Whatever Jose is doing, he is doing it right! This is the first time getting our windows cleaned in 15 years. Always wanted to get them done and other businesses were booked out till winter with no availability. Woke up one morning, and thought we definitely need to get our windows cleaned so I contacted several businesses and [[HIGHLIGHT]]Golden State window responded within 15 minutes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He said he had a slot open for late afternoon and the price was so fair and reasonable. I couldn't refuse. Jose and the crew came out cleaned 33 windows inside and out including scrubbing, wiping and vacuuming the inside tracks. We were so pleased with the service, we decided to go with Jose and replace all 33 screens as well. He even installed metal tabs so we can easily lift the screens out as needed. The job began on Wednesday and was completed by the following Monday. I actually got a call back three days later from another company, but they were too late. I highly recommend this company! This is the second time that I have used Golden State Window Cleaning and I could not be happier with them. This visit, they cleaned my windows (inside and out), pressure washed my patio & driveway, cleaned my chandeliers (removing and reinstalling each crystal!), and cleaned the glass-fronted cabinet doors in the kitchen. They were on time and did an amazing job! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They even played fetch with my dog as they put everything back in its place in the back yard.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The windows look amazing, and the chandeliers (which are in the kitchen area and thus definitely a bit oily) glisten more than when they were new. Very quick, took about 3 hours, and my house is 3 stories so lots of windows. Requested a quote in June, Jose said he was booked so I requested a date in late July. In the email exchange, said they'd be here between 9-10. Never showed up, called their number, no response. Left an email, no response. read more
