Excellent service, Davonne the technician was very courteous, a true professional, I will definitely recommend this service to all..

Michael and his team are incredible!! 100% suggest that you work with this crew. I was hard pressed to find a team that could come and clean my house and do a deep, steam clean of the carpets. They were super responsive at 11pm on Sunday and we were able to schedule a time to deep clean the carpets at 2pm on Monday. Then to top it all off when the cleaning crew that I hired bailed on me last second, they were able to get me a cleaning crew to come 2 days later. Simply put, these folks are dependable, friendly, communicative, and all around pulled off some miracles in my home. Would 100% work with these folks again! read more

Barry came to shampoo our house today and we are very satisfied with his works. 5 stars is our review for him.

Hello! I used this carpet service one week ago Barry came out and did an excellent job on the carpets! He was on time and did a thorough cleaning I was very pleased, highly recommend his service! read more

We had our carpets cleaned through Stay Cleaned Up company. The gentlemen who came to our house was Mr. Barnett Davonne. The friendliness and professionalism he displayed is not very common these days in the service industry. After the carpets dried we noticed couple of dirt areas. Without any hesitation Davonne came back to clean up those spots. When Davonne appears, Dirt disappears. When you call Stay Cleaned Up for carpet cleaning, make sure you ask for Davonne. Additionally SCU was quite cost effective. Go SCU read more

Michael is a great business owner, he came onsite and provided me a free and reasonable quote , his team is very good also, they came on time and cleaned my condo carpet, refinished bathtub and painted entire condo walls, all turned out great. Highly recommended to everyone for not only carpet cleaning but other projects they did for me as mentioned above. read more

Fast response to communication. Able to come early on day of service. Great service. Very patient and willing to redo some dirty area.

Davon was great and very informative. He has a passion for carpet and is extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to educate you. If I require any additional carpet needs, I will reach out again. read more

Owner Michael was very responsive to my inquiries. His quote was higher than most, but I am so happy with the results. Davonne was my tech and he is so knowledgeable and conscientious about his job. He treated a pet odor and mildew problem with a three-step process. The carpet instantly looked better, and by the next day, the odor was gone. I will hire this company again. read more

Our basement carpet looks and feels brand new - the stains are gone, the fibers are soft again, and the whole basement smells fresh and clean. It's made a huge difference in how we feel about spending time down there. Michael the owner was responsive and timely. Marcus did the cleaning on our carpet and did a fantastic job. He spent extra time ensuring that the heavily stained areas were clean and spotless. They are reliable, efficient, and highly effective. We definitely recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future! read more

The tech showed up early, knocked out 6 rooms, a hallway, and stairs, all within 2 hours. Scheduling was super easy, the quote was accurate, and payment was flexible (part cash, part Zelle). read more

The owner, Michael, replied immediately to my request for a price for cleaning my carpet. I called Saturday and his technician/partner, Devonne, did the work on Monday. Devonne did a fine job cleaning my carpets. They look almost brand new with no more spots and dirty spots. Professional quality work at a reasonable price. I am very happy to have a clean carpet now. I will use them again in the future. Thank you Michael and Devonne for your professional and expeditious service. read more

High quality service and very friendly. Great value for the price too. Only negative was it took 3.5-4h when they estimated 2-2.5h So don't plan to do anything right after the appointment in case things take longer. But i would definitely hire them again read more

This place is a joke! Paid a lot of money for cleaning a carpet with just a few minor spots, and it didn't do anything. After the guy left, I ended up loaning a small home machine from a friend using a carpet cleaning solution from Home Depot, and it came out perfect. Very disappointed and would not recommend this business! read more

Courtney cleaned our 27 year old carpet yesterday and it looks beautiful! Spots that we did not think would come out did come out. He was pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this company. read more

From start to finish, my experience with this company was top notch. The person who answers the phones and does the scheduling, Jane, was helpful, answered all my many questions, was patient, and made scheduling so easy. On the day of my service appointment to clean my living room carpet, I received a professional and helpful text from the technician, Davonne, letting me know he was on his way and what time he would be there - a little bit earlier than was scheduled. He was professional, thoughtful, super thorough with great attention to detail. He gave me some helpful tips about my aged carpet- I'm in a rental- and then proceeded to do a really terrific job cleaning it. The stuff they use does not have a strong smell which was a real plus for me, he got out all of the stains from the wear and tear of living that had accumulated over time, and really just made this carpet - which really should be replaced - look so much better. Price point was super fair and Davonne really went the extra mile, helping me move furniture around, showing me how to put tin foil on the bottoms of the furniture when I put it back so that the carpet can fully dry and I just really could not ask for more. Could not recommend this company more highly! read more

Courtney just came to clean our couch. Its perfect!! Our dog had an accident and I couldn't take the smell off at all. I tried everything. Im glad I called him, he answered me right away and came as soon as I was available. He was very professional and knows what he is doing. He got the job done in a timely manner. Im very happy I found him online. If needed in the future, I will definitely call him again. He was also very organized. My couch smells new again! Thank you! I recommend you guys giving him a call! read more

Got a carpet paint stain out from a year ago. Cleaned thoroughly the carpet and the stairs. Will use them again. Reasonably priced.

I have used this company since before the pandemic. Their pricing is reasonable. They are wonderful! Devone did a wonderful job on my two bedrooms, living room and area rug. He was professional, friendly. He sent me a text when he was on his was and his ETA. I highly recommend them. read more

After getting my carpet cleaned I was really disappointed with the result. I sent a text message with my feedback to the owner on the number listed on yelp business page. Unfortunately, this is a land line and the message did not reach the management. After 2 weeks, I posted my review on yelp. Within a few hours, I got a call from the owner(micheal) to whom I explained the situation in detail. Micheal agreed to send someone once again to get my carpet cleaned. Davonne came in yesterday and did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. I did check multiple times and I was not able to find any dust /dirt on the entire floor. Carpet looks so fresh, bright and clean. This really shows professionalism and business cares about their customers. Kudos to that. read more

Haven't had the floors done in a bit and was hesitant during this cooky time in our world to do so right now. I dropped my line out though and Stay Cleaned Up did the dang thang! Lol requested a quote first and got a response in less than 5 mts. Called and discussed needs with Michael and was scheduled for the next day! I got a call when my tech was on his way and text updates until he arrived too. When D arrived he did a walk through with me and then got to work. Our floors weren't too bad so this was just a spiff up and they look brand new just like when we just moved in. Very much appreciated that it went so quickly and we did a PM appt so we could leave the windows open and dry overnight but we were told 4 -6 hrs dry time on average. Very knowledgeable on spill advice, tips and tricks, and just a kind company overall. Smells so fresh and so clean clean! Will most definitely be using them again and highly recommend for all your needs they provide. read more

Found this company on yelp. Michael was quick to respond and quoted with a reasonable price. Michael was also able to fit us in the schedule within the next few days. What a great experience! Davonne arrived on time and explained the products that he was using and gave me tips for future accidents. I was very appreciative of the use of green products, since I only use green products for cleaning. My daughter got a puppy and while training her, she has had quite a few accidents. I needed two bedrooms cleaned and 1 area rug. The full cleaning took just right under an hour and the carpets look great and smell great! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future. read more

Wonderful customer service and really fantastic results! I called early on a Tuesday morning in desperation after another company left me high and dry, and they squeezed me in on the same day. They gave me a quote over the phone and told me it could vary a little based on stains and such. And the final bill was exactly as they estimated (much appreciated no surprise charges!). This was for a move-out carpet cleaning and the home was empty and I could not be there. So, I'm not sure who exactly was responsible for the amazing carpet cleaning but I was impressed! This also could have easily been an opportunity to do a mediocre job, considering the customer wasn't even there at the property. There was zero need to worry at all; they did an incredible job quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely be calling Stay Cleaned Up again for carpet cleaning in the future. Highly recommended. read more

Prompt, friendly and reliable service. Excellent work. My carpet looks, smells and feels great. Great value for the money.

Great, prompt service - shout out to Barry for being professional and friendly and doing a great job cleaning our couch, pillows, and chairs. We will certainly use Stay Cleaned Up again for all our upholstry cleaning. read more

We've used this company twice now, once two years ago and one today. Obviously they did a great job for me to remember them from two years ago and today, again, did not disappoint. We had something weird happen in the doorway to our offices (#2, HUMAN #2), and of the neighbors tracked it through the office. Stay cleaned up dispatch was awesome and very fast acting! I called at 9am hoping they could come out today, knowing it probably wouldn't be possible, Marcus arrived at 11am and he was awesome! Straight to work and got the job done in only 1 hour! Thank you SO much you guys! read more

This experience was a joke. It started off with a call saying he was going to be late to our "10:30" appointment. Our appointment was arrival between 11:30-12:30.. well he didn't show up until almost 2 which is also my daughter's nap time. It took him forever to setup but whatever, as long as it didn't bother my daughter's nap. While he was looking at the couches he asked if I had pads to move the furniture.. no? I didn't know it needed to be moved.. he said ok I told him I was putting her down and shortly after he yelled for me from upstairs- right outside her room *I was downstairs He then asked if I could vacuum my downstairs couches before he cleaned them..to make it easier for him? Ok I hired you guys to clean my couches- why would I do it myself He later told me he assumed it would be full of pet hair but it wasnt... idk why he assumed When he was half way done he asked me if I had anything to eat and drink because he was hungry and never took a lunch.. ok this is getting way way unprofessional. You guys need to figure out your employees lunches When he was almost done he informed me he had busted my hose.. seriously? Anything else..? By the end of it he kept toting about how great of a job he did and that it looks "so much better" I keep my house super clean. There weren't stains or anything anywhere and it wasn't that dirty- I just wanted it cleaned. Everything looked the same just wet. He asked that I give a 5 star review. After he packed up there were clumps of nasty stuff from his hose all over my house and blue scuff marks all over my brand new flooring. It's now the next day and my sectional is still wet, my area rug which I've only had for 2 months is warped and no longer laying flat. There's also a weird residue texture on it.. So overall I paid $800 for wet furniture and destroying things in my house. Absolutely would not recommend. read more

I wish I'd taken photos of the paint spill in the carpet beforehand, but Amir of Stay Cleaned Up made absolutely sure that there was no sign of it by the time he left. We followed the directions of their dispatch team to try to keep the stain in good enough shape for them to work their magic, and it absolutely worked like a charm. Before Amir even arrived, he gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, which was helpful to let me prepare for his arrival. Once he got all set up, he turned his headphones on and just got to work. Before I even finished my task of cleaning the paint towels in the kitchen, he was done! All in all, I would highly recommend Stay Cleaned Up, but if I were you, I'd see if I could get Amir to come and do the job expertly and efficiently. read more
