Leaving this review now after finally finishing a lengthy cleanup of the mess left from the work performed about a month ago. I initially chose this contractor based on price and high yelp reviews. They quoted me the lowest price to power wash my driveway and remove the paint from it. Compared to the others I reached out to, it was about $100 lower than the rest. However, after all was said and done, the total cost to me after factoring in the extra work needed to clean up, was much much higher. In total, the work took about 15 hours with the worker returning two more times after the initial work to complete the job on the driveway. I think both the contractor and I expected the work to take no more than a couple hours, since my driveway is only about 20x30'. My resulting water bill increase was about $200 from the constant water usage. Maybe the worker that showed up was new, but he did not seem very experienced in doing this. The safety part of me was a little bit uneasy seeing him with no gloves, eye protection, or any other PPE besides rubber boots when working with high pressure tools and chemicals. The biggest issue to me was the housekeeping aspect. It took many hours to clean up the mess left as a result of the work. I recently re-mulched in front of my house before he came to clean the driveway, but the work left paint chips all over; from little bits and pieces, to larger chunks in both my new mulch, and also my two neighbors' yards. I had to dispose of all the new mulch and replace it. Also, spent several hours helping the neighbors clean up their yards which were also affected by the work. The scope of work was limited to my front driveway, but the impact extended into my garage and entryway as well. My garbage bins and bike got debris on them. In my entryway I had some specialty wood craft materials stored, which got damaged as a result of the runoff from the work. Unfortunately, I lost about $1000 worth of material, which I thought was far enough away from the power washing work being done to be safe. Overall, I would give the contractor 2 stars. Technically the driveway power washing work he was contracted to do was completed. I really hoped he would have taken better care to prevent damaging and affecting other areas not being power washed, such as my garage, entryway, and neighbor yards. And for cost, while the quoted price was lower than the rest by about $100, I might have avoided the $1500+ in extra costly cleanup and damage by going with a more careful and experienced contractor to do the work. If you do decide to go with this contractor, make sure you take the extra time beforehand to move everything else well out of the way, or find a way to protect it. read more

Stay away this guy he is a rip off. I contracted hi to pressure wash the exterior of my building to paint prep. We had clear instructions and he agreed to do so. After Job was done he asked for payment right away. Thank GOD i so happened be coming out ti the building that same day with my contractor. Upon arrival I saw the building had a bunch of loose paint on exterior walls and still had plant debris that could have been easily pressure washed off. I sent him pictures and called him to let him know that the job didn't look finished. He gave me a much of excuses and try to insult my and my contractors intelligence on this matter. He basically stated he would not come back to make it right and that I need to just pay him his money even though he didn't do the agreed upon work I will pay him his money because hats who I am but will never do business and never refer anyone to him read more

Extremely pleased with Felix and the great job he did cleaning the front of my mom's house, including brick steps and concrete driveway. He was very responsive through yelp messages, gave an accurate price estimate, showed up on time, was very thorough, and always professional. My mom's house is old, and the paint is not in good condition. From pictures I provided, he estimated about 3 hours of work. However, when working on the house, there were a number of areas where the dirt/mold/grease/whatever that had built up on the outside paint was being very stubborn. Rather than just use more pressure and blast off the grim, Felix tried multiple different cleaning solutions, sprayed them on and let them set, then gently rinsed them off. All this to protect the paint on a pretty old house with crappy old paint. Of course, the old paint did chip off in many places where it was already chipping, but Felix was as gentle and effective as anyone could expect. He spent a solid hour extra doing the work, and didn't even ask for more than his estimate. I happily paid what (I hope) was a generous tip. We needed carpets cleaned for a three story town home in San Jose and Felix was quick to respond and even came to look at the carpets for a free quote! Our carpets had pretty deep set pet urine stains and he managed to get them out very well so that there are no noticeable areas of discoloration. We also had regular discoloration areas just from regular wear on the carpets and he was able to get rid of these problem areas as well. I began gathering quotes on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning Felix and his co-worker were at our house cleaning our gutters.
