Yes, the windows are sparkling clean and the gutters are clean and flowing freely, it is a wonderful treat to come home to. However there are several other things that make Carlos and CC truly outstanding. He has called me faithfully every year exactly when I've asked him to contact me. He remembers! He calls back! The others have it exactly right. Carlos is the best. He is pleasant, diligent, efficient, helpful and thorough. Windows, gutters, other things in high places. Today he helped figure out how to block a hole that a squirrel uses to get inside our chimney -- he's a problem solver. Our house is 100 years old, so we need one. In the past, we have used several window & gutter clearers but CC has the best in every sense. Carlos has been cleaning my windows and gutters for several years now, and it is a huge job, with some Pella windows that are triple paned with a shade enclosed. So it means he cleans four surfaces per window. He is meticulous and really does a thorough job, always careful to keep the areas he's in clean. (He wears shoe protectors!)
