Jeff and his team came out and quoted me for my 10000sqft house. They were already on the preferred vendor on Ruby Hills directory. I paid $5,000.00 up front for materials and labor. Then remainder after 3 days of work. They did the leak repair and maintenance of my gutters before they installed the regards. They gave me options for the style of gutter guards and even got a color that matched my roof. Rooftop gutter cleaning has 4.9 stars on porch and 5.0 stars on google. read more

Thank you Jeff for finding and fixing our leak as well as cleaning our gutters!! I'm embarrassed to admit we have never had our gutters cleaned. When we noticed a leak in our home, it was recommended that we have first have our gutters cleaned and checked. A good friend recommended Jeff. Jeff returned my call promptly. When he heard we had a leak from an unknown source, he made it a priority to find the problem. He shared pictures of what he found on our roof so we could see what he was seeing. Everything was cleaned and fixed in a day. I highly recommend Jeff and his team! read more

After we paid Jeff for services rendered, he requested an advance payment of $500 for materials and 1/2 labor for the work we agreed he would do next. He has not done the work after two months have passed with a variety of reasons for his inability to show up. We have requested that he refund, at a minimum, the portion we paid for the labor that hasn't occurred. Once we requested the refund from him, we magically received a call from somebody we do not know saying they would come the next morning to do the work on Jeff's behalf but any trust in this company had already been lost. read more

Henry and his team were great. I was impressed by their service. I contacted a number of gutter cleaning services that I found here on Yelp. Henry was the first one to call me back and despite it being a Saturday, he offered to come by and check it out in person since he was in the area. We walked around the house and he gave me an estimate and said he could do the work immediately if I was good with the price. It took me a few seconds to get past the shock of a very reasonable cost as well as getting the work done right away, but I accepted and Henry and his assistant got to work. They knocked out all sorts of crud from years of previous owner neglect. After doing the roof part of the job, they got to work cleaning up around the house. When they were done, it was cleaner around the house than when they started. I highly recommend Rooftop Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance. The service was fast and the cost was very good. read more

UPDATE: my money has now been returned. Jeff asked for the cost of the materials to build me a gate back in November and has never returned. He promised me numerous times over the past almost 3 months that he was "coming this week" and NEVER SHOWED UP without any communication. I then asked for a refund and he told me the gate was built and he was again "coming this week" and again no showed without any communication. So I again asked for him to either drop off the gate or materials and I would find someone else to complete the job, or give me a refund. He promised he would pay me "after his checks cleared". Which tells me it's all been nothing but lies. He never purchased the materials and certainly never built the gate like he claimed, he just took my money and ran. Looks like I now have to look into filing a claim with the courts. read more

Incredible customer service! Jeff and his team show up on time and do a VERY thorough job on gutters. Even better is their clean up job after! Jeff responds to your needs and calls. I have used Jeff multiple time and intend to keep doing so. Great price for a great service. I highly recommend calling Jeff for your needs! read more

So Terrible. No showed twice for gutter cleaning. Poor communication. Came the third time at night so I couldn't even check the work. Due to the fact that the work was done after dark, I asked if they could dispose of the awnings and I would pay extra and Jeff said No and told me that i'm just a renter and not worth his time. Reeked of sexism. Do not use. Work was so-so. They Left leaves in back yard that I had to throw out myself. Also, did not caulk the holes left by the removed awnings without me asking. read more

I called Jeff on Friday, 1-13-2023, and made an appointment for him to clean my gutters on the following Monday between 2 and 4 PM. I called on Monday morning and left a voice mail message confirming the appointment. At about 1 PM he left me a voice mail message saying that he could come on Tuesday, without even acknowledging that he was cancelling our appointment for Monday. I had scheduled my whole day around his visit, and it was too late by then to do what I could have done if I did not have his appointment. Naturally, I told him I was too annoyed to do business with him and did not reschedule. Also, the following is of concern: a) There is a link on his Yelp page for his website, but it comes up blank. b) Jeff told me he is licensed, but I could not find his name or his company's name in the California database for licensed contractors: https://www.cslb.ca.gov/ Unlike many contractors, Jeff does not show his license number on his Yelp page. read more

I had been reaching out to various handyman(s) in the Tri-Valley area with no luck for months getting excuses such as "I'm booked for the next 5 weeks" or "this is job for a general contractor since my work is for 2-4hr small projects". I just needed someone to help me replace a Moen shower cartridge, replace a kitchen faucet and fix the toilet making a whistling sound and/or periodically flushing on its own. It only took Jeff two rings on the phone to ANSWER when others say please email or take 2-3 business days to respond with our work on that and you never hear from them again. Jeff immediately asked if I could send him text photo images of the kitchen faucet, toilet and shower cartridge while including giving me his personal email should the images needed to be enlarged. After the images were sent, Jeff gave me valuable tips through the phone such as checking for leaks due to caulking around the sink, buying replacement parts for the toilet instead of replacing the toilet and mentioning about Moen's lifetime warranty so that I can save money. Therefore, Jeff is an extremely honest man who cares about his customers whether new or existing; he will treat you like family and make sure your needs are met with his knowledge and expertise in multiple areas of field. read more

Jeff is the best! Within no time Jeff responded to both of my requests, gutter cleaning and install shade sail posts. He is very good in his communication on what works and what does. Also, he has a great price structure. Some crucial points for me personally - There is a very reasonable waiting time - He always keeps me up to date on progress - Absolute reasonable price and always friendly I have some more projects and will for sure consider Jeff first. A highly recommended straight forward gentlemen. read more

I assume positive intent, Jeff contacted me and gave a reasonable explanation on the gap in communication. He owned the issue and confirmed the next appointment. Jeff showed up on the day he committed and worked all that day until the job was finished. He does quality work, I was satisfied with the end result. read more

EXTREMELY rude. nothing nice to say about them. Be ready to call and if they do not like what you say they will click on you.

I initially had Jeff help with the rooftop cleaning. However, I quickly found that he offered his excellent service on many different areas as well. Over a period of 2 months, I had Jeff fix my garage door, ceiling leaking, backyard fence repair, etc. His craftsmanship is outstanding. I would continue to have him help out on different projects and would recommend him for anyone who needs handyman services. read more

Jeff and his crew were very responsive and professional. It's hard for me to come across contractors that I can trust but Jeff is professional and does not cheat or lie. I had one of my siding boards replaced, flashing installed in my gutters, reseal the gutters for leaks, had my gutters re-angled and had my flashing on my roof fixed. After the work, there were areas that were still leaking and Jeff came back out to fix at no cost. Before hiring him I reached out to other companies and they wanted an arm and a leg and they weren't even licensed. Jeff is licensed and insured and his pricing is very reasonable. I'd hire him again. read more

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job for my small backyard. I had not maintained my backyard and as a result, there were out of control weeds, dead bush shrubs, thousands of insects, and a bird's nest! Not only was the crew able to remove all the weeds, bushes, and nests, but they laid down a weed barrier with river rocks to ensure that the weeds did not grow back. Jeff has very high integrity and makes sure that the job doesn't just get done, but done right. He made sure to get all of the smallest of details right, and would not consider the job being done unless everything is done right. I definitely recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone that needs an immediate response and wants to have a job done well. Thanks again Jeff! read more

Jeff and his team made this experience very easy and educational. Jeff explained the job as well as giving helpful tips. But what was most appreciated was how he helped me cut costs with regards to installing gutter guards. Initially I wanted to have guards installed on all of the gutters, but Jeff clearly explained where it's not necessary saving me money. A real down to earth guy who is friendly and made the experience worthwhile. I even referred him to clean my uncle's gutters who was also impressed with his work ethics and pricing. Will definitely be looking to have Jeff and his crew come back for future maintenance. Thanks! read more

Contacted them for a quote on roof cleaning. Instead of taking the sq ft of the roof, they were focused on the sq ft of the entire house and said they would charge amount for every 1000 sq ft of the house. When I asked why the sq ft of the house is relevant, they were arrogant about it. Not a good experience. read more

I was very fortunate to find such skillful and helpful craftsman as Jeff via Yelp. I was finishing home remodeling and the finishing touch was to add some wall to the existing one, which included installing corner beads, spackling them over and applying orange peel texture. I had to finish the project asap, but it would take me weeks to complete if not for Jeff, who very generously came on Sunday and did practically everything in a few hours. Also he helped me to hang a very heavy door. Jeff's punctuality and integrity stands out and I'm very happy with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who has some urgent work to do and is looking for an honest and skillful handyman. read more

We hired Jeff to clean our gutters before rainy season. He gave a fair estimate and finished the work in no time, leaving our home clean. We then decided to hire him to fix our gate and front porch, and ended up hiring him for that AND landscaping our very sad backyard. Jeff gave a very fair estimate, did beautiful, meticulous work with friendly and reliable staff, and completed the jobs quickly and professionally. We would hire Jeff and his crew again in a heartbeat. We are so happy with the finished products, and would recommend him for any home improvement project. He's a jack of all trades! read more

Needed quick help and got it! We had a long side gutter that was lifted completely off our house in the latest storm. I sent a request for a quote and almost immediately heard back from Jeff with a plan and time he and his crew were available THAT day! They called and arrived within a less than 30 min timeline that they promised. Gave a very fair price for cleaning all our gutters and doing the repair. They were done in about an hour and it looked just great. I will definitely keep their card and use them again. Very friendly and professional team! read more

Grateful that I don't need to go up my roof to clean my gutters now that I found the right people. On time and a great job.

I would not recommend this company. I know we have had a lot of rain lately but you would think that after you have your gutters cleaned you wouldn't have a problem with them being backed up and over flowing over the edges. I feel the job they did was half assed and rushed. Spend a little more money and get the job done right the first time. read more

Our house had birds nesting and roosting atop our roof to the point where grass was growing out of our gutters. Jeff and his team cleared out all the bird droppings, cleaned our windows, and added bird spikes to keep them from coming back. Jeff was quick to respond and worked with our schedule. Jeff and his team responded right away to our SOS call. During one of the first major wind/rain storms of the season, water started leaking into our kitchen. Despite the fact that it was a major holiday the next day, Jeff offered to come out and inspect the damage. We had it under control (and declined to ruin his holiday!), but we really appreciated the offer. He and his team showed up the day after, determined the cause of the problem, and fixed everything perfectly. No more leaks! Thank you Jeff, and we will definitely call you again if we need you . read more
