The person who answers the phones and does the scheduling, Jane, was helpful, answered all my many questions, was patient, and made scheduling so easy. On the day of my service appointment to clean my living room carpet, I received a professional and helpful text from the technician, Davonne, letting me know he was on his way and what time he would be there - a little bit earlier than was scheduled. He was professional, thoughtful, super thorough with great attention to detail. He gave me some helpful tips about my aged carpet- I'm in a rental- and then proceeded to do a really terrific job cleaning it. The stuff they use does not have a strong smell which was a real plus for me, he got out all of the stains from the wear and tear of living that had accumulated over time, and really just made this carpet - which really should be replaced - look so much better. Price point was super fair and Davonne really went the extra mile, helping me move furniture around, showing me how to put tin foil on the bottoms of the furniture when I put it back so that the carpet can fully dry and I just really could not ask for more. After getting my carpet cleaned I was really disappointed with the result. I sent a text message with my feedback to the owner on the number listed on yelp business page. Unfortunately, this is a land line and the message did not reach the management. After 2 weeks, I posted my review on yelp. Within a few hours, I got a call from the owner(micheal) to whom I explained the situation in detail. Micheal agreed to send someone once again to get my carpet cleaned. Davonne came in yesterday and did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. I did check multiple times and I was not able to find any dust /dirt on the entire floor. Lol requested a quote first and got a response in less than 5 mts. Called and discussed needs with Michael and was scheduled for the next day! I got a call when my tech was on his way and text updates until he arrived too. When D arrived he did a walk through with me and then got to work. Our floors weren't too bad so this was just a spiff up and they look brand new just like when we just moved in. Very much appreciated that it went so quickly and we did a PM appt so we could leave the windows open and dry overnight but we were told 4 -6 hrs dry time on average. Wonderful customer service and really fantastic results! I called early on a Tuesday morning in desperation after another company left me high and dry, and they squeezed me in on the same day. They gave me a quote over the phone and told me it could vary a little based on stains and such. And the final bill was exactly as they estimated (much appreciated no surprise charges!). This was for a move-out carpet cleaning and the home was empty and I could not be there. So, I'm not sure who exactly was responsible for the amazing carpet cleaning but I was impressed! This also could have easily been an opportunity to do a mediocre job, considering the customer wasn't even there at the property. Stay away. Bait and switch. Contacted Stay Cleaned Up via Yelp projects. Provided Owner Michael with description of the one common area carpet and stairs area in need of stretching and cleaning. I sent multiple photos and we agreed upon a price. Lined up a carpet stretching and cleaning weeks in advance. On the day of the stretching, the technician was supposed to show up at 5pm, then called me the day of saying he'd be there at 4pm. Eventually showed up at 6pm and then handed his phone to me saying I needed to speak with his boss Michael. Michael tried to renegotiate and triple the agreed upon price, saying the area was larger than he thought. Again, I sent him multiple photos of the area weeks prior. He only agreed to do the stretching because his tech was already there, but canceled the carpet cleaning for the next day. read more
