I walked in. Young man asked to help me wasn't wearing a mask. I inquired about flooring listed on Facebook Marketplace on sale. I was told it must have been an old ad. I checked after leaving and it had been listed within the week. I pointed out to him some flooring that was on sale in the store. It had a 8.5" x 11" sign listing the sale price. He told me it was an old sign. That it wasn't on sale. I drove 17 miles to go to Flooring Pro's to find out their business practices are unprofessional and misleading. read more

Javier is a flooring pro for sure. He's installed 1500 sq ft of luxury vinyl flooring at our cabin and has done an outstanding job. This involved a set of stairs, leveling the subfloor in few places and doing some very tricky cuts of baseboards. Our contractor friends were impressed. He worked fast and hard, and finished the entire job in less than a week, including demo, install and baseboards as well. I would hire him again without a doubt. Very honest and trustworthy. Horrible customer service, bought and paid for delivery of baseboard and was not delivered, I called and set another delivery date and nothing, went to store and was met by the owner who was rude and just asked if we wanted money back ....lost a day of work and time on project and he did not care . Basic warehouse that was small and dirty. Not much selection. Both sales people did not speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate. They did not seem very interested in my business and refused to loan out any samples which is deal breaker. I don't understand how anyone can pick flooring without taking a sample. Once you get it home it can and will look totally different. Not a gamble I am willing to take. read more

They brought samples I picked out from their warehouse to my home twice and gave me detailed estimates. I appreciated that his work was efficient and worked room but room allowing me and the kids to still be able to be in our house. After each room was done everything was back in place and very clean.
