I'm writing to recommend the window washing services provided by LUX Home Services. They did an excellent job. Great value. I live in a two story townhouse with horizontal sliding windows upstairs, and a sliding glass door, a garden window off the kitchen and a large high window downstairs. My contact was Miguel and from the beginning when I requested a quote till completion of the job the communication was great. On the day of the job I received a text of their estimated arrival. Miguel came with Paul and they did a thorough cleaning of all the screens and windows inside and out. They were careful and meticulous and the price was very reasonable. The house looks and feels fresh with all the windows sparkling clean. I'll definitely call LUX again next time. LUX also does roof, solar and gutter cleaning which they have 5 star Yelp ratings for. read more

Justin from LUX did an AMAZING job. We badly needed our windows cleaned. What a difference. Highly recommend LUX.

Justin reached back to me with an estimate for gutter cleaning almost instantly. Reasonable price. Coordinated service date & time through yelp message and sent scope of work/formal estimate as soon as the work was scheduled. Showed up on time. Justin cleaned the additional metal shed attached to the house as discussed beforehand and included it in the original price. He cleaned the gutters / downspouts thoroughly and also cleaned the debris after job was complete. He sent before and after pictures as well. Great job overall! read more

We hired LUX Home Services for a solar panel cleaning. Justin (the owner) was very responsive with the quotes and accommodating with scheduling. The crew showed up on time and completed the job on time. I enjoyed the real-time updates (with pictures) and was surprised how little noise there was. The panels looked great and we regained about 10% power output from the panels. While working, Justin also noticed that the gutters needed cleaning. As it was their last job of the day he was able to add a gutter cleaning and give me a quote on the spot. Work again was impeccable and finished in a timely manner. Excellent service all around. Good pricing. Local to Fremont, so less of a transportation carbon footprint as well. Always happy to hire and recommend a local business that does good work. read more

Justin and his team are amazing! I solicited several quotes to wash all of my windows and solar panels. His was the most competitive price and we scheduled the work within days of his response. They came on time, finished on time and did an amazing job. Justin explained the process and pointed out any potential problems (I have OLD windows and screens that can be hard to remove and replace) but there were no problems because of the care they took. The attention to detail was impressive-they were able to remove old paint and tape that had been on the windows for years and my home sparkles with the new level of light and brightness. I will use them again and highly recommend them for any of their services. read more

LUX Home Services cleaned all of our windows this Saturday. Justin and his crew member were extremely professional throughout and I couldn't be happier with how my windows came out! We bought this townhouse over a year ago and I don't think the windows had been properly cleaned in a long time. I was completely blown away by how much cleaner our whole home felt after getting the windows cleaned. My main concern was a problem skylight. Honestly, after trying to clean the skylight myself, I knew it wasn't going to be an easy job. When I saw Justin was a vet, I thought to myself this is someone who won't let a skylight stop him, and I'm very happy I was right! He also went above and beyond on a window shelf we had in our kitchen. I would highly recommend LUX! read more

Called them and gave me a great quote. My house window have not been washed for years. I never thought that cleaning windows, would make a huge difference with the natural light going inside the house! I should've done this long time ago. Work quality is great, I haven't seen any streaks or anything. They used the pole with water to scrub the window, after it dried out the windows looked great. Never seen this type of cleaning tool. I initially called for a quote to clean our gutters after a saw a Lux van on my street. Justin answered the phone on a Sunday and explained what they did which includes washing moss out of the downpipes as well as the gutters. I booked an appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Justin arrived on time and got started, within a few minutes he was back at the front door. He told me that the gutters were really clean with only a few leaves near one tree and he didn't feel right charging me for doing virtually nothing. I knew there was moss is the downpipes so we agreed he'd clean those for about 50% of what he was going to charge. He did a fabulous job and cleaned the few leaves that were in the gutters out anyway. I highly recommend Justin's company (he is the owner) for both his integrity and quality of work! read more
