Apex Window Cleaning - Family room - Window Washing Near Me

Dale washed my windows inside and out. He was efficient, polite, washed all windows and doors extremely well. I am very satisfied with the service and Connor's (the owner) communication even when they had to delay coming because of a mechanical failure of their hose. I would recommend this company and will use them again. Thank you! read more

Honest, timely, straightforward. Everything you want in a trusted window and gutter cleaning service. Jezer is easy to work with and a clear communicator. Highly recommended for anyone in SF that needs gutters + windows cleaned. Also very fair pricing read more

I was looking for gutter cleaning services and searched on Yelp and received a few estimates and responses from multiple companies but Apex was one of the few who responded immediately, with detailed description of work and affordable price quote. They came to my home on time and was very responsive on email and text. Isaac was highly communicative and transparent. I appreciated his efforts to explain the service done and suggestions for gutter cleaning work moving forward. Photos of before and after were sent to me and they worked fast. Overall I highly recommend and will be using them again moving forward. Thank you Apex! read more

They are so professional and accommodating. We had a very difficult set of skylights and windows and they found a way to do it all at a very reasonable cost. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm just gonna sit here and look out my windows for the rest of the day. read more

Best service I've received for any kind of work I've needed done around the house. Isaac has come to my house a couple of times now to clean the gutters. The house is on an uneven terrain so it is a tricky job but the end result is great! His communication is perfect - timely responses, gives me an ETA the day of, and always arrives on time. He himself recommended that I go from twice a year to once a year for gutter cleaning. And also dropped the price for future cleanings after suggesting some ways to save time without affecting the end result. And to top it all -- he did not ask me to write him a review. So you know that all the 5 star reviews here are coming from an honest place. read more

Apex Window Cleaning did a great job on our windows this past weekend. Not only were they responsive to our request for a proposal, they were easy to work with, easy to schedule, and arrived on time as expected. Their bid was competitive with several other bids that i got so I felt that it was reasonable as well. When it turned out to be somewhat of a more complex job than expected, they still completed it for the proposed bid, which is really above and beyond, because there are a lot of places who would have charged extra for what really could be seen as their own underestimation of the amount of work. But we really do have a lot of windows in complex and hard to reach locations that might not be all that obvious at first glance! Isaac especially worked really hard to make sure we were satisfied customers and i know we will call them to schedule our next service again as well as recommend them to our neighbors. Thank you so much, Apex. read more

A++++. This company is super professional, fast, and reasonably priced. They are very friendly and easy to work with even though I booked the day before! They cleaned all of my front of house, back of house, and entry way windows! It is sparkly clean! I would definitely go through them again! Thanks so much!! read more

Made an appointment for an estimate for 8-9 am. Guy didn't show up until almost 10 am. I had to call at 9 am, twice, to find out when he was coming. I understand sometimes things happen and people can be late, but not giving advance notice when they easily could have (he knew he was going to be late) is very unprofessional. I had to juggle other commitments to accommodate, and inconvenience other people because he was so late. read more

Excellent communication and flexibility which I appreciated being pregnant and having to change my appt multiple times due to complications

Jezer and crew did a great job on our home windows! Would highly recommend his services, he is also very prompt and responsive via email + phone. read more

Pleasant informative helpful staff. Competitive price, work was done shortly after hiring them.

Jezer is THE MAN for window cleaning. He arrived a little late, but he had had an emergency in the South Bay, so it was not a problem for me. Once he got here he was meticulous - a real perfectionist - and took as long as necessary to clean our windows both inside and out, and power wash the front of our four unit building. The results are amazing. I have so much light pouring in now that it's incredible (and my plants are loving it). He was a great guy, very concientious, courteous, and professional. He stuck to his initial bid and as a Realtor, I will recommend him to all my clients and use him for all future listings where I want the windows to shine. He's really the best ! read more

Terrific work. I needed windows cleaned to look amazing for a last-minute open house. The crew did an excellent job and accommodated my tight time schedule. I also appreciated the professional and fast reply to my query. Not only with an estimate made in writing, but they provided their license without being asked. I'll be hiring Apex for other projects. read more

My advice is to proceed with caution with Apex. If you are going to use them, make sure exactly what you are being quoted on and everything is in writing. My mistake is that I had a conversation with Isaac over the quote and what they are going to do, after some negotiation from the original quote. The job is to clean our two-story commercial building roof, gutter, and solar panel including the solar panel canopy in the parking lot. Issac called mid-way through the job and said my solar panels are too dirty and they need to be power washed, which will cost extra (mind you as a buyer of their service, I have no idea how they are going to clean the solar panel). After a conversation, they agreed to do the power wash without charging extra. Then they declined to clean the solar canopy which we agreed on (because the panels they did clean already took too long). I end up paying them based on their claim what we agreed on just to be amicable and be able to move on. I do regret having made the decision to use them very quickly without asking additional questions and have everything in writing. Not suggesting they are bad at what they do, just be careful and proceed with caution to have them come in person before providing the bid and ask enough questions about their process, make sure everything is in writing. It's a small shop and I did talk to Jezer the owner. I don't feel there is much accountability over what was discussed with Isaac, the employee. The feeling I walked away with is that profit is more important than a customer relationship. Update on 10/18: It looks like my nightmare with Apex continues. Today I discovered that they broke the water spigot that they used to wash the gutter and solar panels, and the water has been leaking ever since they left. Isaac did come out to try to stop the leak with no success. We then contacted a plumber to come out to do the replacement. Isaac suggested that they would only be willing to pay for the replacement if I changed my yelp review to 5 stars which I declined. read more

Great service. He did it fast and the gutter is really clean now. I would recommend Apex to my neighbors

We decided to have our windows cleaned at the last minute and glad we went with Apex. We selected them because we got a prompt quote which detailed what they would do, whereas some companies asked what we wanted done (eg, screens, track, etc.) and that's not what we would consider a window washing service. Besides the written quote, Apex provided a copy of their insurance coverage which was good to see. Jezer and his staff did a thorough job cleaning our windows. They weren't the cheapest quote, but after reading the reviews and their detailed quote we are glad we selected them because they definitely have the proper tools that were needed to do an excellent job making our windows shine inside and out! read more

Great job! Super prompt, responsive and the work quality was very good. Highly recommend

Jezer and his team are great: professional, communicative, effective and a pleasure to work with. In addition to cleaning gutters at our home in Cole Valley, they pointed out a couple of holes that needed patching and were able to help with that, too. We look forward to working with Apex again. read more

We used Apex for our 2-building unit exterior power/pressure washing, all window and gutters cleanings. Jezer and his team were thorough, and did a fantastic job, working hard the whole day to get everything done. Jezer was extremely professional and friendly, and he himself took a lot of accountability and pride in getting quality work done. Jezer was responsive to my initial inquiry on Yelp, and his quote was quick, thorough and transparent - excellent communication throughout and very reliable. We definitely plan to use them again for our next job. read more

Jezer is fantastic! He helped us clean our roof, gutters, and windows, and removed all the debris. The windows are now sparkling clean! We had an issue with birds chirping every morning, and he inspected the roof for bird nests, even taking photos to show us. Jezer gave us great recommendations on how to stop birds from hanging out on our roof. His prices are very reasonable, and he works efficiently. Highly recommend! read more

Good and timely service and reasonable price for gutters cleaning service. Highly recommended!

I'm happy with there service. Gave me a $ 30.00 discount on a first time customer.

I had a good experience booking Apex. They were responsive, answered questions, and are reasonable in pricing.

First, my windows look great, and Jezer was professional in polite in the face of a few hiccoughs that occurred. We had a miscommunication about the job price, which turned out to be significantly more than I expected. In retrospect, I think it was a fair price, but it was a stretch for my fixed income. Also, the spraying technique used on the outside of my upper floor windows caused a lot of leaking on the inside. Since I had only asked them to do the outside, this meant I had to spend a lot of time drying the frames and sills to avoid water damage. It was most likely the fault of my custom wooden windows, and not their technique. Jezer took the time to explain things to me and clearly cares about doing a good job. read more

Great service !!! Would use again highly recommend was a little late but let me know everything from the pics he sent I could not believe was so much dirt in my gutters read more

We got many quotes for window cleaning, but this company was the most responsive and complete. When they came out they were fantastic. They cleaned the inside and outside windows and were perfect. They wore booties in the house and were also able at the time they arrived to clean my solar panels. There were no unexpected add-ons and they couldn't have been more professional. In addition, they found a clogged gutter and very quickly were able to handle that problem. They took photos of everything on the roof, including the solar panels prior to work and afterwards. I would highly recommend them. read more

I used YELP projects to ask for some bids for cleaning my gutters and I am so happy Apex responded. They were very responsive throughout the process (thank you Issac!) , scheduled with me for later in the same week, and Jezer did a fantastic job. I would absolutely use them in the future. read more
