So I am being generous and will give these guys 4 stars despite not having seen in person how the 20 windows I had them wash came out (I may come back later and adjust the stars tho when I go see it LOL). He showed me photos and I am going off of that. Truthfully, the only thing thing that made me take off 1 star was because they showed up several hours late. Others might have taken more stars off but I dunno I guess I'm feeling generous today. He was scheduled to have his guy come between 9 and 10 AM but they showed up after 1230. No bueno. This involved me having to re-inform the tenants of this building etc. so that was an inconvenience. Plus my sister had to take time off work to meet with him and this was taxing on her bc she obviously had to get back to work and I feel bad for that. But I know things happen and Terelle did give me a heads up with a text at 9:29am. There was confusion in the estimate too, but it got resolved and Terelle honored the original quote that I had gotten. Here are the photos he sent me. The windows were pretty dirty and I thought they did a great job. I would hire them again. read more

Bailey's Window Cleaning did an excellent job on our condo. The windows had not been cleaned in five years and were overdue for a cleaning. We made some calls and heard back from Terelle at Bailey's Window Cleaning right away. He was able to give us a quote quickly, based on a video we sent of the outside of our home. They are very reasonably priced compared to other companies and he was friendly and responsive, plus they offer a discount for first-time customers, so we decided to go with them. On the day of the cleaning, Terelle showed up right on time and spent the entire day on the project. In the end, the windows look almost like new, we are very pleased with the results. Before he left, Terelle went through the house with us to make sure that we were happy with all of the work, which we were. I would definitely recommend calling Bailey's if you need window cleaning! read more

I needed to have the exterior windows, in a second story unit, cleaned. I contacted Bailey's WIndow cleaning through Yelp, after reading positive reviews of the company. The owner is very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. I originally wanted the cleaning service provided on a Friday, however, another of their customers had previously reserved the Friday appointment. The owner, being customer focused, advised that they are not open on Saturday but he was aware that I needed the cleaning service and made my appointment for Saturday. I was contacted 30 minutes prior to their arrival, as stated in the contract. First off, it has been quite some time since I dealt with someone who was sincerely customer focused. Second, everything that was to be performed was explained prior to the service starting. I appreciate anyone who is prepared to do a job, they arrived with everything imaginable to clean windows, ladders cleaning solutions power tools, you name it they have it. I felt the service performed was extremely thorough and professional. I am very pleased with the cleaning services that were provided to the exterior windows. Also, I was provided a complimentary cleaning of one of my interior windows to demonstrate actually how clean the window is after the exterior treatment. Please see the before and after pictures. They provide a wide variety of services in addition to window cleaning. For the price and service provided I would recommend this company to anyone needing window cleaning services. Thank you for such an exemplary service. read more

I once again used their services and yet again my expectations were blown out of the water! While I don't have any photos this time around, I have never seen the master bathroom this clean and shiny before. I don't think I'll use any other cleaning service again. My only regret is that I didn't tip more because of the amount of EFFORT they put into every detail! read more

Bailey's did a great job! Terrell clearly takes pride in his work and invests in quality equipment. Tiffany was responsive throughout and was able to set the appointment quickly. The team communicated well about necessary shifts in timing. The windows look 300% better. Would definitely use again. read more

Terrelle is the best: he is on time, courteous, does great work cleaning solar panels and windows (and most likely anything else he signs-up to do), his rates are more than fair, and he is a joy ball. I look forward to the days Terrelle visits to clean solar panels and windows, and then enjoy the results of his work for weeks. read more

Bailey and Team were an absolute joy to work with. Not only was the customer service attentive, informative and friendly - but the windows have never looked better. We have every kind of window possible and sky lights all over. Will be the only window cleaning company we will be using here on out. Thank you again! read more

I would highly recommend Bailey's Window Cleaning service. We just had new windows and screens installed one year ago, but they were already looking dingy after a year of Bay Area fog, rain, dust, etc. So we hired BWC to do a standard cleaning (they also do deep cleans) and now they are looking better than ever. Terrelle and his team did a fantastic job communicating before the job, they were the most reasonable quote of all the companies we contacted, and they were flexible with scheduling. On the day of the job, they arrived on time and were very thorough -- they didn't leave until they made sure that we were absolutely satisfied. We plan to have them come back at least twice-a-year. read more

Thorough, upfront and good at communication, my windows never looked better. Thank you sir.

Bailey's Window Cleaning services did an amazing job. I originally found them to clean windows but I found out he also did cleaning inside the home. I reached out to him at the last moment and he quickly responded and said he will do the windows and clean inside the house. He and his team did a fantastic job and I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for window & house cleaning. Thank you Bailey. I will continue to use his services going forward. read more

Just moved to the area and sorted through Yelp reviews to find Bailey's Window Cleaning. No wonder there are so many five star reviews - they do marvelous work! Tiffany was charming on the phone and quickly scheduled a time when I could be home. Then, on the scheduled day, it was raining. I called to ask if we could keep the appointment, even with the bad weather. When Terrell arrived, on time, he was delightful. We agreed he would begin cleaning the interiors and protected windows. I understood that the windows requiring ladders may have to be postponed if the weather grew worse. But we were hopeful as the rain was intermittent. Laughing, our logical plan almost worked. Poor Terrell - without complaint about the uncooperative clouds - he got soaked. You should see the windows - they are perfect! read more

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bailey's Window Cleaning. I just moved into a house which I think is probably a window washer's nightmare -- tall and narrow with a ton of very difficult to access windows on the second and third floor. When I moved in, the windows were filthy, and Bailey and his team were meticulous in getting all the built up grime, paint flecks, and haze off all the windows on every floor and made everything look totally brand new. It made SUCH a huge difference. Cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

Fast and reliable junk removal with great communication. I had a queen mattress, a large collection of recyclables and cardboard, and several bags of trash that I needed gone. I submitted a quote request through Yelp and Baileys was not only one of the quickest to respond but they quoted me with actual numbers, a very fair price based on my description and pictures. Arrival was prompt, the whole process was seamless. Everything was loaded up and gone within 30 minutes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would recommend junk removal by Baileys to anyone looking to clear their clutter. read more

I have tried unsuccessfully to clean my windows and never understood why. When Terelle Bailey came to the rescue, I got a sense of what is involved in deep window cleaning. He went through a series of steps. After each step the windows got clearer and were streak-free. He cleaned things that I didn't know should be cleaned. It was an eye-opening experience and in the future I'm turning to him for all window cleaning and telling my friends about him. In addition, his business offers a number of services, including maid service, hauling and power washing. Based on the work he did, I plan to call them when I need other services. read more
