We have used Victor and his crew for our windows several times in the past. Each time, the work was simply impeccable. This year, we opted to have them do a power wash of the entire outside of our home - and windows (in and out) as well. In the 30 years we have lived in this house, we have had5 or six window washers. We never plan to switch to another again! The crew was here on time and as Victor, himself, pressure washed the house (including the eaves, the car port and the deck!), his well trained and experienced crew set about first on the inside, then outside, following Victor and doing the outsides of the windows (and the screens) in an almost choreographed way - well planned and executed. My wife and I could not be more pleased and would recommend Bay Area Pro Washers to anyone needing any of their services - for big jobs of small - like our single family home. Sometimes you luck into the best: That's what happened here! read more

This company is the BEST. We have used them twice for windows and power washing. They arrive on time and do a terrific job. There is no up-selling...the price was exactly as quoted. They are professional and easy to work with. I will gladly call them again. read more

Victor and his team did a great job! The vinyl siding and retaining wall on the back of my house grew very moldy from the rains as did the front stairs. The team did a very thorough job removing the mold and were very careful not to damage anything. Previously, l had used another service and they were so aggressive with the power washing that my retaining wall developed cracks. The team also did a great job cleaning the huge picture window in my living room! l hope to work with them again to clean all of my windows when my ailing knee permits. read more

We've been using Bat Area Pro for several years now. Their customer service is very friendly and responsive. Cori is the best and the on-site crew is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and makes quick work of the job. We've used them for gutter, cleaning and window washing. Highly recommend. read more

This is not the first time they've helped me with our building, a challenging one being in Chinatown, multi-floored, and needing their crew to repel from the roof to access all of the windows. They actually took over a business that previously did the work here that did a wonderful job. Back to now, Victor did the job last time which was okay. As he finished that task, he offered to give me a discount on the next time as well as cleaning our building awning. Fast forward to late June, I scheduled a midweek appointment for a window wash as well as the awning wash as suggested. The crew led by Hector arrived punctually at 8 am for my 8 to 10 am window. I ran about two minutes late (apologies) and they were already gearing up for the job. Since our building is four stories high, I took Hector on a tour of the building and explained how the wash was done the previous times as well as the water access spots. They started with the awning first before moving onto the windows. As mentioned earlier, their crew of three did the work with two of them repelling from the roof to clean the windows on mainly three sides of the building. They completed the work in a little over two hours and did an awesome job without needing my advice or assistance. I highly recommend them and thanks to Cori and Victor for coordinating everything. Same for Hector and his crew. Will be calling or emailing when it's time to do it again. read more

Victor and his team arrived on time. They were awesome in the work they did. My windows look amazing, so clear and clean. Screens and tracks too! Victor was quick to response to my request for a quote and it was very easy to schedule my appointment. He was flexible with my schedule. Already asked to be called back in 6 months. read more

Got back to me with an estimate very quickly (that was far less than anyone else quoted me), made an appointment that was very soon and worked out well, time-wise, and they were prompt, efficient, friendly, and (dare I say it?) punctilious in their work, power-washing a few unexpected areas. I really liked this company and crew and will happily use them again. read more

Victor and his crew did a fabulous job for us today, washing our windows and power washing the house exterior and hardscape. They arrived on time and put in a full morning's work. Our house has been remodeled several times and there are different ages for the windows. Victor explained that some of the older windows have trapped water in between panes, which I totally get. The windows look terrific overall. I feel like I have a new house! Thank you Victor and Bay Area Pro Washers! read more

After I arranged my work schedule to meet Bay Area Pro Washers, they moved the start time 2 times and canceled less than an hour before their arrival time. They wanted to reschedule and so did I but they never confirmed a new date and stopped responding to my messages. I would not recommend this company when there are so many other good choices. Very poor customer service. read more

Victor and his team did a great job cleaning our windows inside and out; including tracks and screens. They were very polite, service oriented and friendly. Prices were competitive too. We would definitely use Bay Area Pro Washers again! read more

There is a reason why this company has so many 5 star reviews - very impressed. Cori has excellent communication skills and was very patient with me as I collected quotes (these guys offer the best pricing out of anyone else I contacted, aside from those who don't carry insurance, of course). Victor and crew did a thorough job of cleaning my gutters and downspouts. I really appreciated Victor showing me pictures after the job was completed. Victor was especially kind and patient with me and I highly recommend him (and the company). I will be using this service again next year. Thanks, guys! read more

From start to finish this was a top rated job. Communication was impeccable, and we are super happy with the work they did. After years of California fires, we decided we needed to get the house restored. They did above and beyond everything we asked, added bonus, they even did the sidewalks. I expect we will work with them on a yearly or by yearly basis. read more

They did a fantastic job. Communicated well and a nice team. A reasonable price on top. Will have them back every year.

Victor was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They did an incredible job, and you can tell from the photo that I took after they were done. Big difference. Highly recommended! read more

Victor was responsive and came back quickly with a competitive quote for pressure washing the front of our SF Miraloma/Glen Park house and cleaning roof & gutters. Victor and his crew showed up on the early side of the specified window, which was great because two of my neighbors one and two houses up the hill also wanted pressure washing. Everyone wore masks and followed city & state COIVD-19 protocols. He went over the process and they quickly got to work. The house (and my neighbors' 2 houses), sidewalk, and driveway, and our front windows look great now! The crew paid attention to every detail, and while they worked quickly, everything was cleaned thoroughly. I highly recommend Bay Area Pro Washers for anyone looking to get all that wildfire smoke off their house and to get ready for the rainy season! read more

I decided to use BAPW based on the reviews I read and also the quote I was given to power wash my 5 unit apartment building (over 3200ft2) and also to clean all the exterior windows. I was impressed when the owner, Victor, showed up for the job. He was very professional and assured me I would be pleased with his work. Well, he earned 5 stars because he backed up his promise. He sent me pictures after the job was completed (I live in a different County) and I couldn't believe the difference in how clean the building was. I visited the property the next day and boy was it looking good! All promises were kept. Victor is very professional and understands customer service. I can tell he prides his business on the level of service BAPW provides. I'll be using BAPW from now on! read more

Victor and and his crew pressure washed my home's large exterior windows. They did a fantastic job! Victor was professional, friendly and efficient. The team was excellent. I am quite impressed. Also, scheduling with Bay Area Pro Washers was a breeze. They were available when I needed them, arrived on time and meticulously cleaned my windows. I find their fee very reasonable for the service provided. Since I needed the service during COVID shelter in place, I really appreciate that Victor and his team showed up in masks and gloves. I will recommend them to all my friends and will absolutely use their services again myself. read more

Victor and his team were extremely responsive and made the entire process of hiring them a breeze. They provided a detailed quote, made the approval of the quote easy, showed up right on time, did a great job washing our windows, and made payment easy. I'm very busy and I wish more vendors would run a tight ship the way this company does. Last but not least, they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service, working directly with my tenants. I will absolutely be using them for all future needs. read more

Victor and his team did a fantastic job clearing out our gutters, and cleaning all of our (large) exterior windows. I have used this this company on several different properties for power washing and window washing. I can count on them to do a great job while being efficient and courteous. I've noticed that they do several things so the windows don't get dirty again so quickly. First, they wash off the area above the windows so dirt doesn't come off the building onto the clean windows. Second, they use a soap in the water that makes rain sheet off, taking the dirt with it. New dirt doesn't stick as readily. Their pricing is more than competitive. They have always been the lowest price. Highly recommend them. read more

Someone tagged a patch of brick on my building. Enquired with a business and used Yelp's offer to ask a few other companies... I was lucky to have been put in contact with Bay Area Pro Washers. Victor was not the first to respond but was half the price of the other four businesses. He arrived when he said he would (early), took care of my issue, even offered to pressure wash an extra area not originally discussed and explain some of the process with me. read more

Very professional and thoughtful about pressure washing a 2 unit, 3 story Victorian style condo building. Carefully walked through how they would take care of delicate parts of the building that I hadn't considered. Also, after they realized that one of the walls had paint that was too thin and would become discolored if cleaned, they stopped pressure washing to ask if I was planning to repaint. I decided to pause the cleaning in order to get painting quotes, and the cleaning team reduced my price to cover just the portion of the building that had been cleaned. Very happy with every step of the process. They also cleaned on a weekend and swept up a huge amount of leaves that accumulated at the base of the wall. read more
