The two guys knocked upon arrival and introduced themselves. After receiving three estimates for installing new gutters on my house and garage, I chose the more expensive company and let me explain why. First of all, their estimate was $250 more than the least expensive company. Of the three estimates I received they were the most professional in their approach. The gentlemen named,'James' took the time to explain the estimate as well as answer all of the questions from my wife and myself. It stands to reason that this company would exhibit the same characteristics when working on our house. My reasoning proved correct. What a breath of fresh air to see that a company with such great customer service still exists!! I got estimates from a few other companies to install gutters on my house, and like most people, I know nothing about gutters other that they collect and divert rainwater from my house. The other companies would simply say, "here's what it will cost", with no explanation of what I was getting. The Gorilla Gutters sales rep was very friendly and helpful by showing us exactly what we were getting. I will say that Gorilla Gutters was not the lowest bid we received, but after seeing the value in the quality product we were getting I quickly realized that they were the way to go. The installer was extremely well trained and did a beautiful job. Visitors always comment that they can hardly see the gutters.
