Leaving this review now after finally finishing a lengthy cleanup of the mess left from the work performed about a month ago. I initially chose this contractor based on price and high yelp reviews. They quoted me the lowest price to power wash my driveway and remove the paint from it. Compared to the others I reached out to, it was about $100 lower than the rest. However, after all was said and done, the total cost to me after factoring in the extra work needed to clean up, was much much higher. In total, the work took about 15 hours with the worker returning two more times after the initial work to complete the job on the driveway. I think both the contractor and I expected the work to take no more than a couple hours, since my driveway is only about 20x30'. My resulting water bill increase was about $200 from the constant water usage. Maybe the worker that showed up was new, but he did not seem very experienced in doing this. The safety part of me was a little bit uneasy seeing him with no gloves, eye protection, or any other PPE besides rubber boots when working with high pressure tools and chemicals. The biggest issue to me was the housekeeping aspect. It took many hours to clean up the mess left as a result of the work. I recently re-mulched in front of my house before he came to clean the driveway, but the work left paint chips all over; from little bits and pieces, to larger chunks in both my new mulch, and also my two neighbors' yards. I had to dispose of all the new mulch and replace it. Also, spent several hours helping the neighbors clean up their yards which were also affected by the work. The scope of work was limited to my front driveway, but the impact extended into my garage and entryway as well. My garbage bins and bike got debris on them. In my entryway I had some specialty wood craft materials stored, which got damaged as a result of the runoff from the work. Unfortunately, I lost about $1000 worth of material, which I thought was far enough away from the power washing work being done to be safe. Overall, I would give the contractor 2 stars. Technically the driveway power washing work he was contracted to do was completed. I really hoped he would have taken better care to prevent damaging and affecting other areas not being power washed, such as my garage, entryway, and neighbor yards. And for cost, while the quoted price was lower than the rest by about $100, I might have avoided the $1500+ in extra costly cleanup and damage by going with a more careful and experienced contractor to do the work. If you do decide to go with this contractor, make sure you take the extra time beforehand to move everything else well out of the way, or find a way to protect it. read more

Stay away this guy he is a rip off. I contracted hi to pressure wash the exterior of my building to paint prep. We had clear instructions and he agreed to do so. After Job was done he asked for payment right away. Thank GOD i so happened be coming out ti the building that same day with my contractor. Upon arrival I saw the building had a bunch of loose paint on exterior walls and still had plant debris that could have been easily pressure washed off. I sent him pictures and called him to let him know that the job didn't look finished. He gave me a much of excuses and try to insult my and my contractors intelligence on this matter. This is not our first rodeo. He basically stated he would not come back to make it right and that I need to just pay him his money even though he didn't do the agreed upon work I will pay him his money because hats who I am but will never do business and never refer anyone to him read more

I saw great reviews and contacted Power Wash. I got a call same day and an in-person consultation a day later, along with an estimate. The workers arrived as promised and I was notified by text updates of their arrival. They were quiet, courteous and respectful of my property. They had to move some patio furniture to complete the job. They worked all day until it was complete. I am more than satisfied with the results. I am happy to see all of the gross mildew gone from our roof. Looks brand new. read more

After 12 years of backyard BBQs, inflatable pool parties, kid birthday parties, and more recently, a dog rescue that peed exclusively on concrete, my backyard patio was covered in moss, grime, and smelled like a kennel. I called the Power Wash Bros and they did a fantastic job making my backyard look and smell like new! It looks better than the day we bought the house! Other noteworthy things: - They came on time and were kind and respectful - There was an oil spot thst wouldn't come out, and the guy was transparent about it and pointed it out - Scheduling and communication were clear and consistent - Price was competitive and results were amazing! read more

A breeze to set up an appointment & communication was top notch. Price was more than reasonable for the work. This was the second time we've used them and we plan to reach out annually. Before & after photos were provided once the work was completed. read more

I have already used them twice to clean my windows on the outside . The service was great and prompt. Reasonably priced.

We needed some help cleaning after our garage and subarea after the recent rain brought a huge amount of water and mud directly through it. Felix came over and did a great job in about half of the time it would have taken me, making sure to remove any sitting water so that it would all dry faster. Having the right equipment and expertise was a big timer saver and now I'm not worried about tracking mud everywhere each time we go to our garage! read more

Extremely pleased with Felix and the great job he did cleaning the front of my mom's house, including brick steps and concrete driveway. He was very responsive through yelp messages, gave an accurate price estimate, showed up on time, was very thorough, and always professional. My mom's house is old, and the paint is not in good condition. From pictures I provided, he estimated about 3 hours of work. However, when working on the house, there were a number of areas where the dirt/mold/grease/whatever that had built up on the outside paint was being very stubborn. Rather than just use more pressure and blast off the grim, Felix tried multiple different cleaning solutions, sprayed them on and let them set, then gently rinsed them off. All this to protect the paint on a pretty old house with crappy old paint. Of course, the old paint did chip off in many places where it was already chipping, but Felix was as gentle and effective as anyone could expect. He spent a solid hour extra doing the work, and didn't even ask for more than his estimate. I happily paid what (I hope) was a generous tip. I would gladly use him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality cleaning. read more

We had such a wonderful experience with Power Wash Bros from start to finish. Felix (the owner) personally supervised the work. He is highly communicative and takes a good care to ensure a quality job was done. At the beginning the team checked every inch of the roof and took a lot of pictures to confirm with us. After the job was done, they shared before and after photos of the cleaning work with us and it was a noticeable difference. They also cleaned all gutters around the house. Good job! We'd strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, capable, easy to deal with, and affordable contractor. read more

I am so glad that I found SimplyClean and am so impressed by the service they provided. This was the first time I had someone power wash the house. I was pretty unsure about the process and also had some concerns about reliable companies. I contacted a few people and many were very pushy and insistent. However, when I talked to Felix through Yelp, he answered all my questions and was very professional. They were very prompt in responding to messages. He also provided very reasonable quotes. On the day of, an employee came by and did a quick examination and then did a run down on what would happen. We only did the front of the house and stairs. The entire process took about 2 hours. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the house. I highly recommend SimplyClean and plan to contact them in the future too! read more

We needed carpets cleaned for a three story town home in San Jose and Felix was quick to respond and even came to look at the carpets for a free quote! Our carpets had pretty deep set pet urine stains and he managed to get them out very well so that there are no noticeable areas of discoloration. We also had regular discoloration areas just from regular wear on the carpets and he was able to get rid of these problem areas as well. Felix was super nice and informative and definitely knows what he's doing. Pricing was fair, pretty much around the same ballpark as other businesses in the area. He was also able to come out to San Jose on a Saturday morning to get the job done for us! read more

Felix did a spectacular job on my concrete! It looks brand new! Felix was a delight, professional and knowledgeable! He has passion for his work and the quality of his product proves it. He was able to get all the small details of my concrete touched and it looks phenomenal! Very easy to communicate with and took me in short notice. Wow! I contacted Felix through yelp messenger and he responded quickly! All he asked for was some pictures of the work and quickly returned with a quote, that compared to all the other pressure washers was the most reasonable. My expectations were exceeded with Felix and I can't thank him enough for what a great job he did. At the time I requested work from Felix he only had 2 reviews both 5 star. This team has now 3 x 5 star reviews! I'm a real person who received his service. I have before and after videos that I will post with this review. I started my search for someone to clean our gutters before the next storm hits. Also, our area gets high winds, so often a lot of stuff can accumulate in our gutters. I began gathering quotes on a Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning Felix and his co-worker were at our house cleaning our gutters. He gave me a reasonable quote and despite the work looking more than he expected, stuck with the quote he gave me. Not only that, Felix went above an beyond what was expected and helped up nail back a roof tile that had fell almost a year ago (we couldn't get any roofers to come out and the one that we did, did not have a ladder tall enough to get up on our house). Also, he saw that the connection point of two gutter joints had a leak, and he willing patched it up for us. We will definitely be using SimplyClean again for all our roof cleaning needs. Thank you, Felix for being so responsive and doing a great job! read more
