I initially called for a quote to clean our gutters after a saw a Lux van on my street. Justin answered the phone on a Sunday and explained what they did which includes washing moss out of the downpipes as well as the gutters. I booked an appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving. Justin arrived on time and got started, within a few minutes he was back at the front door. He told me that the gutters were really clean with only a few leaves near one tree and he didn't feel right charging me for doing virtually nothing. I knew there was moss is the downpipes so we agreed he'd clean those for about 50% of what he was going to charge.
