The installation process was well coordinated and completed effortlessly with Roy, Junior and the installers. Friends and family complement the flooring and wide baseboards. I can honestly recommend Classic Design without hesitation.

We had flooring installed in a home in 2022 and it is already lifting. The inspector from the manufacturer finally showed up after months of waiting and numerous phone calls. Then I was told that the claim was denied because the installer had installed it incorrectly. However, we used Flooring Liquidator's installer and they are still not willing to fix it. As a Realtor and Property Manager, I will no longer use their services and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I was told that they no longer have a Claims Dept. so if you buy something and have any issues - There is NO WARRANTY on the product and they DO NOT honor their work. They don't even deserve one star.

I specifically purchased and paid for full stair noses for my staircase. However, what I received was not a full stair nose and was not the product I believed I was purchasing based on the information provided to me. Had I known what I would actually receive, I would have made a different decision. The most frustrating part was that when I raised my concerns, Carpetland refused to provide a refund or meaningful resolution. I was left with a product that was different from what I expected and not what I paid for, while being told there was nothing they could do because of their no-refund policy. Customers should be able to trust that they will receive the product they were sold. In my case, I paid a premium price and did not receive what was represented to me. I would strongly advise others to get all product specifications in writing and carefully review Carpetland's refund policy before making a purchase.

When Joe came to our house to take measurements, I gave him the flexibility to change cabinet layout to make the kitchen as functional as possible with logical placement of drawers and cabinets and although it was only minor changes, they all made sense. When it came to the install, being a commercial general contractor, I can say that you will find no better crew to install work with as much precision and craftsmanship. Throughout the entire process, the superior team was very communicative and kept an open line of communication. Even though it was a long drive, we're really glad we chose to get our materials from them.
