Raj and his crew were referred to me by a trusted friend who had hired Clear View for roof repairs on two houses and was very pleased with their work. The planned start date understandably had to be delayed due to persistent rain during February and March, and Raj communicated throughout this time to keep me informed. The work was completed today and included replacement of rotted wood, many broken tiles, flashing and jack vents (painted to match the tiles), attic vents, removal of debris on the roof that was blocking the flow of water, and cleaning of gutters. All roofing debris was cleaned up when they were finished. I'm very pleased with the customer service, communication, clear explanation of the required work at the beginning (with photos), and completion photos to document the work that was done. When it came time to replace our 20 year old roof (as requested by State Farm insurance) we got quotes from several leading companies because it was such a big job. We love working with Raj, he and his team (who have worked with him for many years) are incredibly detail-oriented, diligent, and hard-working. They also had an incredibly fair price for all of the extra work they ended up having to do after they discovered, dry, rot, and other problems with the roof, gutters, and attic ventilation. They repaired everything without charging us extra and pulled a permit which the solar company had neglected to do. He even came back after our solar panels were reinstalled to make sure the project was done correctly and found some areas that need to be addressed by the solar company, for which I expect to get a partial refund. All the excellent reviews are right on. Raj is the best. Not only did they fix all our roofing issues, but they came back to install new gutters. But here's the incredible thing. We had a huge rat problem and when our rat service couldn't find where they were getting in, Raj had his guys come over, find the hole, take off the chimney siding, and screen it all off. Then there were more rats getting in at the ground level - his guys came in again and took off the siding, fixed everything in the wall, and patched it all up. Amazing. Also worth calling out that Clear View is one of the few places that also handles structural repairs (e.g. rafters), in addition to the roof itself. A bit disappointed with Clear View Roofing Services. I reached out to schedule an appointment and get an estimate. The communication at the beginning was really good. I provided information and they said could come on Monday or Tuesday to come and take a look. I followed up on Monday and then again on Tuesday. Its now Wednesday and I haven't heard back. I have used Clearview Roofing for 5-years. Their service is excellent and prices have been fair. Clearview arrives as scheduled, their roof inspections are thorough with pictures taken before and after repairs are made. Raj from Clearview is extremely knowledgeable and has been very kind to come out when I have called about an issue. My roof had several leaks. I contacted the developers office about the leaks. The developer sent their roofer to investigate the leaks. They performed a hit and miss inspection and also cracked two tiles when walking on the roof. The developers roofer never lifted a tile or checked the flashing and paper. Raj came out the next day and did an extensive inspection of the roof. He found that the flashing was insufficient for the Brentwood area's extreme temperatures, heat in the summer and cold in the winter, which caused the lead flashing to crack. Upon further inspection, because he took the time to do a deep inspection upon noting the flashing issues he found the wood under the flashing and tiles full of dry rot. If it had not been for Raj and Clearview Roofing's extensive investigative process my home potentially would have sustained additional leaking which could have caused significant interior damage too. Stop looking you found your roofer. We have 5 skylights that have given us problems for years. We had at least five different roofing companies do various things to fix leaking. We called Clear View and Raj came out and identified the problem. What he did was different from all the others. We have now just gone through our third winter without a problem. We did have a different leak this past winter that Raj and his crew repaired. He also sprayed an anti-moss solution on our roof. I told him I think they missed an area and he came the next day to solve the issue. When he came he found a roof tile that was cracked and he found a matching tile and replaced it for no charge. Raj and his crew are the best. I needed roof maintenance and repair as well as new gutters and they did truly outstanding work in a very timely fashion. Raj did a bunch of extra work on areas of the roof he saw needing attention (work which was not part of the contract). He also replaced a section of wood siding (and weather sealed it) below the gutter that had rotted out. He left me a color matched can of paint so I can do any touching up on the area in the future if need be...super thoughtful. They are extremely thorough and the quality of the work really shows. We had them take off clay roof tiles and reroof with comp as well as add gutters all around the house.
