After I emailed the company James called me and we set an appointment up for last Thursday. The day of our appointment James called and said we needed to reschedule. So we then rescheduled the appointment for today at 11 am. No call no show from James. I called and spoke with James at 12:40. He apologized and said he forgot and if we could reschedule again for next week. I told him absolutely not. Why would I want to do business with a company that has no regards for their customers. I suggest you go elsewhere finding another company to do business with. I wanted soft wash for my roof services. It is evident they don't care about customers.

I thanked him for his quick call back but that I would try doing the job myself. So what did he say??? Unsolicited, he asked me several questions about the problems I would be trying to clean and gave me his professional opinion on how best to get the job done- he told me what I planned to use would not work but readily available cleaning products would, he advised me to protect my clothing from stain and even told me how I could avoid tracking into my home!!! I didn't hire him for this job but I most certainly will when I'm ready to have all of my concrete pressure washed. Thank you again Greg for being a good business owner and sharing your knowledge.

They arrived right on time and let me know what they were doing throughout the day. They were careful working around our furniture, moving items out of the way, treating them with respect. Extra items: I had asked for just the exterior windows to be washed. Edwin insisted on removing all the screens & cleaning the interior windows as well and he was so right. He does a much better job than we do! He also cleaned out the inside of our skylights which are impossible for us to reach. Also, the crew pointed out some potential problems with our downspouts and roofing, which I never would have seen without their eyes on them. I can work on getting these areas fixed before they are a problem and I'm very grateful. The price seemed very reasonable for a good days work and all the specialized equipment they brought. Recommended!

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

We called JNS because they had excellent reviews and Jay responded immediately, and gave a fair quote for the whole job and he was available to do the work within a week. The team arrived on time the day of cleaning, were incredibly courteous, very tidy, and efficient. They took before and after pics of the roof, and the roof looked amazing!!! The next day we realized they had not cleaned the tracks on the windows and there were many smudges and streaks on the largest windows and sliding doors. We contacted Jay and he was again, very responsive, realized he should have asked if we wanted the tracks cleaned because he charges more to do them, but he offered to come back and do them for half the price, and take care of the smeared windows too. They cleaned the tracks relatively well (they're old windows, so we weren't expecting a miracle), but the next morning when the sun shined through those big windows again, we just realized they're not great at cleaning windows. So bottom line, we'll find someone else to clean our windows going forward, but we highly recommend them for roof and gutter cleaning. Note: Our insurance company renewed our policy!

He responded to my initial request for an estimate within 24 hours, communicated clearly throughout the process, and arrived exactly when he said he would. What stood out most was Mike's commitment to doing the job correctly. On the day of installation, he had his materials ready when he noticed flaws in them. Rather than trying to make them work or moving forward with substandard materials, he stopped, contacted me, explained the situation, and ordered new materials. That decision demonstrated his honesty, integrity, and dedication to quality. Mike's time management, work ethic, and attention to detail were excellent. He completed the project as proposed and never cut corners. He even went above and beyond by patching a large hole left behind by roofers who had previously removed the gutter from my garage wall and failed to repair the damage. Mike provides everything you hope for when hiring a contractor: excellent communication, professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship, and a genuine commitment to doing things right. His proposal was thorough, his pricing was fair, and the entire experience was exceptional. I would gladly work with Mike and Crown Gutters again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of gutter work.
