Update: Alexis just cleaned our windows again and all I can do is rave about his services. It's been 5 years since we last had our windows professionally cleaned, and Alexis did them perfectly and carefully both times. I did ask another highly-rated company for a quote to have a basis for comparison. The other company didn't even come inside the house to make their estimate and was going to use some weird system to reach the upper windows (we have a big house), that is, not do them by hand. Alexis even cleaned INSIDE our master bedroom windows (they are Pellas with blinds built in between the two hinged panes, a pain in the behind to open and clean), carefully got a leaded window that was covered in overspray sparkling clean, and dealt with the crazy small panes that surround our massive front door. You may find someone to clean your windows more cheaply, but they are just not going to clean your windows as well or completely. Alexis is worth every penny and he stands by his work. He communicates well, shows up on time, does the work himself with an assistant, works carefully, cleanly, and efficiently, AND is the nicest guy ever, the kind you'd love to have as a son-in-law. read more
