I requested quotes from multiple companies. Integrity performed their inspection and identified only the sections that needed repair (some companies wanted to replace the entire roof, even though the leak was in the back of the house). When I asked for an additional bid to add gutter guards for the entire house, they told me I only needed guards on the front of the house since the back gutters were clean (I've never cleaned my gutters, and all other companies bid guards on the entire house). Integrity was prompt, pricing was very competitive, they talked me out of unnecessary work, and sent before and after pictures of their work so I could see that they performed the work that was contracted. I was skeptical about how many 5 Star reviews they have, but they outperformed their Yelp reviews. Highly recommended!!! read more

It was a process and there were many variables that needed to be taken into account (including the weather). They handled these perfectly. I cannot recommend Integrity Roofing Systems highly enough. If you are a homeowner in Pleasanton looking for a roofing company that actually listens and solves complex problems, look no further. We took possession of our home in late May 2025 and immediately ran into a major roadblock. Because our roof consists of light tiles, installing solar was difficult. Most installers insisted on a full re-roof to shingles, which required coordination between two different crews. I reached out to multiple companies, but no one was willing to engage with a solar company--except for Integrity. From my first meeting with Jaimin, I knew this experience would be different. He was never pushy and never tried to "upsell" me. What impressed me most was his dedication before I even signed a contract; he spent a significant amount of time talking with me and the solar crew to understand the requirements, all without any payment or promise of work. Jaimin ultimately came up with a brilliant, clever solution: creating a shingle bed specifically sized for the solar panels. This eliminated the need for complex coordination between crews. He also installed two columns of heavy tiles on either side of the shingle bed so the solar installers could walk around safely without breaking tiles. Despite the extra time he invested in planning and coordination, his quote was priced very reasonably. It is rare to find a contractor with this level of technical creativity, fair pricing, and genuine commitment to the customer. We solicited bids via Yelp and our solar installer recommended Integrity. We reviewed six bids from Bay Area roofing companies, all of which had stellar reviews. The bids varied fairly widely in total cost, and Integrity was very competitive. Some providers gave pressure tactics - "if you schedule X date, we can shave $1000 because our crew is available" but didn't get any of that pressure from Integrity. Jamin was professional throughout the bidding and project and would highly recommend the company. We just made it through a heavy rain and no leaks detected. While I hope to not need a new roof for a few decades, if I'm ever in need of a new roof, Integrity would be on the top of my list for getting a bid. read more

We replaced the roof on our house in Livermore in Fall of 2024. I was waiting for the rain season to start before writing the review. So far so good - no leaks or any issues. It was a pleasure working with Jamin and his team. Guys know their job pretty well, suggest on what works better for the owner, not on what costs more. The team is very careful and left no debris or anything (though you may still see nails here and there. It's literally impossible to avoid that). The only downside was Integrity Roofing's contractors/partners, who installed the gutters. They messed up a good amount of shingles with their boots, which was not caught or reported. Luckily, I inspected it myself and raised the concern. Although, to the credit of Integrity Roofing, they accepted the fault and fixed it pretty quickly. Also, it would be nice if the stages of the job would be communicated to the owner, if they're interested. Overall, it was a nice and seamless experience. Integrity is the perfect name for this company, they acted with so much of it that it was strange in a good way. The receptionist Lindsay was super up front and honest about everything. I had a single broken roof tile and she said they had a minimum charge and they wouldn't feel comfortable servicing the roof since the cost should be much lower. After calling about 5 roofing companies all with the same minimum charge (a price they were all willing to charge) i decided to call back and just have it done by integrity. I told Lindsay my dilemma and she actually suggested a way I could contact a local handyman or smaller company to get a quote, which i did and it worked. I had 2 roofers come over and they quoted me pretty much the minimum of Integrity, but since I had such a pleasant experience with them I decided to just book my appointment. Lindsay and Jamin were both excellent, and most importantly honest. I had a roof leak and contacted 4 companies. Three came out and gave me estimates. I was under a time constraint due to leaving out of state. Jamin the owner of Integrity Roofing came out to examine the leak. After climbing up to inspect, he climbed down and explain to me where the leak was and how he was going to repair it. Also told me he was going to put a diversion "dam" to disperse the water that flows out from the gutter to a certain point on my roof to lesson the heavy down flow. In addition, he was going to put in a synthetic felt pad the replace the damage one. He was the only person that took time to explain to me what cause and where the leak was. All were asked to give me a written proposal. Jamin was the only one that email me a written proposals which laid out everything including the warranty and my recourse with the state if something went wrong. A couple of years ago we looked around to find a reputable roofer to take a look at our super old roof that seemed to be on its last legs. Long story short we landed on Integrity and had a meeting with Jamin to come out and take a look. He determined at that point we only needed some minor repairs, which he quickly took care of to buy us some time. He said in 2 years, you'll need to replace the roof. This advice was spot on as two years later we were in need and there was no hesitation on who we'd call. Fast forward to a few months ago, Jamin and his crew came out and replaced our roof and downspouts. the finished product is beautiful and we could not be happier with this project. This review is 5 months overdue but finally wanted to get around to writing it. We were looking to get our roof replaced as it neared the end of it's lifetime. We had previously spoken to a few roofers and gotten contracts, but didn't have a great feeling about any of them. I set up a meeting with Integrity Roofing to get another quote. Jamin came out and I had a great feeling right away. He was very communicative and was clear about what to expect when transitioning from our metal shingle roof to asphalt shingles. He also worked with us to provide our desired materials for sheathing (plywood instead of OSB) and underlayment. As we were trying to get our roof done during the rainy December, we had to contend with delays in other roofing projects. Jamin was very communicative about what the timeline was looking like and when it seemed like we were going to start. All along the way, Jamin was patient with my multitudes of questions and responded quickly over text. His crew went around with a magnet after the job to pick up loose nails and they cleaned up pretty well. Overall a 4.5 out of 5, rounded up to a five. I was recommended by this place by Quiet Cool company. Anyways, I purchased a quiet cool attic fan and thanks to their recommendation, I finally had the ability to set up an inspection and then installation of my attic fan. The email that I sent was largely unnoticed, so I had to call them, but basically in the end I got the number to the boss and we txted and sent up an inspection and overall estimate of the installation of my fan. Upon the day of the inspection, Jamin he was a few minutes early and glanced at my roof. I will say glanced because he did get a ladder to look at my roof but didn't really walk in it, let alone inspect the whole roof as a whole. He did ask if or how many layers are on my roof and I stated 1. He then basically told me the original quote from an old email I sent them (bought my fan close to a year ago and emailed them around the same time, but Covid pushed back my initial quote and installation). Anyways, here's part of the reason I couldn't give them a solid 5 stars, after we agreed on the quote and he said they would get back to me, it was a few weeks until I heard back from them, even after this talk/email I asked them about the possible placement of my attic fan and the person over the phone just stated that they'll find the spot once they get there. After that, the day of the installation was set about a month out in advance so it was mid/late December2022. The guys who came out spoke some English but were predominantly Spanish in terms of language from the sounds of it. I asked then do they have a spot in mind so that I could see where it might be placed and they looked at me strangely because they didn't know themselves. So they ended up walking my roof telling me I had another really old attic fan (doubt it works since I never heard it running let alone the house is hot during the summer) and they had to hand their phone over to me to have the person over the phone better explain the situation and problem. In the end, a decent chunk of time like 30-45 mins was lost here imo during this part. But, finally I was able to show them about where I hoped this attic fan would be installed. They agreed to it and started working on it. Here's another reason I had to knock them alittle, when they were cutting a hole in my roof, the circle template that they were using to size up the hole fell off the roof and I caught it. Next when they finished and after a few days of major wind when I was mowing the lawn I found a decent size price of cut wood so I'm guessing that we're alittle lazy and sloppy with their clean up on my roof. In the end, I was billed via email which made me feel easier that I paid them since the roofers didn't taken my payment. Lastly, I did appreciate the Christmas card integrity roofing and Jamin did send me, so odds are I'll be doing some more business with them in the near future. read more

I got 5 bids for our re-roof and decided to go with Integrity because of their fair quote, non pushy manner and kind attitude. We have a very complex roof, with multiple split levels and this was a complete re-roof as well as all new gutters with gutter guards. They started work a few weeks out and the office receptionist was friendly and always got back to me quickly through email if I had a question. When my roof developed a small leak, it was off to Yelp for a roofer! I'm glad that I reached out to Integrity! After getting estimates from quite a few roofers, some more professional than others, we decided to go with Integrity Roofing Systems. Jamin, the owner, personally came out to meet me and got up on my two-story roof to do a thorough inspection. He found three areas that needed attention, and his company was able to give me a fair estimate. His price wasn't the lowest nor highest, but what won us over was his willingness to go the extra mile during the inspection meeting. I'll always remember that he said, "Whether you decide to hire us or another roofer, I want to leave your home better than I found it." When he found a slipped concrete tile, he put it back in its place to slow the leak. He also went down to his truck for a stick of caulking and went back up the roof and proceeded to caulk some areas to prevent further leaking. All the other estimators just left everything as they saw it. This type of "exceeding expectations" is rare in this day and age, where everyone seems willing to cut corners to make a few bucks. His video detailing the roof areas needing attention was very helpful! From the initial contact to the project's completion, I was throughly satisfied. Jamin's office staff, Liz and Malena, were very responsive to my messages on Yelp and was able to book me an appointment less than one week after signing their proposal. The work was done within a couple hours as three roofers were sent to do the repair. I was given a two-year repair warranty on their work, which definitely gave me reassurance and led me to choose Integrity.
