Let's start with being on time. We had an appointment for arrival between 8am and 10am on July 10th and the guy finally arrived at 10:45. Now lets talk around the quality of the work - my wife an I have emailed this firm on Saturday with no response and finally got a text today. The windows have spots and streaks, their tech left with the windows with water droplets and streaks on them even after I stated that to him. He stated that they use DI water so they would not spot WRONG. He did not clean the window tracks, did not clean the screens well, and left one screen in the bathroom completely off. At $425 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath single level home I expected quality work that is not what we received. Came across Windows Pros from our daughter's school PTA bulletin. Windows Pro donate a portion of the proceeds to the school. I contacted Oliver and he came to the house for a quote. His quote for exterior windows, gutter and solar panels cleaning was reasonable, and the online reviews I found were great, so I made an appointment. The crew showed up and got to work. One person(Jorge) handled the gutter and solar panels, while the other(Sam) did the windows. I observed Jorge hand scooped the dirt from our gutters before spraying down with the water hose. I was surprised by the amount of dirt that had gathered in our gutters. It was enough to fill a 5 gallon bucket. Jorge took photos of the before and after and I noticed the dramatic difference. Sam did a meticulous job of removing all screens and cleaning them before putting them back. The windows washing utilized a water deionizing machine to remove minerals so after a final rinse, and the windows have dried, there was no water spots! The solar panels benefitted from the deionized water as well. It was a hot day when the crew worked on my house, but they stayed professional and got the job done. Very negative experience with a gutter cleaning service. Reasons: - Multiple reschedules: called/emailed me to reschedule my appointment twice, both with short notice - Poor comms and preparation: the technician who came to my house realized he didn't have the equipment needed (two-storey ladder) to do the job, and said he had to wait for his partner to arrive. He then left and said he'd be back in 15 minutes, but 1.5 hours later, neither technician are back. Am currently still waiting... Overall a big waste of time, unfortunately. read more

This is the best window washing method I have ever used, and I was very skeptical at first that it would work. When he finished, some of the windows still had water drops, and I was sure they would leave spots, but he was right, they dried and were absolutely sparkling. And because of their nifty method, they didn't have to use a squeege , which when used by the regular method, never completely got in the corners of my small decorative windows. But this method did! I love that this works so well, and it was, in my mind, inexpensive and I didn't have to have someone climbing ladders, and using rags and endlessly wiping.
