After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden

I had movers coming in the afternoon, so I needed cleaning services in the morning. Despite our previously agreed-upon time of 9 AM, the cleaners never arrived. The operator was not communicative at all - I had to keep pestering her for updates on the cleaner's arrival. Their ETA was consistently wrong, and they even lied to me about the cleaner's arrival at one point - the operator told me that the cleaner could not find parking at our location, but there was ample street parking outside at the time. After waiting 90 minutes and with the cleaners nowhere to be seen and the movers arriving soon, I had to cancel the scheduled cleaning service. There was no apology or accountability for their lack of punctuality and dishonesty. I cannot recommend Patricia's Cleaning Services to anyone.

My house is quite big with lots of windows. They cleaned some of the really dirty windows twice to make sure they're absolutely clean. They came with a van full of professional equipment, including a water filtering system. Diego explained that filtered water leaves no streaks on the glass after it dries. They used a rotating tube-shaped brush roller designed to clean solar panels. Although it was not part of the job, they used the pressure washer to clean the gutter covers, exterior walls and eaves along the front of my house and even pressure washed my long brick walkway as a bonus. I didn't realize how dirty it was. I would definitely hire Always Clean to routinely clean the entire exterior of my house. Their price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work that Anderson and Diego did.
