We had 2 houses cleaned by Francois himself, with spectacular results. I had a memorable time chatting with him about his philosophy and books on psychology and business. Francois was open, honest, and professional the entire time. Prices were reasonable and thoroughly explained in how he does his meticulous work. Our carpet was as good as new after he was done with them, at both houses. I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone, and he'll be the one to clean our carpets in the future. Thanks Francois! read more

Frank was superb he cleaned my carpets that hasn't been clean for about five years. I have a pet that made so many accidents. So the carpet smelled like pee and poop no matter how much I cleaned it the smell was still there. I had it with my carpet so I looked and looked the I saw Frank's review from yelp and then i called. That same day he came and gave me an estimate. This man is so knowledgeable about his work compare other carpet cleaners and he use biodegradable product that is safe to use on pet and children with sensitive allergies. Which was a plus to me and my family. I'm glad I found this incredible man to do my carpets. I will definitely use him every year. And now I'm not a shame to have guest or family over. Thanks Frank read more

Frankly Clean - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Stockton, California

Frankly Clean is an example of how businesses should run. Francois came by and gave us an estimate for carpet and tile cleaning. He is very friendly and helpful. Answered all of our questions and left us feeling like we had made the right decision in calling them. Francois is very knowledgeable about his work and is not trying to sell you gimmicks. He will give you his estimate and that is what you pay. He and his team work quick and are very thorough. When they were done, our carpet looked brand new and our tiles were squeaky clean. We will definitely have them come back to clean our carpets again. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 9am. I called Jenny st 9:15 to find out if they were in their way. She said sometimes they get lost, this happens quite often. I get a call back a few minutes later. "There was an emergency in the warehouse, I'll need to reschedule". Ok, tomorrow at 4 sound good. I get a call at 11am the next day. "Sorry there's been an emergency, I'll need to reschedule." I understand emergency's but don't waste my time if there's something clearly going on read more

Frankly Clean is a definitely a professional company! Mr. C. Ray Brower came through for a thorough cleaning of my white carpets! I have four awesome children, dogs and myself who give a white carpet some real challenges! It is great to have a company like Frankly Clean who comes in and gives the "fresh touch" back into our carpets. Thank you C. Ray! read more

Frankly Clean is amazing, they stuck to their appointment day and kept us updated on when they were going to arrive. The Manager, CRay is the one that actually came out to do the carpets himself. They did a fantastic job on our carpets, not only do they look like new they smell great. We did not have to do a thing, he even moved the furniture!!! On time, trustworthy and worth every penny spent!! Thank you Frankly Clean you will be recommended to all of my friends, family and will be back at my house in the future! read more

What a difference Frankly Clean made. Carpet like new....fresher, fluffier, softer, so much better looking. Thought of replacing, but Frankly Clean prolonged that for me. Ray was booked several days out when I called, but when I told him I was wanting something sooner, he squeezed me in on Saturday when his work day was probably finished. Call him, you won't regret it. read more

I was desperate, thinking there was no hope in getting our carpet clean! Called Frankly Clean and BAM! Just like new again! I won't be calling anyone else in the future, period! read more

This guys deserves all five stars. Great customer service, great communication and he cares. That's the most importing thing to share is that this guy truly cares about his customers and their needs. Once he gives an estimate, that's the number. He's not one of those folks that lowballs an estimate to get the job and then jacks up the price for assorted reasons on the day of the job. He came out for an estimate on a Wednesday and then came to do the job three days later. His helper was excellent and they worked very well together. Don't forget to tip the helper! Frankly Clean is not the cheapest and not the most expensive either. His work is definitely a good value. He even got a stain out that a previous cleaner could not. Try this guy and you'll save his number for the next time; I did! read more

I have a rental house. The tenant just moved out and the carpet looked ugly. I found Frankly Clean in Yelp. It seems the reviews are very good so I tried him to clean the house. I am glad I made the right decision. After the cleaning, the carpet looks very good. He spent extra effort to clean those very dirty spots. It saves me from replacing the carpet I was planning to do. I will definitely call Frankly Clean again next time for carpet cleaning. read more

The best in the neighborhood.. Might be a little pricey but I think its worth the price.. I highly recommended to put away all moveable furnitures if possible for best cleaning result.. read more

Crazy awesome job! Five years of many aging kitties with various health issues had left my carpets in very sad, stained, smelly shape. I was fully expecting to simply replace the carpet in 2 bedrooms, but figured it would be worth a shot to try and get them cleaned. Punctual, professional, quality work; especially for the price. I may have them come back and do all my tile. I'm 100% satisfied :-) read more

Had our home's carpets cleaned by Frank earlier in the year. He was very professional, explained everything in detail, and was very thorough. I appreciated the fact that he moved what furniture he could with furniture sliders and then replaced the furniture where they previously were at. It looks like he enjoys his craft. I'd recommend the use of his services. As he says, he's not the cheapest or the most expensive, but he does quality work. read more

My husband found Frankly Clean on Facebook and I'm so glad he did! We've lived in a new house for a year and never got around to sealing our grout. Ray came out here and was very professional and did an amazing job! We have to seal the grout every year, so I wanted to be really sure we were getting quality service. Really great company and they do carpet too! When it's time to get the carpet done I'll definitely be calling Frankly Clean again! read more

Didn't think it was possible but he made or carpets and tile look BRAND NEW again. Frank and Ray are awesome and really know what they are doing. They are not your average name brand cleaning companies the understand the science to deep cleaning your carpets. They even died the gout in our one bathroom and it is amazing. Do your self a favor, call them before you think about getting anyone else or purchasing new carpets. read more

I give Francois a full 5 star rating. He arrived on time, walked through the house with me explaining what he would be doing, and then cleaned my 10 year old carpet so that it not only looks good as new, which amazed me, but my house smells clean-really clean-without a solvent / disinfectant / perfume odor. I have 3 dogs who have accidents now & then and now one would never know I had any animals. He said what he would do and did what he said. Cost was very reasonable & he is a very pleasant man to speak with. Would I hire Francois again in the future? You Bet I will. read more
