My daughter was home at the time and said she wasn't sure they had done one of the sides. Sure enough, when I got up on a ladder to check, it was full of debris. Upon complaint, they did come back and finish the job, but I would never use them again. They weren't the cheapest either. If you do use them, don't rely on the photos. Check their work yourself.

They came on a Friday and cleaned the windows. When I checked their work, they had not cleaned our screens. They came back a week later to clean the screens. After they left I saw that at least one screen (I stopped checking after that because I was irritated) still had a big section that was dirty. The guys also trampled a plant in our backyard. With just a tiny bit of care, they could have avoided stepping on the plant. We also hired them to replace a screen that had a small hole. The screen came back all loose and not at all as expected from a professional company. Lastly, I was disappointed that they never asked if I was happy with their work. I had to call the office a few times, and they never appeared the least interested that as a customer I was getting bad service. In all fairness, I didn't complain after the first visit went bad. I didn't tell them that a screen was still dirty after the second visit, nor did I complain about the bad screen replacement job. I just didn't have it in me to continue to deal with them. I should not have to manage their work.
