After contacting Mike, he drove to my house and gave me an estimate to power wash my backyard hardscape that was inundated with dirt. He gave me a great price compared to others and he seemed to be quite honest and a hard worker. We scheduled a date and time. He was punctual. He spent over 4 hours power washing everything. The Arizona Flagstone was very difficult to clean. He went over it multiple times. After everything was finished, he asked me to inspect his work. There were just a couple areas I wanted him to go over again. Without hesitation he did. Again, afterwards he asked me again. I couldn't fine anywhere that needed another go around. I know he spent much more time than he expected. He did not say a word about that. I was very pleased with his work. Straight up, honest hard working guy. I gave him a nice tip for his hard work. He was as very thankful. I would definitely use him again. read more

We initially had Mike work his magic on our front hardscape and driveway. Then decided to have him return to work on our backyard patio. His attention to detail is excellent. In addition, he is prompt in his communications and offers a flexible schedule. I highly recommend Mike if you want your hardscape/patio to sparkle and shine. read more

Mike was professional, thorough, and did a great job on our patio and pergola. We would absolutely use his services again.

Let me say Mike showed up on time and worked his rear off. He went above and beyond the original scope of work we hired him for. He spent at least 3 hours more on our old pergola than he needed as he went over it and over it until he got the result he wanted. Did I say perfectionist. He did an old retaining wall behind the pergola that we didn't even hire him for and OMG! Between the old grey and weathered wood he transformed it into something that looked 15 years younger. Hi is a solid 5 stars and I can't recommend enough read more

I found "The Power Wash Pros," via a search on Nextdoor. The owner Mike, had excellent reviews and was highly recommended. After sending him some photos of my project, Mike provided me a quote and scheduled the service. As you can see in the before and after photos, our patio looks brand new. We always hand cleaned the concrete but could not get out the stains. Mike worked really hard and spent almost three hours making sure the stains were removed. We are extermely happy with his work. read more

Mike has helped me for a few years now. Usually he does such good work. He just doesn't seem to care anymore. We had to part ways. Got my house pressure washed and apparently that doesn't include clean windows. That sounds crazy to me. Who would have their house pressure washed but not expect clean windows. He did one of my rental properties too and apparently that only included doing the ground. He made this mess on the fence by pressure washing the ground but doesn't want to go back to clean it off. How is that reasonable. The mess wasn't there before him. Apparently fences are separate. read more

Hooray for Mike of Power Wash Pros! This is the second time I have used him. This time it was to remove mud stains from front yard plumbing work. It included the driveway, sidewalk, walkway and street. He meticulously removed large mud chunks from street first, knowing his pressure washing water would end up in street too. So prompt in response and completing work. Property looks brand new. I'll call again. read more

I requested a quote last Saturday morning, and Mike responded within an hour and agreed to come out to do an estimate 3 hours later. He showed up on time and the estimate was in line with other virtual quotes I had received. I really appreciated Mike's willingness to come out in person, and so quickly - this personal level of service made us decide to go with him. Mike discussed a couple of options with us, and we decided to have him power wash the entire house, driveway, porch, and cement walkways. He was back on Monday morning, ready to work, and he completed the entire job on Tuesday. The house and all power washed walkways look so clean and fresh - our next door neighbor was also impressed, and hired Mike to power wash his house the next day! We will definitely be using this service to power wash our backyard patio and deck in a couple of months. 5 stars! read more

I asked for a power wash done within the week as I had out of town guests arriving. This was a great experience from the initial quote to the actual service. The team showed up a little earlier than planned - a bonus in my book. Two words describe the experience best: courteous and efficient. They got the work done with minimal fuss. I appreciate that I didn't have to ask for COVID-19 protections, it was the baseline. I will definitely use this firm again as I'm very happy with the results and the engagement. read more

Do not hire him. He gave me a quote for power washing and window cleaning. I had him do only the windows. I was home the entire time, he never said anything about a change in price and he charged me ALOT more than the quote. Then he said he didn't have time to clean and put the screens back on and would come back later and do it and he now will not come back. My bad for paying him. read more

Hire Mike! After seven years of accumulating grime and dust from several construction developments nearby, it was finally time to professionally power wash our home exterior, windows, back and front patio, and steps. We contacted several vendors who came highly rated on yelp, including Mike. Mike promptly replied to our request and stopped by our home to provide an estimate. He explained his process and thoroughly answered our questions. We felt good about selecting Power Wash Pros, and it was a phenomenal decision. Mike scheduled two days to complete the work and came punctually to the agreed-upon time. He is amazingly thorough and takes utmost pride in his work and providing excellent customer service. Our home exterior and patios look immaculate, and the windows are clear and stunning! Mike also went above and beyond as he helped remove a dangling wire from an outdated satellite dish high up on our roof, and he identified two broken screens and offered to repair them free of charge. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Mike and will hire him for any future power washing jobs. Thank you so much, Mike. Highly recommend! read more
