Victor and his team did a great job! The vinyl siding and retaining wall on the back of my house grew very moldy from the rains as did the front stairs. The team did a very thorough job removing the mold and were very careful not to damage anything. Previously, l had used another service and they were so aggressive with the power washing that my retaining wall developed cracks. This is not the first time they've helped me with our building, a challenging one being in Chinatown, multi-floored, and needing their crew to repel from the roof to access all of the windows. They actually took over a business that previously did the work here that did a wonderful job. Back to now, Victor did the job last time which was okay. As he finished that task, he offered to give me a discount on the next time as well as cleaning our building awning. Fast forward to late June, I scheduled a midweek appointment for a window wash as well as the awning wash as suggested. The crew led by Hector arrived punctually at 8 am for my 8 to 10 am window. I ran about two minutes late (apologies) and they were already gearing up for the job. Since our building is four stories high, I took Hector on a tour of the building and explained how the wash was done the previous times as well as the water access spots. They started with the awning first before moving onto the windows. As mentioned earlier, their crew of three did the work with two of them repelling from the roof to clean the windows on mainly three sides of the building. They completed the work in a little over two hours and did an awesome job without needing my advice or assistance. I highly recommend them and thanks to Cori and Victor for coordinating everything. Same for Hector and his crew. Will be calling or emailing when it's time to do it again. read more

Victor and his crew did a fabulous job for us today, washing our windows and power washing the house exterior and hardscape. They arrived on time and put in a full morning's work. Our house has been remodeled several times and there are different ages for the windows. Victor explained that some of the older windows have trapped water in between panes, which I totally get. After I arranged my work schedule to meet Bay Area Pro Washers, they moved the start time 2 times and canceled less than an hour before their arrival time. They wanted to reschedule and so did I but they never confirmed a new date and stopped responding to my messages. I would not recommend this company when there are so many other good choices. We have used Victor and his crew for our windows several times in the past. Each time, the work was simply impeccable. This year, we opted to have them do a power wash of the entire outside of our home - and windows (in and out) as well. In the 30 years we have lived in this house, we have had5 or six window washers. We never plan to switch to another again! The crew was here on time and as Victor, himself, pressure washed the house (including the eaves, the car port and the deck!), his well trained and experienced crew set about first on the inside, then outside, following Victor and doing the outsides of the windows (and the screens) in an almost choreographed way - well planned and executed. I have used this this company on several different properties for power washing and window washing. I can count on them to do a great job while being efficient and courteous. I've noticed that they do several things so the windows don't get dirty again so quickly. First, they wash off the area above the windows so dirt doesn't come off the building onto the clean windows. Second, they use a soap in the water that makes rain sheet off, taking the dirt with it. New dirt doesn't stick as readily. Their pricing is more than competitive. Very professional and thoughtful about pressure washing a 2 unit, 3 story Victorian style condo building. Carefully walked through how they would take care of delicate parts of the building that I hadn't considered. Also, after they realized that one of the walls had paint that was too thin and would become discolored if cleaned, they stopped pressure washing to ask if I was planning to repaint. I decided to pause the cleaning in order to get painting quotes, and the cleaning team reduced my price to cover just the portion of the building that had been cleaned.
