We couldn't be happier and recommended Juan to our neighbors immediately after he finished. Our windows hadn't been professionally cleaned in 20+ years and we us completed a large remodel, so there was a lot of construction grime. Juan showed up on time to give us a quote and was half to a quarter of the other bids, all of which used google maps. He walked through every room with me and assured me that he could work around several sets of window coverings and drapes that were extremely difficult to remove. He was flexible on dates so we could complete our construction and be ready for a party. Juan texted to confirm, again when he was 30 minutes away. He was early and completely prepared. All he needed was water. He had everything else and cleaned up completely. Windows that we thought we'd have to replace, he got clean. He cleaned screens! Skylights. He did more than we asked and was so polite and quick, but thorough. I was very impressed & called our neighbors to pass along Juan's info. I was worried that he would not be able to reach the spot with ladders but it was no problem as he climbed on the roof to access all the gutters. I was pleased that he took photos of each gutter before and after so that we could see the work that was done. His price was reasonable. Juan cleaned gutters and identified a few problems with our system in Novato. He installed devices to keep leaves out of the downspouts in the future, he unclogged the existing pipes, and he recommended trimming back some tree branches to minimize leaves and better protect the home.
