I was provided outstanding service with a complete cleaning of the concrete tile roof, gutters, flashings, skylights, and downspouts of my 2 story home whose last cleaning had been nine years earlier and with a plant was growing in one gutter. The scheduling experience was exemplary. I called and explained that I had specific concerns regarding stainless steel downspout protectors that I wanted undisturbed during the cleaning and with photos after the cleaning to document. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Justin who explained that he would be the one to service my roof. He is an exceptional communicator with very clear, explanations and a great listener. I expressed my concern about the concrete tiles and the size of the person walking on my roof and was much reassured when he told me that he was under 140 pounds. Justin arrived on time wiith a very clean and organized looking work truck. He was just as charming and personable as over the phone, and I was pleased to learn of I thank him for his service in the Marine Corps. After surveying the job and taking "before "pictures of the gutters, Justin went on the roof with a 35 pound behemoth blower first cleaned off the roof and seams and finally the gutters. Some short segments of gutters required him to go by hand using a two-story ladder, including one where a wooden panel with two small screws had to be removed and then replaced. Finally, using his own truck mounted hose. He spent quite a bit of time making sure every downspout was completely clear and running free. He texted me the "after" pictures. Afterwards, he cleaned up all around the house leaving it pristine. I was so impressed with the work, and even though there were additional unexpected ladder work, he wanted to stick to the good value price he had quoted me. I insisted on paying some additional money for all the unforeseen additional work he had to do. read more

I cannot recommend AA Gutter Cleaning enough! My gutters were absolutely terrible and were left sparkling clean as well as my front and back yards when the job was done. Fantastic 5 star service. I had Justin respond. He did a great job and went far and beyond a standard job. I had miss scheduled the times for service. I wasn't home when Justin arrived. No problem! Crew did the job. I discussed a rat issue in my roof and asked while doing service to check for holes. No problem and he would call with potential estimate if the roof needed extra service. When the job was done, I got a call with photos. Justin advised and cut the tree branches touching the house. Gutters were throughly cleaned as well as other portions of the roof where leaves and brush piled up. Justin gave me a reasonable price to clean the roof, gutters, and solar panels, however I think it turned out to be a lot more work than expected due to the circumstances. Justin was extremely thorough and accommodating. My neighbor was painting their house and the dust generated by his cleaning would have caused problems for them, but he worked with them to work out a schedule so they would not step on each other's toes - even rescheduling a portion of the work to another day. Justin was punctual, professional, friendly and very thorough with his work. the job was fast and efficient. i wanted to get gutter guards installed and they offer gutter foam or downspout guards. i went with the guards to keep my downspouts clear. the guards look like a durable plastic that would last for a while. the after clean up was so good! justin left the front and back of my house cleaner than he found it. they use a pressure washer to clean up the gunk! i appreciate the prompt response and will definitely call AA for yearly maintenance. thank you AA! read more

Contacted AA Gutter cleaning to remove leaves from my roof that covered approximately 60 sq feet of the roof. They said that they only bid roof jobs for the complete roof even if they only a few leaves in one area. Their bid was $400. I guess this company isn't interested in "small jobs". I hired another company for $135. It took the guy less than 15 minutes to make that $135. AA Gutter Cleaning can't see the big picture because all of my neighbors needed leave removal as well. read more

Justin Davis is the consummate professional. He is also friendly & personable. Prior to a 10 day vacation I made an appointment for upon my return to have my gutters cleaned professionally. Upon my return I called and confirmed my appointment and talked to Justin personally. He arrived promptly and together we went around the perimeter of the house. He noticed that my gutter screens was starting to warp, but should be good until next year. AA Gutter Cleaning also can place gutter screens that are specifically made to trap Redwood & Pine needles. For almost 2 hours, Justin worked very hard and thoroughly cleaned the roof and gutter screens of debris. Upon completion he went over what he did and any problems. He informed me of two gutter downspouts that are prone to clogging so I need to keep a close watch of these 2 areas. If they clog in less than a year, he will come out unclog them at a special rate. Then to top it off before he left he asked if there is anything else he could to help with i.e. lift or move anything. What service!!!!
