I called EcoTech after checking Yelp for gutter cleaning services. The company had excellent reviews. I called another company and got an estimate that was within $5 of EcoTech. However, Vitaliy of EchTech described his cleaning process which included a full check after the gutters were cleaned that tested the downspouts to ensure they were draining properly and he would take pictures of all of the gutters so that I could see the finished job. That convinced me to hire EcoTech. Vitaliy cleaned out about 60 lbs of dirt and moss from my gutters. He completed the job in less than 45 mintues. It rained a week afterward and water flowed property in gutters and downspouts. Vitali also advised me that my roof shingles did have some moss growing and that I could call him back if I wanted him to spray a solution on the affected areas to help prevent further gutter blockage issues. I found Vitaliy to be professional and courteous and very knowledgeable and efficient. read more

This review is for the customer service aspect of this business, as we didn't actually use their power washing services. The initial call resulted in a quick initial meeting for a quote. The day of the appointment, Vitaliy called to provide an ETA within 15 minutes, arrived promptly as scheduled, took a look at our roof and advised us that their power wash service would be too expensive and that we were would get similar results for a lower cost via a soft wash. He even recommended a company that does that, and also shared with us photos he took of our property to show areas that needed addressing. We really appreciated the honest advice. He said he usually gives estimates based on google maps, but since I had a long list of tasks, he would prefer to come to the house to give an estimate. I was impressed by his knowledge, and also that he patiently explained the process of using different pressure levels to clean different parts of our property. On the scheduled day, he arrived with his brother Victor. They both did a fabulous job of cleaning the roof, gutters, landscape walls, front courtyard with pavers, aggregate back patio, trex deck, and finally the driveway. This company is legit! If you want no hassle, super professional, high-tech and timely services - look no further - EcoTech provides this all. From requesting a quote through Yelp, Vitaliy V. has always been prompt and professional in his replies. Quote came in shortly after (through email) without a need to wait for someone to climb your roof and inspect. They use software to calculate your linear footage based on your address location. Once scheduling is agreed upon and quote approved (through email again), they showed up on time and proceeded to do the job (you don't even need to be home for that). The before and after pictures give you upmost confidence in the quality of the job and the additional care they take doing it. In my case i didn't realize my roof had a small 'green luscious carpet' going after years of neglect. They managed to clean that out and now I can see my tiles again!
