We had a wonderful experience with Mansu Painting during our kitchen renovation. When Mr. Mansu,…read morethe owner, and daughter Beth first came out to evaluate our existing cabinets, they took the time to carefully inspect them. Based on the age of the cabinets and the cabinet refacing that had been done about 10 years earlier, they honestly advised us that painting them would not be a good long-term solution because the finish likely would not hold up (the laminate from the refacing was peeled away and cracked). We truly appreciated their honesty and expertise. Instead of recommending a service that would not provide lasting results, they suggested replacing the cabinets. They even connected us with a local cabinet company and arranged for them to come to our home for an estimate. That level of care and customer service really stood out to us. We were fortunate to work with GG&G Cabinets for our cabinet replacement. They did an excellent job with the demolition and installation of our new custom cabinets, and their experience and craftsmanship were evident throughout the process. Mansu Painting did an outstanding job preparing and containing the work area to support GG&G Cabinets during the renovation, helping minimize dust and disruption. Beth's team was careful to remove all of the cabinet doors and drawer fronts for painting and beautifully finished our new custom cabinets as well as the custom cabinetry at our peninsula. Everything turned out beautifully! Beth was wonderful to work with! She kept us updated throughout the project and was always easy to reach. She also took the time to locate a trusted electrician for our project and coordinated his schedule around ours, which made the renovation process so much easier and less stressful. Mr. Mansu was also a pleasure to work with--friendly, professional, and it was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his craftsmanship and the reputation of Mansu Painting. We did have one small issue with the finish on a cabinet door, but they took care of it right away without any hassle. Even months later, Beth is still quick to respond whenever I have a question. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. We are so happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Mansu, Beth, and the entire Mansu Painting team. Their honesty, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and genuine commitment to doing what was best for us made all the difference. We are grateful for their help in creating our beautiful new kitchen.

Belco Review You…read moreknow when a company makes you feel like you are their only customer? Yeah, I know it doesn't happen often, but that's exactly how the staff at Belco Cabinets made my wife and I feel during our extensive home remodel. Not only did we request a custom kitchen design based on our architect and designers designs, we also needed custom cabinetry in our bathroom as well. We came across Belco Cabinets via our general contractor and boy are we glad we did. From the very first meeting we were treated with professionalism and respect. We know that we were not their biggest customer, nor did we spend more money than any other customer but they made us feel like we did. This is not a online clearinghouse, nor mass produced Chinese cabinetry. This is precise design and every time I called with a question about design, measurements, hardware, symmetry, paint colors, paint sheen, cabinet lighting, sliding drawers, specially cabinet design, heck even things in the kitchen that didn't have anything to do with cabinets but the kitchen in general; they answered the phone and greeted me by name. They were there day or night to walk us through the process. Even after the cabinets were installed and we needed some follow up we were treated like their most important customer. Besides all that our cabinets are spectacular and high quality workmanship from local tradespeople. Would I recommend Belco Cabinets for your project, absolutely. These folks LOVE cabinets. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in our remodel adventure. Thank you Belco, you helped make our dream kitchen become a reality.

My husband and I were looking for materials for our bathroom remodel. Tiles, Vanity, countertops,…read moreetc. We came in on 2 different occasions and I can not recommend Granite Expo. On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.
