07/13/25- Never even knew that gutter cleaning existed until one day I found some tiny-looking-like mosquitoes aka buzzer midge flying around. They are harmless but still, I need to find out where they were coming from. I tried to look above and saw some coming out from the gutter. I tried to investigate and saw that my gutter is filled with dried pine tree needle that is somewhat damp that has accumulated over the years. I tried to scoop it out because of the awning's bad design, no way to access from the top. Until I came across businesses that specialize with this gutter/solar/anything under the sun! Requested quotes via Yelp and were answered quickly by most and others simply could not do it. Out of all quotes that I have, Squeaky Clean Solar stood out from the rest! Best price of all- out of 9 businesses that responded! Hunter explained the process via yelp messaging along with his quote. His scheduling is well managed as he uses Calendly and you get to pick the date and time that's best for you. Pretty convenient in today's busy world! We had it scheduled for 7/11 for both sides of manufactured home/mobile home. For those who are wondering if he works on those type of homes, he does! The way the gutter is designed is hidden and closed to view if you are on top of the roof. The spaces is so narrow that your hand can't even fit in unless you scoop it on the opposite side which is a pain and will take so much time. For this impossible job for me, I had to leave it to the expert! And I am glad, I did! And here comes Hunter to the rescue! Appointment day: Hunter arrived on time (even a minute earlier 7:59am) for appointment time of 8am. His van looks sleek and fully equipped- for all your gutter/solar needs. Hunter is very professional, right on time, simple, honest, trustworthy. I could go on and on to best describe him, but mark my words- you will not regret hiring him for gutter/solar job that needs to be done. Squeaky Clean is perfect as he carries out his own name and reputation. As he was diligently working on the gutter, it took longer than expected and was able to finish only one side of the awning. Told me that he will be back on Saturday or Sunday to finish the other side as he has another appointment that day. That was fine with me, not a big deal. He came back Sunday (yes, Sunday!) to finish the other side. Set-up his ladder along with his safety gear and started working on it. His estimated time was an hour but it took almost 3hours to make it squeaky clean! Upon finishing, he took an extra mile by making sure all the debris is out and clean. Even swept the pathway, water it down and dried it with a leaf blower. I was blown away (like a leaf blower ) with the service that he provided. That right there is going above and beyond of what was supposed to be done. He is neat and clean- two more words to describe him, too! Even if he would have just left after cleaning the gutter, I am okay with that. But he did not leave any dirt and cleaned up after himself. What impressed me the most is his quality of work and his positive attitude! He took the time to really clean and I can tell that he is happy with what he does! I will recommend him to my family and friends if ever they encounter gutter/solar problems. If ever you need any thing to be spotless clean, Squeaky Clean Solar is the one to call! Trust me on this! Make sure you're paying attention to how the other techs quote how they treat the water being used. Hunter makes sure to use deionized which some don't use and can leave water spots and worse on your panels. Loved that he takes the time to also add a sealant/protector once done.
