgiving of, but there was a serious lack of communication on the part of the Vineyard flooring. My husband had to contact them every single time to figure out when our product was showing up, or when the crew was showing up to finish the project. They also left our house/garage/backyard a complete mess covered in saw dust from the multiple places they were cutting the panels I assume. There was dust all thru out our house and on our belongings for months and there still is. And they did not clean it up, we did. My daughter had an allergic reaction to so much dust in our house after the fact. Which I know there is bound to be dust but why could it not be done all in one area? We basically emptied our whole house into the garage and moved out to get these floors done. They did not take care in our belongings whatsoever. Our floors have been 100% done for only a couple months now and we SPECIFICALLY asked for Waterproof/Scratch proof, Super durable floors because we have kids/large dogs. I have already found scratches In the floor from couch legs and a small chunk missing out of another panel in our living room. After waiting years to finally do this project, and only a couple months of enjoying it, and it's already scratched up when I specifically asked for scratch proof...super disappointed in the over outcome. **just wanted to add that we have only been without a rug in the affected areas for about a week while we wait for our new one to be delivered. So these scratches happened quickly.
That transition though!!!! This company is so efficient and know their industry and how to cater to their customer. I keep walking into our rooms just to relish in the craftsmanship and how beautiful it is. I send bravos out to Jason, the owner, stopping by on multiple occasions to ensure the quality was perfect, and Paul, the foreman. Often, I would hear 'NICE' when the planks fit better than expected. Just sincerely proud of the work as if it was his own home. I selected our LVP in less than 5 minutes and couldn't be happier. Very refreshing to find such customer service. Overall, my favorite selling point, they bring the showroom to your home PLUS the samples are NOT 3"x3"!! Just such an amazing experience!
Vineyard floors was awesome from start to finish!!! Scott and Bobby were a pleasure to deal through the whole process. We had our whole house done with laminate flooring with new base boards and it came out great!!! Installers were very professional and great at what they do! Vineyard Floors was the best choice for new flooring. Love our new Mohawk waterproof laminate. We knew the brand and quality we wanted but struggled with the color choice. Today the excellent install crew finished our job. Four years ago we had our downstairs done and since that day, the stairs and upstairs we're begging to be redone too; a topic of almost daily conversation. Jason came back out, quoted and scheduled us; all we had to do was wait for our date. The quality of the materials, craftsmanship by the journeyman installers, and value added to our home was all well worth the investment of time and money. We recommend Vineyard Floors to all of our friends and family with great confidence.
Most people like to post right after the work is done, but I felt I would give the installation some time and then give my opinion/feedback. Vineyard Flooring was truly professional from the first telephone call to the after installation follow-up! After looking at various "Brick & Mortar" showrooms, it was difficult to compare different styles to our decor. We contacted Vineyard Flooring, because of the convenience of the "mobile showroom" that was advertised. We have been truly impressed with their showroom, knowledge, selection and utmost with the overall customer service. Scott answered our many detailed questions, addressing many common misconceptions we had when it came to vinyl flooring, especially Luxury Vinyl Planking floorings. Our initial choice was a normal width LVP flooring, but after seeing a vast selection of LVPs up close and personal, our choice wound up being the Republic Extra Wide Pure SPC Flooring - Great California Collection - Scarlett Oak, we definitely have NO BUYER'S REMORSE, as we feel then as we do now, it was the best decision made. The install process was a little bit out of the norm, considering the floorplan/walls were not the traditional setup. Scott and his crew came up with a plan to lay the floor, which was a little unconventional but the end product speaks for itself as we have had numerous compliments on how the floor looks. The installation itself was quick, and the crew were true craftsmen that worked fast and hard. We were extremely impressed how Jason & Scott were in the mix many times making sure everything was going to plan. I cannot overstate my recommendations for Vineyard Flooring. Their usage of top quality materials to make sure their customers receive a quality product that lasts, and knowledge/skill of their trade to perform an installation that looks model home perfect. Even further, Jason and Scott went beyond the norm and worked with us when surprise issues arose keeping us informed and what actions were being taken - this is a mark of business owners that care about their customers. If you're looking for amazing flooring with people that can be absolutely trusted, be sure to contact Vineyard Flooring. Not only is the pricing as competitive, but you are guaranteed a personal touch that seems lost today with all the "Box Store" competition that is out there. We had the pleasure of using Vineyard Floors for our home renovation. Jason the owner was very friendly and communicated the project to us every step of the way. I was extremely comfortable with his workers and they even took the time to explain processes to me. We decided to go with the revwood plus Mohawk bungalow oak flooring. This is holding up very well to our dog and cat, it is waterproof and scratch resistant! Vineyard Floors met all the timelines for project completion and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

If I could give more stars to this company I would!! I can't tell you how wonderful the owner Scott is!! He went above and beyond to make this the best experience possible for us. His crew was amazing and outdid our expectations- my husband and I seriously can't find one flaw!!! October 2020. Made an appointment and they brought the showroom to us. Very patient with all of our questions and offered suggestions without being pushy. Decided on the flooring and a few months later decided to go ahead. Pricing was transparent, very detailed and fair. I got 3 estimates and they provided the most bang for the buck. Material was delayed by a few weeks due to Pandemic but they kept in contact with us. I did not have to call them, they called me. The installation went off perfectly. Showed up on time to begin and were there daily till the job was complete. Excellent workmanship. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend! We are so happy with our new floors and carpet. read more

We just had Vineyard put carpet in 4 rooms and laminate in our master. Jason helped me pick a laminate that would match our existing wood floors and a complimentary carpet. Jason is always on time and very professional. His installers did an excellent job and were also on time! The price we got was competitive with another bid we received. We are planning to use Vineyard for our office floor in the spring. We love supporting a small, local business. Definitely recommend. read more
