I had been looking for a reputable company in Solano County that can clean solar panels and professionally do the pigeon proofing underneath the solar panels without damaging the solar panels and the roof. The areas underneath the panels and the gutters had been built up with the pigeon droppings due to pigeons nesting. So you can imagine it would be a messy work. Chris Reynolds, the owner, showed up and did an excellent job. He took the photos of the solar panels and the roof. He also took his time to answer all my questions before he began his work. I started my search for a solar panel cleaner on Yelp, first having Yelp send out through their system quotes to what I thought were solar panel cleaners but to my surprise the responses I got were from solar installers. So after that did my own search, found various companies who cleaned soalr panels and hit the "quote" button through the Yelp app. I received various quotes and the last company I contacted was Reynolds Solar Cleaning. I was amazed at how quickly Chris responded, explained what he offered (he had a one time cleaning charge at $125 which is a steal as others I've check out were $200 to $300, and then he had a yearly cleaning charge where he comes out 4 times a year (every 3 months) and that was a one-time charge of $225.00). The yearly cleaning charge was right up my alley so I opted for that. Since I found Reynolds Solar Cleaning and there are about 10 of us in the neighborhood that have solar panels, I sent a text message to all my neighbors to let them know of Chris' service, cost, contact info, etc., and I believe 2 signed up for cleaning the same day as me as well as others for another day. I figured if he's coming from Vacaville, I might as well make it worth his wild as well as help my fellow neighbors out! I love how there was constant contact on the day he was going to clean my panels via email and texting. And when I received my invoice in my email it had before and after pictures which was great!! And it's easy to pay online! We had Leonard come out to do our solar panel cleaning, it was our first time hiring such a service. He is friendly, reliable and did a great job cleaning our panels and showing the before and after pictures of what our roof looked like. We have the concrete tile style roof and my husband was very concerned about them getting cracked by someone walking on them. Chris stopped by to provide an extra ladder and they both took their time to reassure us that and guarantee a replacement if any tiles get cracked.
