They might be fine for new roofs but don't call them for repairs. Danny came out to inspect our roof and immediately recommended a new roof. He didn't offer an option for repair until I asked and instead went straight into discussing shingle colors and availability. Typical sales scare tactics were used like telling us a leak was from condensation due to the lack of ridge vents. We have gable vents and so does every other house on the block. By his logic, every old house without ridge vents should be leaking water. I've been in my attic, there's no condensation issue. Their price for a new roof seems fair but given our roof is 12-15 years old with two leaks, it's far from needing a full replacement. They also offered no warranty if we went with a repair. He also estimated my roof to be 25 years old when my home inspection and other roofers estimated 10-15 years old. read more

I had a great experience with Roofing solutions to install a new tile roof. I have interviewed many roofers and Ivan stands out because of his honesty, professionalism, and good communication. His estimate was very clear, detailed and competitive in pricing, and he also gave me a range of potential added cost (i.e. dry rot). For a big project like reroofing, the least thing you want is the hidden cost or a surprise after work begins. Ivan was great to keep everything upfront in his estimate and it turned out the final dry rot replacement cost is at the lower end of his estimated range. During the rain delay time, he kept me updated of the expected start time and reached out to the vendor many times to confirm we are getting the specified underlayment and tile design that we want. Once the installation starts, his team was very efficient and took great care of the installation and answered all our questions and concerns from start to finish. Since we are going to install solar panel later, his team is willing to change the location of our existing venting and plumbing pipes. The quality of their work is excellent, the tiles and gutter look amazing now. My flat roof was damaged on March 14, 2023, due to extreme wind. I asked for referrals from roofing supply companies also called a few roofers. Many roofers responded. Ivan saw the urgency of the situation and recommended that a temporary roof be installed. I was lucky the rain stopped for a few days and Ivan's crew installed the temporary roof and prevented major flooding before another major storm came. I had water ponding on the old roof, if the temporary roof were not installed, there will be major flooding inside the building.
