On the day of my service appointment to clean my living room carpet, I received a professional and helpful text from the technician, Davonne, letting me know he was on his way and what time he would be there - a little bit earlier than was scheduled. He was professional, thoughtful, super thorough with great attention to detail. He gave me some helpful tips about my aged carpet- I'm in a rental- and then proceeded to do a really terrific job cleaning it. The stuff they use does not have a strong smell which was a real plus for me, he got out all of the stains from the wear and tear of living that had accumulated over time, and really just made this carpet - which really should be replaced - look so much better. After getting my carpet cleaned I was really disappointed with the result. I sent a text message with my feedback to the owner on the number listed on yelp business page. Unfortunately, this is a land line and the message did not reach the management. After 2 weeks, I posted my review on yelp. Within a few hours, I got a call from the owner(micheal) to whom I explained the situation in detail. Micheal agreed to send someone once again to get my carpet cleaned. Our floors weren't too bad so this was just a spiff up and they look brand new just like when we just moved in. Wonderful customer service and really fantastic results! I called early on a Tuesday morning in desperation after another company left me high and dry, and they squeezed me in on the same day. They gave me a quote over the phone and told me it could vary a little based on stains and such. And the final bill was exactly as they estimated (much appreciated no surprise charges!). This was for a move-out carpet cleaning and the home was empty and I could not be there. So, I'm not sure who exactly was responsible for the amazing carpet cleaning but I was impressed! This also could have easily been an opportunity to do a mediocre job, considering the customer wasn't even there at the property.
