I needed my exterior windows, siding and fence cleaned badly, and found The Clear Solution on Yelp. I left a message and John responded quickly. I live in a gated community and the HOA would not allow power washing. I let John know and hecaaid he could still do the work. The price quoted was very reasonable, so I scheduled the work. Since the work was outside, I didn't need to be at home, which was great. When I got home from work, I was shocked at how great a job John did on the fence - it looked freshly painted and sparkled! He was working on the windows and showed me a couple of areas on the trim and sliding door that need to be repaired. I was so impressed with John's work - its been about 3 weeks now and I'm outside staring at the siding, fence and windows! Its amazing what a good cleaning will do to your home! John suggested that next year, he'll include a power wash to the patio, which needs it badly. First, he was so prompt at getting back to me when I asked for a quote and came out the same day to take a look at our windows and made himself available for the cleaning a few days after coming out. The Clear Solution, without a doubt. I called during this morning's rain to see if I could get an overflowing gutter cleaned out. Jonathan answered the phone. He said he could be at my house at 3PM. True to his word he arrived on time. He cleaned all the gutters and hosed off the ground area from falling debris. Jonathan is very professional. I enjoyed talking to him.
