Excellent is overused in the business world, but Excellent Window Cleaning deserves this title. Ismael and his crew came right on time and cleaned the house back and front, all the window and screens, the painted steps (30) and did their best to clean some hard to reach skylights. Ismael even lugged a heavy box to the garage as a favor. The price was fair and competitive. This is our 4th time using. them and we will have them back. The house looks like it was just painted. read more

Hector and his team did an amazing job cleaning the inside and outside of our windows in San Francisco. Rarely do you encounter people who are so passionate to get their work right the first time. We were very impressed by the whole crew. Thank you for your great service. read more

Excellent indeed. Always great work, friendly and on time. Windows look great and stay clean for weeks.

Growing up in Germany, my mom would clean all the windows in hour house every four weeks. And that's not an anomaly: the traditional "German housewife" is very particular about her windows and it's seen as good etiquette to have your windows presentable as visitors might judge you for it otherwise. Fast forward to me living in the woods in Mill Valley 20+ years later: We moved into our home back in 2014 and most of the windows in our house haven't been cleaned since. Gasp! The reason for that is that we have skylights that are very hard to clean and other windows that are just too hard to reach for us. (High-ceiling houses are great but do come with challenges.) We hired Excellent Window Cleaning and we are really happy with the results. Teo and his crew did a great job and I would recommend anyone calling them if they have hard-to-reach windows. By the way, don't tell my mom we hadn't cleaned our windows in over 8 years! read more

I've lived in my many heavily French window/doors house 48 years. Excellent Window Cleaning provided by far the most efficient and highest quality outcome at a reasonable price!!! They returned my call within minutes and fit me in on 2 day notice. There's no comparison to anyone else I've had! Victor and Guadalupe were my outstanding team. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their workers are bonded and insured and they guarantee their work. What's not to like??!! read more

They are no longer Excellent! A few weeks ago they washed the windows in my 1 BR apartment and left a spot (from dirty water I assume ) on my expensive spotless couch. Initially they said the window washer was not near the couch. I sent them a picture of the couch which is right next to the window. Again they denied it and said I waited too long. They performed the service on May 31 after which I was out of town. I told them that I had been trying to get the spot out myself. I asked them to pay to have it professionally cleaned which they have refused to do. read more

The owner called within 2 hours when I sent an email on their website. He quoted the cost of the windows and gutters. I sent pictures of the house so he had a general idea.On the scheduled day Teo his worker called me to alert me when they were coming. They came well within the window of time booked. They arrived at the designated time. They did my gutters first then my windows inside and out. The quote matched the final price. I am really happy with the results! And they work Saturdays which was important for me read more

Updated June 2nd ,2022 Adam, the owner contacted me and personally scheduled to meet my timeline.. a two man crew arrived and completed a flawless , efficient window cleaning. Highly recommend and pleased to receive excellent service as in the past many years. ==== For the past 10 years I've used Excellent Window Cleaning. Last year the company started using ground wand brush cleaning. Using excessive water and leaving water spots. In the past , the company used ladders and hand cleaning with high quality results. The cleaning had fair and transparent pricing when scheduling since I was a previous customer and they knew my home. Today I called to request the ground wand brush cleaning not be used and was told No by Tony. I let him know hand cleaning had been used for almost a decade on my home and he interrupted and stated the primary estimator would need to review that request in person. I disconnected the call after Tony's refusal to listen to my concerns. Unfortunately, this vendor was consistently 5 stars. Photos are from last year. Update, May 2022. Adam contacted me to resolve the service issue in a quick and pleasant manner. I'll update the review after work is complete. read more

Eduardo did a great job cleaning the windows in our building! He was thorough, efficient, and affordable. Would definitely recommend and use again! read more

We hired them to the outside, inside and the screens and tracks. After they finally showed up they broke our screens and did an absolutely abysmal job with the cleaning. Literally every part is worse off than before they got here. We were given $50 off our total charge which I guess will cover a screen patching kit. What a completely terrible experience from start to finish. read more

I used Yelp's project quoting system and it took me to several great companies with two quoting a reasonable rate and a third 2.5 times more. I selected excellent window because they were quick to quote and schedule. Jose and helper came and finalized the price which was in the lower end of the range I was given and did the work. They also swept moss away from our roof as an extra and provided some gutter advice. They were excellent, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would definitely use them again for gutter and other cleaning services! Thanks. read more

They came on time, worked hard and gave us a good deal on our windows. It was a big job and they got it done in two days.

Recently had all the windows in our house cleaned including some which were new windows and filthy. Now, all our windows are sparkling inside and outside. Surprised that one guy did the work but he was efficient, careful and did a great job. Even cleaned the screens which I was not expecting. Very responsive and came within the week. read more

Fantastic job on a 2 unit Victorian. They were able to give me a quote (which held true) over the phone using google street view. The morning of the appointment, Sergio was right on time and he and his workers did a beautiful job. Both units of this building are tenant occupied, so I met them on site, unlocked all access doors, but turned the job over to them with the request that they lock up when they were through. Our tenants were home and commented on how polite and efficient the workers all were. They did a fantastic job and responsibly locked up behind themselves when they were through. Our previous window cleaner had moved so this was the first time we contracted with Excellent. I will definitely keep their contact in my books for our own use and all our other rental properties as well. read more

Excellent Window Cleaning contracts w/ our HOA to clean the outside of windows in my community. I called to get a quote for more frequent cleanings at my home. 1st call, a young man who couldn't hear me, "click", hung up. 2nd call, he insisted on getting my address but in the middle of trying to explain that they work for the HOA not me directly, he lost patience and hung up on me. 3rd call, I was told I was aggressive by a lady who was yelling at me. 4th call, I figured I'd just ask for a supervisor, at which time there was no supervisor there (probably part of the problem) but they would call me. I asked "may I have the name of the supervisor calling me?" He said he didn't know. The window cleaning may very well be high quality, but I never even got to that point, in fact, I never was even able to get an estimate. Call someone else, these guys are apparently too busy to listen to a customer's request. read more
