Being close to heavily trafficked streets, we get a lot of road pollution on the street facing side of the house and along the windowsill. Wow, I'm so glad my friend introduced me to Tommy and Nothing Unclean. We were shopping around for paint quotes to refresh our exterior, but our friend suggested we try a cleaning service instead, and this saved us tens of thousands of dollars compared to painting ($15k-$20k quotes). Tommy was super friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us an estimate and explained that soft washing could take years off our exterior (as opposed to pressure washing that most shops do that can actually ruin paint and require repainting if they're not careful). It sounded too good to be true, and the price compared to painting did too, but our friend used Tommy before and spoke so highly of him so we tried it and wow, Tommy and my friend were absolutely right: our house literally looks like it was just painted. He also explained that this prolongs the life of our paint since it takes off the years of dirt, grime, and algae that can eat away at paint or trap moisture. We had only discussed washing the exterior excluding windows, but I was startled to see a brush and water creep up our windows lol. Tommy responded to my request for services promptly. I was able to get an appointment for window washing the next day. Tommy did a fantastic job cleaning the windows on our 4-story condo building. I was on-site with him helping to coordinate the visit. We needed access to several units to remove window screens, and we had to work with many people's different schedules on the day of service. Tommy was more than accommodating, he removed and re-installed some very tricky screens, and had to shift plans a few times due to different access availability to units. The cleaning was earlier today, and already everyone that I've ran in to at the building said they were very happy with their windows. I asked them to clean my Marvin tiltpak windows and they assured me they were familiar with them. However, the Tiltpaks I had were not the newest model so we were unable to tilt them for cleaning. However, Tommy was very accommodating, and managed to clean my windows with a workaround. I also warned them that the skylight would need a 12' ladder to reach and this was not relayed to Tommy, so he had to make another trip to get a longer ladder. Tommy is a hard worker and even though we had some snafus, I would definitely use Nothing Unclean again and ask for Tommy. Definitely a good value as well. read more

Nothing Unclean LLC provides unbelievable value.  I was working from home this day and got to observe how Tommy, the owner,  methodically prepped, washed, and cleaned up afterwards, leaving our house looking like it was being staged for a sale.  It looked and smelled clean and It's all the little things that make them the best.  For example, taping the bottom side of our back door because he noticed that there was a large gap that could let water in.  He used a razor blade to scrape off overspray from decades old paint.  He blew away yard waste and other debris from practically the entire lot and areas that we didn't pay to have cleaned like our garage and garbage shed, which he ended up cleaning up anyway, even our nasty green compost bin came out looking spotless!
