Excellent service and value. I needed a small repair and called a few places. Most places had a high minimum charge which I thought was ridiculous for my small job. Not sure if they're too busy or just \disorganized. Needed gutter repairs / reconditioning / leaf filter partial replacements. I got a dressing down by the head of this gutter company. The workers mistakenly came by one Friday, not scheduled, and I sent them away. I was leaving the house right at that moment. So I told them I would see them the following Friday for my actual appointment. Concerned, I left three phone messages and one email. I didn't hear back from the company to confirm it. Not a word. I was confused. So the owner called up the morning of the scheduled appt and talked about my "anger and bitterness," and did I really want them to come to do the work right then. There were more awful words and I nearly lost it. He was clearly mentally unstable. I had to calm him down, speak gently and quietly, and say that I would love to see the workers. That was enough for him to agree to send them over. I've never experienced anything like this before. Such verbal abuse. read more

We are very unhappy with Gorilla Gutters. A few weeks ago When cleaning our gutters they broke our cable for our TV. They said they would come back the next day to put the cable back together. We got the connector parts. No one showed. We called a few times. Then last week we were told James would be here Monday to reconnect the cable. He did not show. We are really discouraged. AND last month when we set up the appointment we were told the cost would be the same as last year. We got the bill even tho we have no tv service or fix and the bill was $25. More than last year. I used them when they were Grateful Gutters, every year, to clean my gutters and they were very good. Now that they are Gorilla Gutters, they have been most unreliable and unprofessional. They missed two appointments, and I waited for them to show up at the appointed time. No show. No one answering the phone during business hours, voice mail box full. They were prompt in providing an estimate but didn't call to ask for any details. That should have been my first warning sign. They were very easy to schedule, which should have been a second warning sign. Their price beat all competitors so I went with them. But, I don't see any signs that they cleaned my gutters. In fact, the one corner where I know moss was growing and dripping water days after rain continued to do so after they "cleaned." My contractor found moss and material in the same corner, as if they didn't clean at all. Gorilla cleaned the gutters on our Craftsman last year and did a great job at a reasonable price. They also recommended some ways we could stop water from spilling over a poorly-sloped gutter. Gorilla Gutters has been cleaning and inspecting our gutters annually for about 10 years now. We have never had any problems with the gutters but know that Gorilla Gutters brings with them the ability to repair anything that is broken. We really appreciate their service and carefulness with our roof too. One gorilla said he could not go on our roof because he had put on weight and our roof, he knew, could only take certain amounts of weight per square foot. So these are very careful gorillas! Thank you!! It may be because we call Gorilla Gutters annually for inspections that we have avoided any repairs. They are thorough in that they run water through the whole gutter system and look for leaks or other problems. We plan to continue to call on them as our #1 gutter inspectors. Many of them were previously fire fighters which might make the difference in their knowledge of roof types. We have been customers of Gorilla Gutters for a few years, and their service has always been fine. However, this year, Dec. 2014, we are extremely dissatisfied with them. We had an appointment for a gutter cleaning for a Wednesday. They did not show up nor did they phone. Finally we called near closing time (about 5 pm) and could only leave messages on their answering machine. There was no way to talk to a person. They did not return our calls until the following Wednesday-7 days after their no show! They had not showed up because they had 'emergencies' on the Wednesday of our appointment. Their subcontracted guy came to install 36' of 5" seamless ogee gutters over a patio cover that we built. I thought it was a quick and simple $350. He brought the wrong width material and couldn't bend a wing to attach to the roof plywood. He wanted to add another flashing a few days later to cover it up. I asked him to just come by on Monday with the right material to do it right. I haven't heard back from them for a week. As a general contractor, I cannot wait a full week for a call back. After leaving more than 5 messages on all different numbers I had, they failed to even call back. read more

I used this company in the past and they were ok which why I was so surprised by their terrible job and lack of professionalism this time. They only cleaned part of my gutters. I found out when I had additional work done on my roof and the contractor told me that one side of my home's gutters was clogged and full of debris. As soon as it rained, water was pouring over the gutters which had not been cleaned. They were supposed to clean the inside and the outside of the gutters, instead they only cleaned the inside on 3/4 of my house. When I called them to ask them to come back, they were incredibly rude and said that was out of the scope of their work and that they would not return to finish the job. I will never waste my money on this company again. I used another gutter/window cleaner in the past and will go back to that other company in the future. read more
