Then I was told that the claim was denied because the installer had installed it incorrectly. However, we used Flooring Liquidator's installer and they are still not willing to fix it. As a Realtor and Property Manager, I will no longer use their services and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I was told that they no longer have a Claims Dept. so if you buy something and have any issues - There is NO WARRANTY on the product and they DO NOT honor their work. Hugo, who came to complete the carpet repair, was fantastic! He reached out to confirm our meet up time, was on time, friendly, personable and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was completed well. In addition, he made sure my base floor boards were glued back in place and helped with closet doors I had taken off for the repair. He went above and beyond what I expected where I didn't feel like a number. I had two smaller rooms and the master carpets stretched and tacked down. The cost was average of what I was quoted by others and was a great value for the work completed. After Hugo left Spike checked in to follow up.
