This is the 2nd time I've hired Streakless. First time was to clean our condo's windows and they did a great job, cleaning the screens as well. Recently, Devin came out to clean our roof gutters and did a wonderful job! He took photos of before & after, flushed the downspouts and cleaned up all the debris on the ground and put it in our green bin. He even raked a lot of our back yard! Used to really love this place and recommended it to others. But heads up, they now charge $180/hr for two workers. EDIT: I support a living wage but if you're going to charge more per hour than a plumber or electrician, then you probably shouldn't leave soapy water drips all the way down the back of the house, skip a picture window and skip the master bedroom windows! Greg- thanks for responding however, you are mistaken and maybe part of that is my mistake for not being clearer. I was not happy with the price based on the service and how long it took to get it right. The only reason Devin finally used a metal scrubber is because it was still very dirty after he cleaned it and I was not happy with it. Finally he used the scrubber (should have used it the first time as he could see how dirty it still was) because I told him he needed to do a better job as it was so obviously dirty. Took him 4 tries and each time he was ready to walk away from it. No I won't use your services again as my expectations were (as I image all customers are) that a skilled crew would have been sent the first time. You charge top dollar and offer subpar services. At your price I should not have had to be so involved and the windows should have been cleaned well the first time. Please don't say I was happy with your pricing or services. Good luck to all new and returning customers- have lots of extra time if use them. read more

A strange experience with this company: first an unsolicited email soliciting business, which is OK I guess. I asked for a quote, which I didn't receive. Then I received a phone call asking to schedule the work on a particular date. I told the caller that I had not received a quote and requested that she resend it. She quoted me an exorbitant amount, 3 to 4 times what I've paid other services. Another email arrived, but still without the quote. Then I received an email confirming an appointment and advising that I would be charged a cancellation fee. Something is really off with the way this company does business. read more

They do commercial and residential and therefore are well equipped for all window situations and they don't use sloppy buckets of water. Body gear. The most professional experience ever. Streakless apparently has a minimum charge of $250. This put the cost at over $19 per panel for my 13 solar panels. Seems high to me. They put me in a timeslot starting at 7:30 am (pretty early for me), and did arrive at 7:40. The service guy was very polite. They did a good job, at least as it looks from the ground. However they did use two of my hoses and sprayer. I guess they don't bring their own? And the hoses were not left as they found them. Final complaint, I expected to charge the service, but they only take cash and checks. Too inconvenient, I won't be calling them next year. read more

UPDATE: These good people, and I mean that, not hyperbole, got back to us, came back to the house, and made it right. On top of that the owner called to personally offer an apology for the original work AND is insisting on providing a full refund. This company truly has earned a 5 star review. My partner is considering the offer but, you know, I'm against taking the refund. Small businesses need all the support they can get and since the work was done to the standard they set, I have no problem paying them. Truly, this is how you do business folks. Hire them to clean your windows. I suspect you will not be disappointed. (Prior review, for context only, is below) We've been on their mailing list ever since we moved out here in cow country, where dirt settles on windows, sills, tracks, and all the accoutrements in support of windows. We think we used them in 2016 but not since. Seeing years of grime pile up gave us an idea: why not give them a shout and ask if they could come clean it! We really needed it and since they average a 5 star rating here, we thought, heck yeah! Three lads came out and did a jiffy job, done in 75 minutes (inside and out) of our 16 windows, some pretty big too! And so while we were impressed with the speed, we were unimpressed with the results (photos attached, and no these are not before, they are most certainly after). FYI We paid extra for cleaning the tracks. On the plus side, I can affirm that there was not one streak on any window! Maybe we weren't specific enough, like maybe we should have said "remove dirt" rather than the more generic "clean" which is open to interpretation if the result is any measure of the etymology of that word (aside, I looked up antonyms for clean and found "sloppy" so who knows!) Anyway, we've put in a request for them to admire their own work and we're waiting to hear back. There's 3 stars in it for them, so fingers crossed! read more

Do NOT use Streakless. I had used them a few years ago and had a great experience but just had them out yesterday and cannot recommend them. Multiple windows did not get fully cleaned, a screen had obvious bird poop that didn't get cleaned off and they didn't wipe down sills or tracks which they say is included with an exterior and interior cleaning. I spoke with office manager right after the cleaners left and she said they would send someone out to redo it but then today they cancelled. Spoke with the owner and he is refusing to do anything to make it right. They give you 2 options at time of payment- either 1. sign off that you did a walk through or 2. sign off that you didn't do one but won't ask them to come back. So if you notice any problems after they leave they just say "well you signed off" and refuse to do anything. I will try to post some pictures also. Really disappointing experience. read more

Often workers are in a hurry and end up break things but not this company. The washing was thorough and our windows look fantastic. I told them we have a leaking window so they washed that one gently by hand. At the end, they took the time to walk me through the job and explained details of spotting, etc. on each window. Talk about 5-star treatment. Most other workers would just say the job is done and leave. This company is very polished and professional. Surprisingly not good at cleaning windows, will leave your house dirty, and will not fix it when they come back. The first time that they came, the guys didn't wear booties inside the house, tracked all kinds of dirt in, and just had so many excuses for why they couldn't do a good job. Not one of the windows was "streakless". But we decided to focus just on one problem area. We have one large bay windows that is hard to get to. We know that. That's why we hired professional window cleaners. The team finally came back...they did a much better job this time....but there's still dirt stuck to the window. They said it's the best they can do... At least this time, they wore the booties. Did I mention that they continually put off coming back to fix this? Rescheduled on us 3-4 times. The last time, they rescheduled and didn't even tell us. We found out when the contacted us the day before to confirm. We made a huge mistake going with Streakless. They refused to come look at the house to bid the job....two other companies came out, looked at these windows, and said, "sure, we can clean those". Streakless showed up to do the work and had a ton of reasons why they can't. Now, I'm going to have to hire one of the "can-do" options we spoke to.... Avoid this company! read more
