Excellent service, friendly people, easy to set up an appointment, they sent me pictures of the before and after.

Definitely not the cheapest, but I was impressed at the two times we used Gorilla for the thoroughness and care they demonstrated. Cleaned our solar panels (carefully) as well. Nice experiences, and we plan to use them again this Summer. read more

Very friendly and professional service. We've used Gorilla Gutters for years and always find them reliable and efficient.

Did talk to them , scheduled a cleaning and then they dropped the ball. How do you say you're gonna be somewhere and then never show. Nevermind that they never even called. I had to call them to follow up and figure out what the hell happened. So do yourself a favor and find anyone else. read more

As an HOA Coordinator, I've worked with Gorilla Gutters for a recent cleaning project, and they did a great job. The team was on time, worked efficiently, and ensured the gutters were cleaned thoroughly. They communicated clearly and left the area clean, which our residents appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would use their services again. read more

Easy to schedule; crew arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and did badly needed and thorough gutter cleaning in about 80 minutes. Crew leader explained what they had done, and gave me his opinion of the condition of my roof, which was very helpful. read more

Update: On July 20 I received a response to this company's Contact Us form on their website. Incredibly, they are/were closed for the summer! But this nugget of information wasn't shared with potential clients (like me and others on this site) on --their original phone number (Grateful Gutters), --their current phone number (Gorilla Gutters), or even --on their website. They just decided to go dark and not tell anyone. They did offer me a date of August 15 and an estimate 50% higher than pre-COVID, but I guess that's becoming normal. *sigh* I'll look around here and see who receives consistently good reviews and try a new vendor. read more

So clean, they did an excellent job! I would definitely use them again! Service was very professional and their customer service was great!

Excellent service and value. I needed a small repair and called a few places. Most places had a high minimum charge which I thought was ridiculous for my small job. Gorilla gutters did it for a bit less than half their minimum charge which I thought was fair. I was happy with their work and I would use them again. read more

Mac I wanted to thank you for your prompt response and good character. I really do appreciate you going an extra mile to keep a happy customer. The workmanship is flawless and the quality of the gutters is very nice. It looks really good and definitely adds value to my property. Also, I want to extend my gratitude to Alex for his great job. Nice team to work with. Thank you read more

Gorilla Gutters - Gutter Services Near Me

We have them do our gutters every year for 10 to 20 years. Great job Highly recommend

I never thought having my gutters cleaned could actually be fun! James is amazing!!! So much positive energy. James and his crew showed up, cleaned the gutters completely around our house and within 45 minutes, they were done. We're thrilled with the job they did, but mostly I just love how sincere, caring and positive James is. I never expected to be hugging and laughing with my gutter cleaning guy, but that's what we did. I'm so happy to be able to write this review. Anyone looking for gutter help, call Gorilla Gutters. You won't be disappointed! To James and his crew, thank you ... Kelly read more

Gorilla gutters were great. I contacted them, and they were super responsive, and came out a few days later. The crew were fantastic - super efficient, and they did a great job. I'll certainly use them again in the future! read more

Not sure if they're too busy or just \disorganized. Needed gutter repairs / reconditioning / leaf filter partial replacements. The single family home is about 7 miles from their location... perfect, I thought. Keep it local. We completed the contact form of their website. No contact. OK... may be i did something wrong. So, 3 business days later I called the office and spoke to a real person. I was excited for this service. Now, it's the following week, and no one has called back. The 1 star is for consistency. "Ignore your customer, and they will go away". read more

Love this company. They are thorough and do a super job! Very reliable. Highly recommended!!!!!

These guys are best gutter service I have used. Did a great job and great communication

This is a great company that does great work. They check the gutter's drainage and areas where potential overflow could occur.

I got a dressing down by the head of this gutter company. The workers mistakenly came by one Friday, not scheduled, and I sent them away. I was leaving the house right at that moment. So I told them I would see them the following Friday for my actual appointment. Concerned, I left three phone messages and one email. I didn't hear back from the company to confirm it. Not a word. I was confused. So the owner called up the morning of the scheduled appt and talked about my "anger and bitterness," and did I really want them to come to do the work right then. There were more awful words and I nearly lost it. He was clearly mentally unstable. I had to calm him down, speak gently and quietly, and say that I would love to see the workers. That was enough for him to agree to send them over. I've never experienced anything like this before. Such verbal abuse. read more

We are very unhappy with Gorilla Gutters. A few weeks ago When cleaning our gutters they broke our cable for our TV. They said they would come back the next day to put the cable back together. We got the connector parts. No one showed. We called a few times. Then last week we were told James would be here Monday to reconnect the cable. He did not show. We are really discouraged. AND last month when we set up the appointment we were told the cost would be the same as last year. We got the bill even tho we have no tv service or fix and the bill was $25. More than last year. As I said we are discouraged. read more

I was told (by a rude and discombobulated front desk woman) that someone would call me to let me know a price for a simple gutter cleaning. Instead, someone arrived one day that week to clean the gutters and couldn't tell me a price, cleaned the gutters, then I was sent a bill for $225 in the mail! Super expensive and just a generally messy business all around. read more

I am a first time home buyer and I was looking to ensure that the gutters on my new home were clean and ready for the upcoming rainy season. I called Gorilla Gutters and within 24 hours they came out to visually inspect my home. I didn't have to schedule, coordinate or take time off of work, they came out and made their recommendation for a cleaning and test. Again, they followed up by actually doing the work with 24-48 hours. The price was very reasonable for the cleaning and they found some weakspots with a couple of my existing downspouts during testing. I love that they are responsive and only recommend the work that's actually needed. Get Gorilla Gutters on your speed dial, you won't regret it (plus it a lightweight investment in helping to keep your home dry). read more

Had my roof swept and gutters cleaned by Gorilla Gutters and I am impressed with their thoroughness and friendliness. They even cleaned my skylights for me! Thanks, Gorilla Gutters! read more

James came by the other day to do an adjustment -add an elbow-- and cleaning the very day before it started raining this season. The problem I had with water dumping off my roof onto my foundation is solved. I highly recommend Gorilla Gutters. They do excellent work and it's clear they care a lot about the work they do. read more

I used them when they were Grateful Gutters, every year, to clean my gutters and they were very good. Now that they are Gorilla Gutters, they have been most unreliable and unprofessional. They missed two appointments, and I waited for them to show up at the appointed time. No show. No one answering the phone during business hours, voice mail box full. This is not a serious business, and I will have to find another service to clean my gutters. Huge disappointment. read more

I've had them out before and this time was an equally great experience. The call back to schedule was same day, work date less than a week later, got here on time and left the property completely cleaned up. Guys we super friendly and easy to communicate with. read more

WOW! I woke up Tues. before Thanksgiving and a piece of my gutter was hanging off! I called three places and Gorilla Gutters immediatley called back and to my pleasant surprise came to the house that morning, repaired my gutter and then proceeded to go above and beyond what I expected. It was like I had a good friend helping me out. I highly recommend James and his crew!! Very professional, good price and FAST! My house looks great and my gutters are cleaned and ready for the winter rains! Thanks Sandie A read more

They were prompt in providing an estimate but didn't call to ask for any details. That should have been my first warning sign. They were very easy to schedule, which should have been a second warning sign. Their price beat all competitors so I went with them. But, I don't see any signs that they cleaned my gutters. In fact, the one corner where I know moss was growing and dripping water days after rain continued to do so after they "cleaned." My contractor found moss and material in the same corner, as if they didn't clean at all. I sent them a video of the problem area hoping they would return to finish the job but I got no response after weeks of waiting. read more

I had a great experience with Gorilla Gutters. They cleaned up my roof, to get me ready for the rainy season. -- though it has been better weather than usual, it feels pretty good to know that if a storm does hit I will be ready. Called back 3 weeks later and when they finally decided to show up for an estimate, James smelled very strongly of alcohol. He seemed distracted and it made me very nervous! I'm a single, older woman and I highly recommend you stay far away from Gorilla Gutters. read more

These guys were wonderful to work with - thorough, prompt, friendly - and the new gutters look great!

I am not one to yelp businesses but I do use them to help me narrow choices. When I saw that I had very similar experiences with Gorilla Gutters I knew I had to speak up. I was very disappointed by the lack of communication by this group of so called professionals. Then when it came time for my appointment James was late and full of excuses. He was very inappropriate and honestly his work was very unimpressionable. I was taken advantage of and forced to call another company to come fix his mistakes. You are wasting your time and money if you use this company. read more

I needed the gutters cleaned before the big storms as the water was draining towards the foundation. They were the cony company that could come on short notice, came, did the job as promised. Also very responsive. Small downside is the decks were dirty after the job. Overall happy . read more

Gorilla cleaned the gutters on our Craftsman last year and did a great job at a reasonable price. They also recommended some ways we could stop water from spilling over a poorly-sloped gutter. We haven't decided what solution we'll take with that, but we will definitely have them clean them again. A solid, professional company. read more

We have been customers of Gorilla Gutters for a few years, and their service has always been fine. However, this year, Dec. 2014, we are extremely dissatisfied with them. We had an appointment for a gutter cleaning for a Wednesday. They did not show up nor did they phone. Finally we called near closing time (about 5 pm) and could only leave messages on their answering machine. There was no way to talk to a person. They did not return our calls until the following Wednesday-7 days after their no show! They had not showed up because they had 'emergencies' on the Wednesday of our appointment. Don't repeat customers with appointments come before emergencies? Why no phone call? We will not use Gorilla Gutters again. read more

Their subcontracted guy came to install 36' of 5" seamless ogee gutters over a patio cover that we built. I thought it was a quick and simple $350. He brought the wrong width material and couldn't bend a wing to attach to the roof plywood. He wanted to add another flashing a few days later to cover it up. I asked him to just come by on Monday with the right material to do it right. I haven't heard back from them for a week. As a general contractor, I cannot wait a full week for a call back. After leaving more than 5 messages on all different numbers I had, they failed to even call back. read more

I called 2 times and never received a call back or free-estimate as promised?

Gorilla Gutters has been cleaning and inspecting our gutters annually for about 10 years now. We have never had any problems with the gutters but know that Gorilla Gutters brings with them the ability to repair anything that is broken. We really appreciate their service and carefulness with our roof too. One gorilla said he could not go on our roof because he had put on weight and our roof, he knew, could only take certain amounts of weight per square foot. So these are very careful gorillas! Thank you!! It may be because we call Gorilla Gutters annually for inspections that we have avoided any repairs. They are thorough in that they run water through the whole gutter system and look for leaks or other problems. We plan to continue to call on them as our #1 gutter inspectors. Many of them were previously fire fighters which might make the difference in their knowledge of roof types. We've been very pleased with their services and appreciate their dedication to the work. read more
