Ivan has cleaned our windows and gutters and id an excellent job on both. We came exactly on time both times I've hired him. I live in the hills so both the windows and gutters are a challenge to get to. When cleaning the windows he alerted me that some of the double pane windows had failed and needed to be replaced. Our downspout was knocked out of commission when we had our fence repaired and we needed someone with knowledge of gutters to help us out. Ivan came over and gave us a free quote on cleaning our gutters and re-attaching the downspout. Additionally, the day we had set up for the gutter cleaning was extremely windy. I recently hired Ivan to clean my gutters. He was just great - reliable, prompt and skilled. Several days before he was scheduled to come over, I had a slight change in plans and had to ask Ivan if he would come over a half-hour earlier. Not a problem. Once he arrived a few minutes earlier than that, he got right to work on a challenging job. One neighbor has mature redwood trees that overhang my property and drop needles into the gutters on one side of the house. That - and the prior owners of the house had done little to keep the gutters clean. They were clogged. In just a couple hours' time Ivan had them cleaned and ready to handle the upcoming rains. Ivan, who in addition to everything else is a cordial, fair-minded man, also does other work besides cleaning gutters. I'll hire him again gladly for any of the work that Ivan does.
