Recommend, highly recommend. Great business by Jay - great owner, fair and honest, a pleasure to do business with. The front stairs of the house had a million dollar face lift - the house smells so much cleaner too. read more

Jay & his colleague did a phenomenal job cleaning my roof & front of the driveway and backyard concrete. They were on time & very cleaned after. In addition, they helped me move heavy tiles and clean them as well. I am extremely satisfied. Much appreciated. read more

We received a notice of cancellation from our insurance company due to moss on our roof. We decided to get the riff cleaned and while we were at it, the gutters and windows as well. We called JNS because they had excellent reviews and Jay responded immediately, and gave a fair quote for the whole job and he was available to do the work within a week. The team arrived on time the day of cleaning, were incredibly courteous, very tidy, and efficient. They took before and after pics of the roof, and the roof looked amazing!!! The next day we realized they had not cleaned the tracks on the windows and there were many smudges and streaks on the largest windows and sliding doors. We contacted Jay and he was again, very responsive, realized he should have asked if we wanted the tracks cleaned because he charges more to do them, but he offered to come back and do them for half the price, and take care of the smeared windows too. They cleaned the tracks relatively well (they're old windows, so we weren't expecting a miracle), but the next morning when the sun shined through those big windows again, we just realized they're not great at cleaning windows. So bottom line, we'll find someone else to clean our windows going forward, but we highly recommend them for roof and gutter cleaning. Note: Our insurance company renewed our policy! read more

definitely love this service. My solar panel company needs me to remove moss of my roof, I requested on Yelp but no one wants or will to do. While they replied to my request in mins, came out for the job in the next morning. They spent 6 hours on my roof without having lunch and gave a brand new roof back to me. Super nice guys I will recommend them ABSOLUTELY! read more

Well, I don't think they actually NEED another five star review, but that WAS the service they gave! Very professional team, turning up with all the right equipment and workers comp, so you can definitely have peace of mind on your rooves. I initially thought their quote was a little high but WOW do they deserve their accolades. Three of them worked for 11 hours on a 100C sunny day to power wash our complex roof and clean solar panels. And the result was truly magnificent. They are diligent, very friendly and Jay is ultra-communicative, with keen customer service always delivered with a smile! Extremely recommended. read more

Jay and team are A+: they responded to our RFP with competitive bid, stooped by for detailed estimate and planning and actually performed the work in one day (Sat.). Power washed off layers of pigeons' discharges from our light wells and installed chicken wires on frames on the roof to prevent them from descent and making nets again. Very good work ethics and high quality work! read more

I found JNS through yelp and they definitely delivered! Email correspondence with Jay was fast and easy. They arrived to my home on-time with their very professional van that packed powerful equipment. They were accurate and realistic about price quotes and got the job done quickly (without sacrificing quality). If you are uncertain about doing a power wash, my recommendation is to go for it: your house will look like new. If you have bugs, cobwebs, dirt, and other debris on your house, this is the fastest way to get rid of all that. With JNS, i felt like I was really getting a service that is specialized for exterior washing, and I felt the results really made a difference. read more

Jay and his partner were very friendly and extremely professional. I had my gutters cleaned about 2 years ago by another company and today I learned they didn't do anything and they found cigarette butts in our gutters... Jay explained to me that my house normally would have taken 2 hours to clean but since it was so bad they stayed as long as it took to get the job done right. They cleaned and tested the down spouts when they were done. I wouldn't recommend any other company to do it correctly like Jay did today today. Thank you Jay for an outstanding job and you'll be my go to guy from now on! read more

Found JNS via Angie's List on a Tuesday. Jon called me promptly and came by the same day after completing his other blasting job that day to put eyeballs on our roof. Said he would be able to do it by Friday; they called 8:15 am Friday, showed up with ladders, generators, gasoline, brooms, hoses and nozzles. I hit him up with extra work - brick patio in backyard. No problem, they spent the entire day. Safe soap solution first to kill the moss then removed ALL of the debri and growth. Incredibly fair price for such professionalism. read more

Wow! I spent two days on the weekend to get rid of messed up steel railings paint, epoxy, and what not done by a fabricator who has no idea about paint work! After 15 hours of efforts using heat gun, paint stripper chemicals, and 1/3rd work done rationale kicked in! Enough of it! Monday morning I called few folks and explored the options. Few guys were way off in time or money or both! Called JNS as well. They were busy with some other work but they said they can work on it in the evening- after 4 pm. I agreed.. They showed up and explained me that to keep my house area clean, they would recommend taking the railings with them and do the blasting at their location. I agreed and they took that 12 ft long railings in their trailer. After 3 hours they called and said they were done with the blasting. They returned it around 8 PM. What a difference, the railings were paint free and epoxy was almost gone except in some corners- which was not a biggie! Can you believe excellent job, no mess at my place and start to finish in 4 hours at a very reasonable price! Don't look further! read more

Jay Lal (JNS Dustless Blasting) is a real blessing to us, and to our clean roof. We found Jay's company through Angie's list. Jay contacted us promptly, came by to look at our roof explaining the procedure, and why roof cleaning is important. He gave us a written estimate the same day and within one week our roof is clean. Jay and Umberto arrived early morning, well organized and ready to work very diligently. We really appreciate his professionalism and very fair price for cleaning our very dirty tile roof. It is so nice to meet courteous, honest, and sincere business people like Jay Lal. We highly recommend Jay, and we have recommended Jay to our neighbors who noticed our beautiful clean roof. Thank you Jay for your excellent work. read more

Jay and his team came over today and did a first rate job of removing the dark brown paint from the concrete in our courtyard. The paint was peeling in sections and we needed to either repaint or strip the paint off down to the bare concrete. We decided to go with Jay after he came to our house and gave us a free estimate and demonstration. He promised to completely clean up and he more than kept his word. He covered the windows and door and protected the walls of the house from damage. He and his team worked diligently all day and they were able to complete the job in one day, even coming back to do a final clean up in the evening. Jay is also very personable and patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. read more
