We recently purchased a home and the carpets were in rough shape -- heavily soiled, stained with tape residue from the previous owners taping down area rugs, plus pet urine stains throughout. My husband was calling around trying to find someone available, and Tina at Quality Carpet & Tile Cleaning was amazing from the very first interaction. She took his call while finishing another job, had some reception issues, but promised to call back in 30 minutes -- and she absolutely did. That level of professionalism already stood out to us. She and her husband, Aziz, even came out the same day to evaluate the carpets and provide a quote. Aziz was honest, knowledgeable, never pushy, and their pricing was very fair. We decided to move forward, and I'm so glad we did. They worked incredibly hard for over 5 hours in our home after already completing 3 other jobs that same day! They treated our carpets with such care and attention to detail. They also offered an enzyme treatment to help eliminate the bacteria from the pet stains, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Not only were they extremely thorough, but they also took the time to give us advice on how to continue working on some of the tape residue. On top of that, they noticed potential issues in our walk-in attic and kindly alerted us so we could address them before they became bigger problems. That says so much about the kind of people they are. Tina and Aziz are hardworking, honest, and genuinely caring people. Same-day service, excellent communication, fair prices, and incredible work ethic. I highly recommend Quality Carpet & Tile Cleaning for anyone needing carpet cleaning services! read more

Look no further for your carpet cleaning needs and hire them! Sent a message, received a swift reply, and scheduled for service within a few days. After inspecting my carpets, Aziz addressed that I had deeply neglected my carpets since this is the first time I had had any professional cleaning done on the carpets since putting them in. In fairness, I did deserve the (light) scolding. Aziz provided an estimated cost that was higher than what we discussed in our messages; however, it was reasonable given the severity of the carpet's condition. Aziz and another team member started on the cleaning; they were quick and thorough but provided high-quality results. Aziz had me inspect the carpets after the cleaning was done, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. *Aziz cleaned my area rug free of charge after I had asked to exclude it, which was an unexpected and greatly appreciated gesture. So, so kind! Aziz gave me pointers on the proper way to spot clean and said to have the carpets professionally deep cleaned yearly to maintain the carpet's quality and healthy home environment. Aziz genuinely shows a high level of care and professionalism toward his customers. Based on this experience, I will continue to use his services in the future. Thank you! read more

Aziz and Tina are experts at what they do. They're responsive, professional, and go the extra mile. They were able to get out a really stubborn stain on white carpet (something past vendors have failed to do). 10/10 recommend. read more

Aziz and Tina came to our house to review the work to be done first, so an accurate assessment of the issues could be done ahead of the job. No surprises or upselling as I have experienced from other cleaners who offer initially low prices. We had a carpeted room, 3 area rugs and an upholstered couch cleaned with great results. I had a tight schedule and Tina worked with me to make it happen in the timeframe I needed. The carpet in the primary bedroom is very thick, and was pretty dirty from heavy pet traffic so it took extra long to dry. Unfortunately, it developed a musty smell. As soon as I let Tina know, she said she'd come back to remedy the issue. The next morning they returned to re-clean, deodorize and give knowledgeable recommendations - at no additional charge! They stand behind their work - a rare find. I highly recommend this service for fair pricing, good quality work and for their integrity in making sure everything is done right. read more

Tina and Aziz were so friendly and nice. Tina answered all my questions about my carpet. I didn't know what to do before calling Quality Carpet and Tile Cleaning. I was going to just run over to the big box store and rent a carpet cleaning machine but we have stairs and I didn't know how I would clean them. I finally gave up that idea and had Tina and Aziz come by and give me a price quote. I wanted a deep cleaning due to some high traffic areas being so dirty and Aziz recommended that we do a deep cleaning also to get the best results. I felt confident they would do a great job and they didn't disappoint. Tina and Aziz were on time and ready to get my carpets deep cleaned. You get what you pay for and Aziz and Tina did a great job. Thank you Aziz and Tina! read more

Tina and Aziz did a fantastic job with removing stains from our staircase and loft. I was charged the price that was quoted to me at the time of request. They were kind, professional, and worked efficiently. They also provided me with advice about how to keep the carpets clean for the future. Highly recommend and would absolutely call in the future. read more

The reason that this business has universal 5 star ratings is that they are "the real deal" and have earned their stars. Aziz came to my house a little before the arranged time to give me an estimate. He looked at my carpets and sighed deeply, and then gently scolded me for not keeping them in better condition. He gave me the estimate and we agreed on a time frame for the cleaning. He and his brother came at the agreed time and got to work, diligently moving some furniture and clearing the carpeting as much as possible, then proceeded to clean. They worked steadily for a couple of hours, and near the end, Aziz showed me how much dirt was coming out of the large living room rug. He seemed genuinely aggrieved that my wife and I wear shoes in the house, and again, gently, impored me not to do so in the future. His price was fair given the amount of attention my carpets needed, and I will definitely have him back again when it is time for another cleaning. This is how a small business should be run. Tina is wonderful! I will definitely think about Quality carpets when I need them again. Look no further.

I'm so glad I saw Quality Carpet and Tile cleaning as a referral from a neighbor. From beginning to end, Tina was very thorough and responsive in setting up carpet cleaning for our home. (3 bedrooms, hallways, and stairs). We are expecting a baby and need to prepare for his arrival by making sure our home is baby ready! We trusted Tina and Aziz from the very start. I love that they offer a urine treatment, as well, because we have two small dogs that had one too many accidents - oopsies! Tina and Aziz arrived on time, we walked with them and scoped out areas that needed special attention with a black light, and did the entire job in a timely fashion. And even immediately after their cleaning, I noticed a dramatic difference in appearance and odor in our home. Afterwards, they both gave tips on keeping our carpets clean and are lovely to just talk with. They know their stuff! I wouldn't look elsewhere to have anyone help keep our home clean -- call them and inquire today! They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond. You don't find many business that operate as greatly as they do. Absolutely no complaints here :-) read more

Quality Carpet and Tile Cleaning - Stairs - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

My fiancé and I just purchased a house and wanted to get the carpet cleaned before we moved in. I called and gave him the rooms we had living room , dining room, 3 bedrooms hallway and family room he quoted me 325 to 350 for deep cleaning. I agreed. He had great reviews here on yelp and so I set up a appointment for a couple days before we moved it. When he got here he walk through the house and came back out and said wow your house house is big. I never seen a three bed room this big. I can't charge you 350 even though I quoted you that because I won't make any money. I have to charge you 550 and I can throw in the pet cleaner for free. He keep saying how he never does this but how our house is so big that with the time it will take he can't do it for under 350. That was the 1st thing. I was so upset, I didn't live in Stockton at the time. I had only came up to get the carpet clean on the weekend and we were moving the next week so I went ahead and told him ok. I felt like I had no choice and I really wanted the carpet clean and he did had good reviews. He clean the house it took him about 2 hours and when he can out he had me walk through. The carpet. It was clean except the edges were full of hair and dust/ dirt. I showed him the edges of all the carpet and he said the carpet machine doesn't get to the edges. He started to say how no matter where we go they never get to the edge of the carpet and that we can use a vacuum and vacuum it. How does that make any sense. I told him I wasn't happy with the carpet and that I shouldn't have to go around on my knees vacuuming the carpet. Basically he said that's how it is and started packing up. Before he left he wanted to show me how dirty the water was and the filter was to prove he cleaned the carpet. Which I agreed it was clean just not the edges of the carpet. read more

Quality Carpet is the best. They cleaned the floors in my house prior to my moving in a few years ago (tile and carpet), so when I realized my living room had flooded after the recent storm, I knew I had to give them a call as my little shop vac wasn't going to do the job. Quality Carpet came out the same day I called, and within a few hours they arrived, extracted the water, cleaned and deodorized my carpet. Always friendly and top notch, I highly recommend them. read more

This is the best carpet cleaning company I have come across. I was not sure if some of the stains that my kids got in the carpet would ever come out. There were large round dark spots in my light colored carpet. When Aziz saw the stains he assured me that he would try his best to get the stains out. I told him to try his best and if they did not come out I would have to look into replacing it. I left while he cleaned my carpet and when he was finished he called me to come back to the house. OMG was I shocked when I saw the carpet. It looked like Aziz had gone out and bought new carpet and replaced it for me. Wow did he do a great job and save me a lot of money. I am a customer for life and I recommend him to everyone. read more

Aziz was easy to get a hold off, we set the appointment for the same week, he reminded via text message that he will be 15 minutes early. The job was done in a very efficient manner. I needed two rooms to be deep cleaned. I wasn't familiar with the machine that they use, because it looked like a floor buffer. They arrived on time, and looked prepared to do the work. They used shoe booties to ensure they didn't track in more dirt inside the house. They took the time to explain what the process was, which gave me more confidence that they were going to do a good job. When they were done, my carpet were still a little wet, which was ok with me, I had my fans, heater and windows cracked open, to speed up the process. By the time we came back home later that night my carpet was dry and looked brand new. For the quality of service and how clean my carpets looked after they were done, I would say that I would definitely use them again. That buffer works amazing, and I don't have any complaints about the service. They have several forms of payment, which makes my life easier. I even felt inclined to hook them up with a bag of lemons from our tree. read more
