EcoTech is the real deal. A solid 10 in my book. Vitaly showed up on time with all the right equipment to clean my patios and retaining walls. He was clean, respectful, fast and very efficient. He knows how to do his job very well. They use only very hot water to clean, which is very environmentally friendly. A real bonus when doing the cleaning jobs they do. I will not Hesitate to refer Vitaly and EcoTech to my friends and neighbors. Thanks EcoTech for a hassle free, stress free job! read more

This company is legit! If you want no hassle, super professional, high-tech and timely services - look no further - EcoTech provides this all. From requesting a quote through Yelp, Vitaliy V. has always been prompt and professional in his replies. Quote came in shortly after (through email) without a need to wait for someone to climb your roof and inspect. They use software to calculate your linear footage based on your address location. Once scheduling is agreed upon and quote approved (through email again), they showed up on time and proceeded to do the job (you don't even need to be home for that). The before and after pictures give you upmost confidence in the quality of the job and the additional care they take doing it. In my case i didn't realize my roof had a small 'green luscious carpet' going after years of neglect. They managed to clean that out and now I can see my tiles again! Everything was complete and the site was left clean in no time. Thank you Vitaliy (and the technician who came to do the work - didn't get his name) for such a great and honest experience. I definitely recommend and will use their service again in the future. read more

Vitaliy was punctual, friendly and did great work. I will definitely call them next time I need my gutters or solar panels cleaned. read more

I highly recommend Vitaliy and EcoTech. The entire process, from the quote, to the completion of the gutter cleaning, was great! Vitaliy quickly responded to my request for a quote and was the best price offered from the 3 companies I contacted. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The photos he took of the cleaned gutters were amazing! It was reassuring to have these since we cannot crawl up on a ladder to check the work. I feel better coming into the rainy winter season knowing that our gutters are ready for rain. I would absolutely use EcoTech again! read more

EcoTech was a great company for our tile roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely recommend EcoTech for roof cleaning. Our roof looks so much better and for a minimal fee charged us to fix a few broken tiles that were broken from age and wear. They took photos to show us before and after. They also made us aware of gutter rust and a downspout that's was clogged. read more

EcoTec responded quickly with a quote through Yelp, and was very responsive. Apparently they use Google maps to estimate the amount of gutters you have in order to provide a quote without having to go on your roof first. Of the quotes I received theirs was the best, and they also had the earliest availability. I received a good amount of updates through text and a phone call about my appointment. Vitaliy also sent me a text when he was on his way and showed up on time. if you couldn't tell, communication is very important to me. When meeting Vitaliy, he was pleasant and explained what he was going to do before he did it. I'm not easily impressed when it comes to contractors, but his professionalism and service was definitely on par with my expectations. They will be my go to gutter cleaning company from now on. read more

Almost walked through my shop's glass door had it not been for the handle... I own "shelf" (formerly succiko), the plant shop in Castro Valley. As a storefront, it's imperative that visitors be able to look into my windows and see the shop's offerings. Before Vitaliy, the owner, and Vlad of EcoTech came to service my windows, all a person could see looking toward my shop was their reflection. After EcoTech's work, it's as if they had removed my windows! The difference is staggering! EcoTech's customer service is on point. I even had an appointment reminder well in advance of their visit. When Vitaliy and Vlad arrived, they greeted me with a hearty handshake and a very sincere smile. They engaged me in conversation but remained very focused on getting their job done right. Vitaliy and Vlad were very thorough and respectful in their work process. They looked out for each other to ensure that neither missed a spot. They worked methodically and stealthily, which was crucial since my appointment with them was during my business hours. By the time I had the opportunity to check in on their progress, they were already done! It helped preserve my store image immensely that EcoTech cleaned up as they worked. Literally, the only thing they left me with were clean windows. Thanks Vitaliy and Vlad! Would love to have you back once a month or so. Disclosure: I have received this service at discount. Yet despite this price adjustment, EcoTech treated my establishment with the work ethic and respect of a full-price customer. read more

I found Eco Tech on Yelp while looking for the local gutter cleaning company. They were very efficient, professional and quick on the phone and in person. The estimate was very quick and the price was good. We have two two story buildings on the property with a lot of gutters around the perimeter. The gutter cleaning was done quickly and well. It took just a few hours and no dirt around the houses. We're very happy customers! We'll definitely call you again. Thank you for the 5 starts service! read more

Great work by the EcoTech team. Estimate was about half of what another well-reviewed local company, and they included before and after pictures to show what a difference they made. Cleared two clogged downspouts. One gutter was full of dirty water before they cleaned it, now I know where the mosquitos were breeding! No more habitat for those nasty critters! We used ecotechmaintenance before Xmas this year. The technicians came on time, they cleaned our gutter clean throughly, taking before and after pictures. We were very impressed how they completed the job, very professional & detailed. We cleaned the gutter a year ago, so we thought we might not needed to clean this year, but they left a slip on our door saying they will give us $25 discount. We are glad to have them clean, for seeing the photos, it needed the cleaning. They honored the discount, and the price was very reasonable. We will use them again. Mrs. Kim, Castro Valley read more

We're very glad to have EcoTech. Both of their cleaning work and customer service are professional and efficient. This company is highly recommended! read more

Excellent service and reasonably priced. Family business who responds to inquiries and questions. Will use their services again.

These folks can do a lot of stuff, but called for a simple gutter cleaning (first one in three years). Got what we felt was a very reasonable estimate promptly, and approved the bid. Vitaly showed up on time, reviewed what needed to be done, then did an excellent job of flushing out the downspouts and cleaning the gutters (no mess left behind!). Also pointed out some items we were unaware of, like moss growing on the underside and edges of some shakes and possible rust in some gutters. Wish every vendor was this professional. read more

They were very detailed oriented. They went to my rental property to give me a free estimate and emailed me pictures of my roof. They pointed out to me that my roof needed to be fixed before they could power wash it. The job was so nicely done that my shake roof looked brand new. They also power washed the walls & windows of the house. Their price was reasonable and payment online was so easy & convenient. I give them thumbs up. read more

Contact ECOTECH for the BEST downspout and gutter cleaning service! Ask for Vitaliy Vitaliy (owner) was prompt, professional, cordial, patient, and very thorough. Beginning with service inquiry to method of operation to cleanup at end of job. I needed my gutters and downspouts checked after months of windy and rainy weather. Eco tech had nothing but shining YELP reviews. My experience was great. I requested quote on March 13 and ECOTECH emailed me best price same day. Earliest appointment March 20 1-2p March 18 Viktoriya (secretary) emailed me requesting to move March 20 appointment, to March 19, due to 90% forecast of rain. Vitaliy arrived approximately 30 min earlier than 12-1p window which was great for me. Vitaliy asked me for info about my house and did a walk around with me around house. He took before and after pictures of gutters and downspouts and emailed them with invoice. After Vitaliy was done, did a second walk around home with me pointing out low and high maintenance areas on downspouts and gutters. Put a sealant on roof gutter before rains came. Again no debris was left in gutters or around house after job . I am a totally satisfied customer. Thanks Vitaliy. read more

We finally broke down and got our rain gutters clean along with our solar panels. We got a couple of estimates and went with Ecotech. They were reasonably priced and the guy who came, Vitaly, was very friendly and confident about doing the job quickly and economically. They drew up a contract and scheduled an appointment. The rain gutters were cleaned and Vitaly brought to my attention about birds nesting under the solar panels and the build up of bird poop on the roof. The best thing about Ecotech is that they would take pictures of the before and after so you can see the problem and the solution. They suggested power cleaning the roof to rid the bird poop and to install a wire mesh around the solar panels so the birds cannot nest under the solar panels. They did an excellent job and above all, they were reasonably priced. I have Ecotech saved in my contacts and would not hesitate to use them again. read more

I looked at 4 companies to clean out and install gutter guards and EcoTech came in at the right price but more importantly, they were professional, communicative, and provided exceptional service through the whole process. I find you learn a lot from how a company handles something that goes wrong. Case in point, after they sent me before and after photos, I walked around and noticed one downspout wasn't intact. I emailed Vitaliy V. who was fantastic through the whole process. He acknowledged the oversight and said that although they don't do work on downspouts it should have been pointed out. He quickly had tech come out and fix it at no additional fee even though repairing downspouts wasn't part of his initial quote/scope. I'm thrilled with my experience. It's rare to be excited to pay the bill but this is one case where I was b/c I love the end product and the level of service! read more

Been so busy during the holidays but luckily reminded myself to leave a comment as I didn't want great service to go un-noticed. I set-up a quotation with Viktor from EcoTech just before the holidays and he responded right away. Came over and took time to explain exactly what would be done and great care to carry it out (over 3 hours) to pressure wash my house, clean-out the gutters, and clean-out up the windows, which were badly neglected for many years. He also gave me before and after pictures as evidence of the work. In my opinion, it was well worth the money and appreciate the patience and professionalism that he took to get the job done. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend and will ask again if I have anything that needs to be done by them. read more

We needed our gutters cleaned and wanted to support a local Castro Valley business. Eco Tech had excellent reviews and we reached out to them via Yelp. We described what we needed. That night, we got a response back from Vitaliy (owner), asking for clarity. After responding, he gave us a quote. We called and scheduled the work. Vitaliy arrived during the 1 hour window that we were given, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He took before and after pictures, gave us a status of our gutters and the roof, advised us that the roof tile in a couple of corners had moved a little (probably during earthquakes) and told us that he would email a company who would help us take care of the problem. The yard was as clean as it was before he started. Vitaliy was very professional, very easy to work with (I believe he gives estimates by using google maps), always smiling. We were happy with his work, his pricing and competency. You will not go wrong by giving this company your business. read more

Our old Oakland craftmen bungaloo was in need of a cleaning, windows and all. The white rain gutters had grey drip lines and were ugly.
