Well Done Window Cleaning - Window Washing Near Me - Emeryville, California

Eric did an absolutely amazing job with our windows today... highly recommend him! We're a 3-story house perched on a steep hill, we have a ton of different sized windows, I had to be in and out of work calls while he was here, and we have a cat wandering around the house... nothing phased him. He worked through all the indoor windows and then the outside ones. He cleaned the screens and the window trays (which I didn't realize were that dirty until I saw them cleaned!). Easy communication over email (my preference) to get a cost estimate and handle the date/time logistics (and he was exactly on time). Well done Eric! Thank you! read more

Eric did amazing job! It was a group project with 3 other neighbor houses and we couldn't be happier. Eric was very responsive, gave competitive price and did great job cleaning our windows (that were really overdue on a good wash!) Highly recommend! read more

Thank you! Eric was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. And the windows look a-maz-ing! Pricing was reasonable.

I'm very delayed in writing this review, but I wanted to make sure that I added my kudos to Eric and his assistant for the wonderful job they did cleaning my windows last December, 2024! I contacted several different companies but there was a lot of back and forth trying to get to an estimate. When I contacted Eric he gave me a flat rate, told me when he could come out, and showed up when he said he would. I chose him based off of the reviews I saw on Yelp and he did the job exactly as everyone else had described: inside and out, tracks, and screens all cleaned and he was willing to go back over a couple of areas that needed a little bit of extra attention. I live near the bay and my windows get very cloudy quickly from the Marine environment. I'll schedule with Eric again later this year. Highly recommend! read more

Very responsive , professional and arrived on time. They did good job of cleaning all the windows. Their price is much more reasonable than some of other service I used before. I highly recommend. read more

Eric is the haute couture model for window washers. Showed up (after a follow up call) right away brandishing a soap suds window sponge on the left hip and sparkling squeegee holster on the right. He and his accomplice made quick work of my floor to ceiling windows and did a great job. In fact, the windows were so clean that the very next day a bird, presumably dazzled by the reflection of my dining room's floral centerpiece, decided it was time to stop and smell the roses. Needless to say, the poor creature received a rude awakening - THUD! Right into the glass. Don't worry, the bird was fine, just a tad embarrassed, I imagine. It shook off its confusion, cast a wary eye at the deceiving window, and flew off, probably to warn its friends about the clear and present danger of ultra-clean windows. read more

Right so every other window cleaning service I explored via yelp wanted more information before they were willing to give me a bid. Eric was the only service that responded with an actual price. I checked with him when he arrived, in the time frame scheduled, and he said yes the price was the same. For the record most of my windows are on the second floor and they are much higher off the ground than we are personally comfortable handling. He also took care of cleaning the sliding glass door even though I said we could take of it. I can't really imagine bothering with anyone else. read more

Good communication. Team came on time. Very clean windows, screens, and tracks, and they willing went back over one area that needed it. Thanks for the good service. read more

Eric is wonderful! He initially double-booked himself, the summer is a high-demand season, but was quick to offer a cleaning time within the same weekend. My partner and I have a mix of single-pane and double-pane windows in our 1920s apartment. He did an excellent job of cleaning, as well as scraping off excess paint around the trim. I'll be working with him on an annual basis, for sure. Highly recommend! read more

Working with Eric was super easy. Contacted him in need of immediate help with a window cleaning project and he was the first to respond. His professionalism, punctuality and commitment to great customer service speaks volume. His price for window cleaning services in San Francisco is in line with competitors but his professionalism secured the job. Will definitely be using his services again very soon. read more

From the initial call, Eric was very responsive and timely with his quote. He and Jeff were great with the cleaning and took good care with our old antique windows on our house. Eric Hill and his crew from Well Done Window Cleaning just came yesterday to clean our windows on time for the holiday season. We have large panoramic windows overlooking the bay up to the 3rd floor, and he is able to clean them spotless and with safety. He is detail oriented and is happy to make as many passes as needed so all of the stains from birds and insects are completely gone. He has been cleaning our windows for the past 7 years and I could not recommend him more strongly. read more

Left two messages and never received a call back. Guess they're not looking for business!

I found Well Done Window Cleaning through Yelp and I'm glad I went with Eric! His price was very fair for the windows in my house and he was extremely responsive in his communication on timing & price. Eric is the owner and he brought an additional person to clean ~18 exterior windows. They arrived on time, had everything they needed & finished within 1.5-2 hours. After they left I noticed one window seemed to still have a lot of dust; I texted him & he immediately responded. I provided a photo and he clarified that the window was cleaned except the seal on the window was broken, hence the condensation. The prompt clarification was very helpful. I appreciated the great communication, his price and service. I definitely will reach out to Eric to clean my windows on a more regular cadence. Don't hesitate to hire Eric & his crew! Thanks, Eric! read more

We don't usually write reviews for the services we hired. But, Eric and Jeff did a fantastic job in cleaning our windows and sunroom roofs. They are very professional. We got sparkling windows after they finished the job. Thank you very much, Eric and Jeff. read more

Eric did a fantastic job of cleaning all the windows and screens in our home. He also cleaned out the glider and window frame tracks and emptied out our gutters. He was very courteous and performed his work admirably. His original quote was very reasonable, but we both agreed that he underestimated the amount of work involved, so he had to come back for a few hours on the following day and finish the job. Overall, he was very presentable, punctual, and courteous. I would hire him again without question. read more

Fair price easy to work with and job well done. Responsive and polite. Windows look great

Eric came and cleaned our 25 windows yesterday. Did a fantastic job! He was prompt, clear in his communications and finished efficiently. Best of all, his price is entirely reasonable, almost half of what another larger outfit quoted me. I'd recommend Eric to everyone and will be calling him next year when our windows need some more TLC. Well done, absolutely! read more

Eric responded very quickly to my inquiry (I think it was within 10 minutes) and I was able to book a window cleaning appointment within 2 days at a convenient time for me. There was a bit of a rough start because there was a car accident on the bridge, so he was 45 minutes late. That said, he was super apologetic and went out of his way to make it right. He gave me a large discount and even cleaned the interiors of the windows to ensure I was happy with the service despite the unforeseen delay. And needless to say, the exteriors of the windows were also sparkling and spotless. He was done within 30 minutes. I think he did a great job and I'd recommend his service to anyone looking at this page. read more
