We had a great experience working with Asaf and his team at Rooflow. We initially contacted them because of a small leak around our skylight and were planning to do a simple repair. After inspecting the roof, Asaf gave us an honest assessment that our roof really needed to be redone instead. Our home still had the original Spanish tile roof from the mid-1980s with no plywood underneath, so it made sense to move forward with a full replacement. We ultimately chose Rooflow because of their fair pricing and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Since we have solar panels installed, they coordinated the removal and reinstallation through a partner they regularly work with, which made things very easy for us. We had what we thought was a very small leak in our roof, with minor blistering on the bathroom ceiling. Rooflow quickly responded to our service request assessed the situation. Using drones, video and physical inspections Lidor found the problem quickly and provided us with a quote and plan. Unfortunately, the area had been damp for a while and created some mold. Again Lidor responded promptly with a new plan and estimate of the treatment. In just over week the roof was fixed, the area treated and the internal patchwork finished and painted.
