I live in a gated community and the HOA would not allow power washing. I let John know and hecaaid he could still do the work. The price quoted was very reasonable, so I scheduled the work. Since the work was outside, I didn't need to be at home, which was great. When I got home from work, I was shocked at how great a job John did on the fence - it looked freshly painted and sparkled! He was working on the windows and showed me a couple of areas on the trim and sliding door that need to be repaired. I was so impressed with John's work - its been about 3 weeks now and I'm outside staring at the siding, fence and windows! Its amazing what a good cleaning will do to your home! John suggested that next year, he'll include a power wash to the patio, which needs it badly. I will definitely use John and The Cleaning solution annually - no more spider webs everywhere and an exterior to be proud of!

I also appreciated their services mentioned they would do their best to clean older windows and screens but have to be mindful of their condition. It's not one size fits all Day of service- they arrived at the end of the window time frame - that's totally ok. The work was done in a little over an hour. I don't think I've ever seen my kitchen lit up as much as It is after this cleaning. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. He showed me photos and I am going off of that. Truthfully, the only thing thing that made me take off 1 star was because they showed up several hours late. Others might have taken more stars off but I dunno I guess I'm feeling generous today. He was scheduled to have his guy come between 9 and 10 AM but they showed up after 1230. No bueno. This involved me having to re-inform the tenants of this building etc. so that was an inconvenience. Plus my sister had to take time off work to meet with him and this was taxing on her bc she obviously had to get back to work and I feel bad for that. But I know things happen and Terelle did give me a heads up with a text at 9:29am. There was confusion in the estimate too, but it got resolved and Terelle honored the original quote that I had gotten. Here are the photos he sent me. The windows were pretty dirty and I thought they did a great job. I would hire them again.

I searched Yelp for a five-star gutter cleaning company, found Bargain Window & Gutter Cleaning Services, and decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. I really enjoyed our conversation, and don't forget to get those Meta glasses! We'll definitely be calling you again for roof and window cleaning. Thanks again! Brian M Paden
