During one of the recent rain periods, a 10 foot section of my gutters became detached from the roof. I called Mike for an estimate and then scheduled time for him to fix the gutters. He was very responsive and did an excellent job reattaching the hanging gutters back to the roof. That section now is securely attached and feels very solid now. I will echo what the other reviews say about Mike and Crown Gutters which is that we are beyond satisfied with the great work Mike did with our gutters. The old gutters were the original in our ranch style from '72, they were brown, thin, and plain ugly. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the old gutters, but believe me they were awful! Our new gutters are amazing, look regal, added character to the house and most of all it gives us peace of mind that we are going to be good with the oncoming El Nino. Mike Owens (the owner) showed up this morning as scheduled and was able to internally brace my sagging gutter with plenty of support so it was not ugly on the exterior and he added a downspout so the water flow would be more efficient and help prevent future sagging. Great service. Always nice to work with a responsive professional company. I had Crown Gutters out last fall (2018). Their bid was lower than what my initial painting contractor wanted and they were able to not only do it cheaper, but had the job done within a couple of days of accepting the bid.
