Apparently they use Google maps to estimate the amount of gutters you have in order to provide a quote without having to go on your roof first. Of the quotes I received theirs was the best, and they also had the earliest availability. I received a good amount of updates through text and a phone call about my appointment. Vitaliy also sent me a text when he was on his way and showed up on time. if you couldn't tell, communication is very important to me. These folks can do a lot of stuff, but called for a simple gutter cleaning (first one in three years). Got what we felt was a very reasonable estimate promptly, and approved the bid. I rated Eco Tech a 5 because their job was that great. I had not cleaned my gutters yet this season so they were pretty dirty. I was concerned if all the dirt would come off.
