Alex cleaned our solar panels, and he was great. He came on time and was done in less than an hour. We're now producing about 20% more than we were when the panels were dirty, which will more than cover the cost Alex charged us for the cleaning. We should've done it earlier!! Thanks so much, Alex! Look forward to working with you again. read more

It was a very young gentleman name was Alex. He did a fantastic job. More than anything I wasn't feeling myself I pulled a muscle a few days back and was unable to walk. He was really helpful not demanding anything from me. Took care of everything from unlocking the fence to locking the fence and not bothering me with any question. He is very self-sufficient and did a very beautiful job. I would definitely recommend him. Pricing was very reasonable. read more

I see a new world outside! Alex just cleaned the many windows (both large pane, and mini-pane) in an old 1915 Oakland home, both inside and out, and partially two-storied. The windows had not been professionally cleaned in many years and were in a very bad condition. I cannot speak highly enough of the great job he did in tackling the work, with professionalism and care. He was great to work with, and I shall certainly have him back again to keep the house in shape. I think I paid a fair price for excellent work. read more

Highly recommend! Alex was very responsive, polite, and worked around my schedule. I've never had my window professionally cleaned and I was surprised at how affordable it was. He went above and beyond. My windows have never looked better. The only problem is now I won't be able to go back to my old attempts at cleaning them myself after seeing what they can look like! read more

It's true: he does excellent work. This is the second time he has cleaned the 48 windows of our 2 story (3 from the back side) home - a grueling job which he whipped out in a day. He is pleasant, polite, fastidious, extremely careful about our belongings, and easy to work with. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and he is the very best. read more

I can see clearly now! Isn't it about time you got those nasty windows cleaned? This is the man to call. Prompt with a quote and appointment. Thoroughly cleaned windows inside and out. Personable and professional. You rule, Alex. read more

Alex did a fantastic job on my 1910 old single pane windows! He went the extra step and removed cobwebs from around my second story house as I had requested. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will definitely hire him again when I'm ready for window washing and also when I have my house washed completely! read more

Alex did his usual competent and diligent job leaving all our windows and screens completely clean. We're located on a hillside with several of the windows hard to reach and at angles. He tackled them all thoroughly. He's also a cheerful and polite young man who now has five lovely kids to feed! So give him a try. Clive H. read more

Alex truly enjoys his work. He cleaned our windows in Moraga like an artist! You'll be a fool NOT to hire him!

Alex's company was recommended to me for cleaning two skylights. After cleaning them on the outside, he suggested that perhaps most of the spots were condensation on the inside. He used a ladder inside the two rooms with the skylights to clean them. They are now cleaned and clear as much as possible. Very friendly, professional, and polite. Five stars Thank you Alex read more

We have used this company for many years and cannot praise them highly enough. They are always on time and very thorough.

Alex is an excellent professional. He goes above and beyond to make his clients happy. We needed our windows done ASAP and his week days were fully booked, but he came on a weekend to do the job and we couldn't be any happier. Our windows are beautiful and shiny, and we appreciate his work. I've known him for years and I'm proud of him. Thank you Alex! read more

Alex cleaned all of our windows and screens, on schedule, at a great price and very effectively. While he was cleaning the windows, he noticed that the gutters had not been maintained and had plants growing in them. I immediately accepted this gutter service as well and he performed the gutter cleaning after the windows were done. This was a great time saver for me. I could not be more pleased with his work. read more

Alex's Five or Free is the service to hire! I am a meticulous person, and Alex is so detailed oriented about the quality of his work and his customer service. He responded quickly to my appointment inquiry and squeezed me into his schedule with a prompt appointment. He didn't miss a single spot, detailed things I would not have noticed, and was forthright about a retractable screen that I should not repair. No need to look further: Alex is the person to hire (plus, he is very nice)! I love my clean windows. read more

Alex did a great job, taking care of all windows, inside and out, some of which are large, rain gutters with screens, and solar panels. In all cases his work was careful and thorough. He had an excellent tool for the solar panels that safely removed several years of dirt and resulted in increased efficiency. As other reviewers have noted, he was professional and thorough, and at the same time, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for your similar projects. read more

Alex did a great job cleaning the windows and sills of our house. Very professional and will contract him again in the future. Thanks Alex!

We're returning customers. Alex is responsive, reliable and will go the extra mile to insure customer's satisfaction. We asked Alex if he measures screens as a service and he replied no. However, after finishing the cleaning service that he was hired to do, he offered to do the screen measurements that we needed. We're very thankful he did. We recommend this business and will continue to work with Alex going forward. read more

Great experience with Alex. I would recommend them. I emailed on Tuesday night at 9:00 p.m. and got an appointment for the next day. Probably just lucky there. Alex was super friendly and explained everything that he would do and how much it would cost before he started working. He finished quickly and didn't leave a mess around the house. I'll definitely be using them again. read more

Update: Alexis just cleaned our windows again and all I can do is rave about his services. It's been 5 years since we last had our windows professionally cleaned, and Alexis did them perfectly and carefully both times. I did ask another highly-rated company for a quote to have a basis for comparison. The other company didn't even come inside the house to make their estimate and was going to use some weird system to reach the upper windows (we have a big house), that is, not do them by hand. Alexis even cleaned INSIDE our master bedroom windows (they are Pellas with blinds built in between the two hinged panes, a pain in the behind to open and clean), carefully got a leaded window that was covered in overspray sparkling clean, and dealt with the crazy small panes that surround our massive front door. You may find someone to clean your windows more cheaply, but they are just not going to clean your windows as well or completely. Alexis is worth every penny and he stands by his work. He communicates well, shows up on time, does the work himself with an assistant, works carefully, cleanly, and efficiently, AND is the nicest guy ever, the kind you'd love to have as a son-in-law. read more
